entControldepartmentAdministrationofficemanagerQCdepartmentWorkunit項目經(jīng)理項目經(jīng)理質(zhì)量經(jīng)理技術(shù)部工程部Constructiondepartment質(zhì)控部控制部綜合辦作業(yè)單位QCdepartmentmaindutiesare:質(zhì)控部主要職責:QCdepartmentisresponsibleforqualitymanagementfunctiondepartmentthatleadedbyprojectmanager.Itshallassistprojectchiefengineertododailymanagementandmakeprojectqualitymanagementsystemoperatewell,implementengineeringinspectionandtestinginaccordancewithinspectionandtestingplan,carryoutengineeringqualitysystemwhichisbeforeinspectiontogiveareport,it’sresponsibleforpunctualityandaccuracyofengineeringinspectionandtesting,takechargethecompilationofprojectinspectionandtestingplan,inspectandconfirmstrictlyaccordingtospecifiedqualitycontrolpointininspectionandtestingplan,organizeengineeringqualityassessmenttimely,reporttoGDC,provideconvenientconditionsforinspection,collectengineeringqualityinformationandGDC’sopinions,andreporttoprojectmanagerafteranalyzingandgathering.Implementmonthlyqualityregularmeetingsystem,summarizethelastmonthqualitycontrolandengineeringinspectionandtestingworktimely,analysesexistedworkingproblems,arrangenextstepqualitywork.項目質(zhì)控部是項目經(jīng)理部負責質(zhì)量管理和工程檢驗試驗的職能部門,協(xié)助項目總工做好項目質(zhì)量體系運行的日常管理,按檢驗試驗計劃實施工程檢驗試驗,貫徹執(zhí)行工程質(zhì)量報檢制和工程質(zhì)量否決、確認制度,對工程檢驗試驗的及時性、準確性負責;負責項目檢驗試驗計劃的編制,嚴格按檢驗試驗計劃規(guī)定的質(zhì)量控制點進行檢查、確認,及時組織工程質(zhì)量評定,負責向GDC報檢,并為檢查提供便利條件。收集工程質(zhì)量信息和GDC的意見,分析、匯總后向項目經(jīng)理報告。堅持每月質(zhì)量例會制度,及時總結(jié)上個月質(zhì)量管理和工程檢試驗工作,分析工作上存在的問題,部署下一步質(zhì)量工作。Reference:
