基礎(chǔ)施工方案MethodStatementofFoundationConstruction一、編制依據(jù)：DocumentReference1、CMEC伊拉克薩哈拉丁2×630MW燃油氣電站招標(biāo)文件CMECbiddingdocumentofIraqSalah-Aldeen2*630MWPowerPlantProject2、土方與爆破工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范（GBJ201-83）“Codeforconstructionandacceptanceofearthworkandblastingworks”(GBJ201-83)3、《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》GB50202—2002“CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundation” GB50202—20024、《電力建設(shè)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收及評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》土建工程DL/T5210.1-2005“ConstructionQualityInspectionandEvaluationStandardsofElectricPowerConstruction”CivilWorksDL/T5210.1-20055GB-50204-2002“SpecificationforAcceptanceofConcreteStructuralGB-50204-20026、設(shè)計(jì)院相關(guān)圖紙、技術(shù)文件以及其他相關(guān)規(guī)范、規(guī)程Drawings, technical documents and other specifications/standardsoftheDesignInstitute;二、工程概況：GeneralSituation2X630MW2630MW6o；基礎(chǔ)混凝土工程采用抗硫酸鹽水泥。TheworksforIraqSalah-Aldeen2*630MWPowerPlantProjectisanewproject,whichneedstoinstall2setsofChinamadesubcriticalcondensingturbine-generatorsandtwooilandgasburnedboilers.Theseismicfortificationintensityshallbe6oandfoundationstratumis roundedgravellayer.Thebeddingwillbemadeofgravelandasphalt-filledmaterial,withfoundationconcreteworksconstructedbysulfateresistingcement.三、施工準(zhǔn)備：ConstructionPreparation技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備：TechnicalPreparation組織圖紙學(xué)習(xí)、自審與會(huì)審圖紙，進(jìn)行施工技術(shù)交底；Arrangeforstudyingondrawings,self-checkingandjointcheckingofdrawings,andconstructiontechnologyexplanation;特殊工種組織學(xué)習(xí)，進(jìn)行上崗考核；Providetrainingtospecialprofessionalworkersandexaminationundertakenbeforetakingtheirpositions.對(duì)模板進(jìn)行配板設(shè)計(jì)，提取材料計(jì)劃；Formworkshallbeproperlydesignedtomatchboardandmaterialplanpreparedaccordingly.編制鋼筋下料委托單，申報(bào)鋼筋備料計(jì)劃。Prepareformsforsteelcuttingandsubmitreinforcedsteelpreparationplan.勞動(dòng)力配備ManpowerAllocation配備相應(yīng)數(shù)量的管理人員、機(jī)械操作手以及各專業(yè)技術(shù)工人Projectmanagementstaff,mechanicaloperators,andprofessionalworkershallbeallocatedasperrequirements.PreparationofEquipment,MachinesTools全站儀、經(jīng)緯儀、水準(zhǔn)儀、鋼尺等測(cè)量?jī)x器；Totalstation,theodolite,levelgauge,steeltapeandothermeasuringinstruments;挖掘機(jī)、裝載機(jī)、自卸汽車等土方開挖機(jī)械；Earthworkexcavationequipment,includingexcavators,loaders,anddumptrucksetc.;鋼筋彎曲機(jī)、鋼筋切斷機(jī)等鋼筋加工機(jī)具；Steelbarbendingmachine,steelbarcuttingmachineandothersteelprocessingmachinesandtools;圓盤鋸、電刨等木工機(jī)具；Disksaw,electricplanerandotherwoodworkingmachines;混凝土罐車、泵車、翻斗車、振搗器等設(shè)備、機(jī)具；Concretetankcar,pumptruck,dumptruck,concretevibrator,andothermachinesandtools;以上機(jī)具、設(shè)備、儀器均完成調(diào)試、檢修并試運(yùn)行。Calibration,repairingandcommissioningshallbecarriedtotheabovementionedmachines,tools,equipmentinstrumentsbeforeputintouse.四、施工組織機(jī)構(gòu)：ConstructionOrganization1）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理：李懷廣； ProjectManager:LiHuaiguang;2）項(xiàng)目副經(jīng)理：全成 DeputyProjectManager:Quan3）技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人：苗安光 ChiefEngineer:MiaoAnGuang4）技術(shù)員： Engineers:專業(yè)工長(zhǎng)： Foremen:安全員：楊磊 HSEsupervisor:YangLei五、施工順序：ConstructionSequence:測(cè)量定位→基礎(chǔ)土方開挖→基坑驗(yàn)槽→墊層→鋼筋綁扎→模板安裝→混凝土澆筑→模板拆除→基礎(chǔ)混凝土質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收→土方回填Surveypositioning→foundationexcavation→foundationtrenchinspection→beddingcourse→formworkassembling→pouringofconcrete→formworkdismantling→inspectionandacceptanceoffoundationconcrete→Earthworkbackfilling;六、施工方法：ConstructionMethod土方工程Earthworks300mm并清底。機(jī)械開挖分兩層進(jìn)行，首層開挖挖除一二層土運(yùn)至場(chǎng)外甲方指定地點(diǎn)堆棄，次層開挖挖出第三層土堆放在合適位置以備拌合回填使用。Theuppersoillayersoffoundationpitshallbeexcavatedmechanicalequipment,andthetopbearingstratumwith300mmdepthrangedugbymanpower.Mechanicalexcavationshallbeconductedintwolayers,thefirstlayerexcavatedtoandstratumandspoilstransportedoutside fordisposalatdesignatedarea.Thesecondlayershallbeexcavatedtothe

dstratumwhichshallbestockpiledatsiteformixingandbackfilling.0.3m×0.3m1m設(shè)立一米高安全圍欄。Earthexcavationslopeshallbe1:0.5,withdrainditch0.3m×0.3mexcavatedatslopetoe.Aonemeterhighsecurityshallbebuiltattheslopetop,1mfromthefoundationpit申請(qǐng)基坑驗(yàn)槽，并做好施工及驗(yàn)收記錄。Inthecourseofearthexcavation,surveyorsshallmakegoodcontroloftheelevationandprovideclosemonitoringtothefoundationbottom.TheloosesoilremainsinsidethefoundationsmustbecleanedbeforeapplyingforfoundationtrenchinspectiontotheConsultantEngineer.Constructionandacceptancerecordsshallbetakenaccordingtorequirements.25cm，實(shí)之前對(duì)填土初步平整?；討?yīng)在相對(duì)兩側(cè)或四周同時(shí)進(jìn)行回填與夯實(shí)。Soilbackfillingshallbecompactedinlayersbyfrogeachfillingthicknessshallnotbegreaterthan25cmandinitiallevelingmadebeforesuchcompaction.Thebackfillingandcompactiontofoundationpitshallbecarriedoutsimultaneouslyattwooppositesidesorallaround.鋼筋工程：SteelWorks后方可進(jìn)場(chǎng)。Thereinforcementsteelmobilizedtositeshallbeaccompaniedwithqualitycertificationandcheckreports.Steelbarprocessingandverificationshallbecarriedoutasperdesigndrawings.Thesteeltypes,sizes,quantity,grade,hook,andweldingqualityshallmeettherequirements.Onlyqualifiedsteelbarisallowedtoenterthesite.機(jī)除銹；局部少量螺紋鋼筋采用電動(dòng)鋼絲刷除銹。Steelbarstraighteningandrustremoving:steel-barstraighteningshallbecarriedoutwithstraighteningmachinesandmeanwhileremovetherust;accordingtotheactualsitesituation,impellerblastingmachineshallbeusedforrustremovingofthemassofdeformedbar,andelectricwirebrushusedforrustremovingtolocalsmallamountsofdeformedbar.標(biāo)識(shí)，以便綁扎施工，避免產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)設(shè)鋼筋。Steelfabricationshallbecompletedintheprocessingarea.Thefinishedandsemi-finishedsteelproductsshallbedeliveredconstructionsiteandneatlystackedinthefieldsubjecttobindingsequence,models,andspecificationsasspecifiedinconstructionlayout.Thesteelbarsshallbeproperlyidentifiedforconvenienceofbindingconstructionandavoidingthemisuse.筋。Beforesteelbarbinding,alldebrisremainingonthesteelbarshallbecleanedcompletely.Steelbarmarkinganddistributionshallbecarriedoutasperconstructiondrawing.承臺(tái)底板鋼筋綁扎時(shí)，為了保證底板保護(hù)層厚度，在底板鋼筋與墊層1m直接在其表面行走。Whilecarryingoutsteelbarbindingtobottomslabofplatform,itshallensurethethicknessoffloorprotectivelayer.Mortarfilletshallbeprovidedhorizontallyat1mintervalbetweensteelbarandbeddingcourseforpedestal.Itisnotallowedtowalkdirectlyonthecompletedsteelmesh.筋綁扎間距在鋼管上劃線。鋼筋綁扎時(shí)，根據(jù)鋼管上的間距采用22#鐵線綁扎牢固。短柱鋼筋下部采用Φ18鋼筋間距500mm，斜拉與短柱和承臺(tái)底板鋼筋之間焊接加固。（具體施工方法見下圖）Whilebindingsteelbarofshortcolumn,double-rowscaffoldingshallbesetuparoundthebearingplatformandapproachtoshortcolumnheight.Attopofreinforcedbarofshortsteelpipeshallbeusedtoformcrossframeaccordingtosectionsizeofshortcolumnandthereaftermarklineonthesteelasperbindingspacing.Steelbarbindingshallbefirmlywith22#wireandaccordingtospacingmarkedonthesteelpipe.Thelowerpartofshortcolumnshallbeφ18steelbarwithspacing500mm.Thesteelbarforstayingbetweenshortcolumnandbearingplatformbottomslabshallbeweldedfirmly.(Forconstructionmethods,seebelow):承臺(tái)bearingplatform承臺(tái)bearingplatformshortcolumn

短柱鋼筋Shortcolumnsteelbar短柱鋼筋綁扎示意圖SchematicDiagramforSteelbarBindingofShortColumn模板工程Formworks積痕。SetshapedcompositesteelformworkwillbeusedforthisTheformworksurfaceshallbecleanedandbrushedwithagentbeforeenteringtothesiteforconstructionuse.Thereleaseagentshallbebrushedevenlyandthesurfaceofformworkfreefrombubblesandmarksofreleaseagent.承臺(tái)四周采用鋼管雙排腳手架加固，為了保證基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)模板在混凝土?10500mm，500mmDouble-row scaffolding shall be provided for properreinforcementaroundthebearingplatform.Inordertonodeformationofbearingplatformformworkduringconcreteplacement,?10barshallbefabricatedastierodforcrossanchoringandreinforcement.Thesteelbarshallbesetwithhorizontalspacing500mmandlongitudinalspacing500mm.6m600*600mm，500mm600*600mm16Φ14500mm?10500mmDouble-rowscaffoldingofl6msteelpipesshallbeusedforReinforcementtotheshortcolumnfoundation.Forshortcolumnwithsectionsizelessthan600*600mm,steelpipeswith500mmshallbeusedascolumnstirrupforreinforcement.Forshortcolumnwithsectionsizeover600*600mm,channelsteel16shallbeusedascolumnstirrupincorporatedwih14boltsandwithspacing500mm.Inordertoensuretherigidityandstabilityofshortcolumnformwork,?10tie-barshallbeprovidedhorizontallyandlongitudinallywithspacing500mminsidetheshortcolumn.模板施工質(zhì)量要求，模板施工過程中按照各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)嚴(yán)格控制，對(duì)模板實(shí)行過程監(jiān)督、班組自檢，層層把關(guān)，為下道工序施工做好充分的準(zhǔn)備工作。Qualityofformworkconstructionshallbestrictlycontrolledaccordingtorequirements.Closemonitoringshallbecarriedouttotheaxisposition,sectionsize,verticality,rigidity,formworkreinforcingscaffoldsoastopreparecompletelyfornextworkingprocedure.混凝土工程ConcreteWorks混凝土的配合比嚴(yán)格按配合比設(shè)計(jì)要求，采用集中攪拌站拌制合格后罐車運(yùn)至施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用泵車進(jìn)行澆筑。罐車進(jìn)行水平運(yùn)輸中，從混凝土45象，須對(duì)混凝土進(jìn)行二次攪拌。Concretemixingratioshallbedesignedstrictlyaccordingtodesignrequirements.Theconcreteshallbemixedinthemixingplantandtransportedtositewithtrucktankerforplacement.Theconcretetransporttimefrommixingplanttositeformworkshallnot45minutes.Ifanysegregationandstratificationoccurs,secondarymixingofconcreteisnecessary.混凝土澆筑采用泵車澆筑，配合使用施工溜槽。澆筑混凝土?xí)r，設(shè)專人看模，注意觀察模板動(dòng)態(tài)，發(fā)現(xiàn)有松動(dòng)部分即時(shí)加固處理。Concretepouringshallbecarriedoutwithpumptruckincorporatingwithchute.Personsspeciallyassignedobservetheformworksoastodealwithanyloosenformandtakenecessaryreinforcementaction.基礎(chǔ)承臺(tái)及短柱混凝土澆筑時(shí)，要嚴(yán)格控制每層混凝土厚度和混凝土坍落度，每層不得超過500mm，50mm上下層間隔不得超過2小時(shí)，以30分鐘左右為宜。Whileplacingconcretetofoundationbearingplatformandcolumn,actionsshallbetakentostrictlycontroltheeachlayerconcretethicknessandconcreteslump.Theconcretethicknesseachshallnotexceed500mmandifslumpistoosmallitadjustconcretethicknesstimely.Whiletakingvibrationtotheupperlayer,thevibratorshallbeinsertedintothelowerlayeraround50mmsoastoeliminateconstructionjointbetweenthetwolayers.Concretingintervaltimebetweenupperandlowerlayershallnotbemorethan2hours,withoptimumtimeabout30minutes.1.530cm-40cm，振搗時(shí)應(yīng)快插慢拔，插點(diǎn)均勻排列，逐點(diǎn)移動(dòng)，不20-30秒，以表面泛灰漿為準(zhǔn)。Insertedvibratorshallbeusedforconcretevibratingwithmovementspacingnotmorethan1.5timestheradiusofconcreting,generally30cm-40cm.Vibrationshallbecarriedoutinsuchawaythatfastinsertinginandslowpullingoutwitheveninsertingpoints.Vibrationshallbeconductedpoint-by-pointandwithnomissingpoint.Overvibratingisnotallowedsotopreventfromconcretesegregation.Generallyvibratingateachpointshallremain20-30secondstillmortaroverflowsthesurface.對(duì)混凝土表面進(jìn)行壓光、抹面?；炷翉?qiáng)度達(dá)到相應(yīng)要求以上時(shí)，方可在其上進(jìn)行下道工序的施工。Aftercompletionofconcretepouring,levelingshallbeoutaccordingtospecifiedelevationmark.Theconcreteshallbetoweledfinish.Onlywhentheconcretestrengthmeetstherequirementscanbeallowedtocarryoutthenextworkingprocedure.施工縫處理，在下一步混凝土澆筑前，將施工縫處鑿毛、表面沖洗，10mm（原混凝土配合比去掉石子再繼續(xù)澆灌混凝土。Constructionjointtreatment:beforefurtherconcretepouring,concretechiselingtotheconstructionjointandsurfacewashingshallbecarriedoutandbrushedwithtwocoatsofcementandthenfollowedwithcementmortar10MMthick(sameconcretemixingratiobutaggregateremoved)forcontinuousconcreteplacement.理工程師的監(jiān)督下進(jìn)行試塊制作和混凝土坍落度試驗(yàn)。Randomconcretesamplingshallbetakenfrom concretetankerformakingconcretecubesandconcreteslumptestatpresenceofconsultantengineer.護(hù)，養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)要求。Thefreshconcreteofbearingplatformshallbecoveredwithstrawmattress.Concretecuringshallbecarriedouteverydaybyassignedpersonswithcuringtimecomplyingwiththedesignandrequirements.腳手架工程ScaffoldingWorks腳手架必須設(shè)置縱橫向掃地桿?？v向掃地桿應(yīng)采用直角扣件固定在距200mm定在緊靠縱向掃地桿下方。Scaffoldingmustbeequippedwithverticalandhorizontalrail.Theverticalrailshouldbefixedwithright-anglecouplerstheverticalpipewhichisnotmorethan200mmabovetheThehorizontalrailshallbefixedwithright-anglecouplersimmediatelybelowtheverticalrail.45°角。Onecrossbracingshallbesetattheshortersideofdoublescaffoldandtwocrossbracingprovidedtothelongerside.Thebracingshallbe45°angletotheground.腳手架拆除時(shí)，應(yīng)從上至下逐拆除，不得上下同時(shí)施工。Scaffoldingdismantlingshallbecarriedoutinorderfromtoptobottom.Upperandbottomdismantlingatthesametimeisnotallowed.七、質(zhì)量保證措施QualityAssuranceMeasures交底不得施工。Technicalexplanationaccordingtotheconstructionmethodstatementorworkinstructionstothepersonsinvolvedintheconstructionisquitenecessarybeforeconstruction,orotherwiseitisnotallowedtostartconstruction.工。及時(shí)做好資料的整理工作。Constructionshallbecarriedoutaccordingtoestablishedprogramandstrictlyincompliancewithestablishedrulesregulationsspeciallyissuedfortheproject.Meanwhiledocumentfilingshallbecarriedoutinatimelymanner.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Unitedstandardforconstructionqualityacceptanceshallbestrictlyimplementedduringtheconstruction.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行行業(yè)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從管理入手，切實(shí)抓好本工程施工質(zhì)量。Strictimplementationofqualitystandards:constructionqualitycontrolshallbecarriedoutstartingfrommanagement.程。Strictimplementationofthethree-levelinspectionacceptancesystem,strengthenqualitycontrolandinspectionenabletoensurequalityproject.檢查。Payattentiontosurveyandsettingoutworksandstrictlycontrolthecenteraxislinedisplacement.Repeatcheckingandinspectionshallbecarriedoutcarefullybeforeconstruction.建立質(zhì)量管理體系Establishingqualitymanagementsystem;八、質(zhì)量通病及防治措施：Thequalitycommonfaultandpreventionmeasures:麻面：模板清理干凈，澆筑上一層混凝土與下一層混凝土?xí)r間間隔較混凝土振搗時(shí)至氣泡排出為止，拆模時(shí)間不宜過早。Concretepockmark:cleanuptheformwork,iftimeintervalbetweenconcretecastingtoupperlayerandlowerlayeristoolong,thecementpasteremainsshallbecleanedcompletely.ReleaseagentshallbebrushedevenlyandwithnomissingConcretevibratingshallnotbestoppeduntiltheairappear.Earlierdismantlingofformworkisnotallowed.2米。鋼筋綁扎后不得上去行走，以保護(hù)保護(hù)層不會(huì)受到破壞。Honeycombandsteelbarmissing:strictcontrolofconcreteslump,freepouringofconcreteheightshouldnotbemorethan2meters.Itisnotallowedtowalkonreinforcedsteelbaraftersoastoavoiddamagetotheprotectionlayer.據(jù)澆筑計(jì)劃，對(duì)關(guān)鍵位置模板進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)檢查和加固。Instabilityofformworkandsupportingsystem:Pumpingconcreteshallbeplacedinlayersandconcentratedpouringisnotallowed;Concretepouringshallbecarriedoutaccordingtotheplacementplanandtheformworkatkeypositionshallbereinforcedandcheckedcarefully.裂縫：控制入模溫度，對(duì)澆筑完的混凝土進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)。Concretecrack:controlthetemperatureofcastingconcretecarryoutconcretecuringtofreshconcrete.九、工程目標(biāo)：Projectobjectives:100%。Qualificationrateofsub-divisionalwork:100%.100%，杜絕質(zhì)量事故和機(jī)械設(shè)備事故。Qualificationrateofconcretestrength:100%.Trytoeliminatepoorqualityandequipmentaccidents.十、職業(yè)安全健康、環(huán)境管理措施和文明施工Occupationalhealthandsafety,managementandcivilizedconstruction職業(yè)安全健康、環(huán)境保護(hù)技術(shù)措施TechnicalMeasurementforoccupationalhealthandsafety,andEnvironmentProtection現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的機(jī)械應(yīng)保證在施工時(shí)不得漏油、運(yùn)土車輛應(yīng)將后車廂擋板安裝上，并保證能正常使用、保證在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)送棄土不得漏土，要求進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的車輛不得隨意鳴笛，要慢速行駛。ThemachineryequipmentshouldbeensuredwithnooilleakageduringtheEarth-movingvehiclesshallbeinstalledwithtailgatestopswhichworkcorrectlysoastoensurenodroppingofsoilsduringtransportation.Thevehicleaccesstositeisnotallowedtowhistleatwillandshalldriveslowlyforsafetypurpose.自卸汽車與反鏟的操作應(yīng)相互配合。當(dāng)汽車進(jìn)入指定場(chǎng)地運(yùn)土以后，Theconstructionpersonnelmustsubjecttouniteddirection,actionatwillisnotallowed.Thedumptruckandbackhoeoperationshallbearrangedforbettercooperation.Thetrucksenteringtothespecifiedareaforearth-movingshallalarmfornotice.Whileloadingcompletedandreadytomovethevehicleshallalsoalarmforsafetynotice.Workersenteringtositearerequiredtowearonhelmets.施工用電必須由專業(yè)人員持證上崗操作，并遵守安全用電規(guī)則，保證用電
