AbstractThedesorptionofN18OadsorbedonthesurfaceofSrTiO3powderwasdeterminedbyTemperatureProgrammedDesorption(TPD).Thechangesofdesorptionamountwerediscussed.TheresultsindicatethatthemassofN16OdesorptionisfollowedwithN18OofadsorptiononSrTiO3.OtherwiseasmallamountofN2,N18OandN216Oalsodesorbedfromtheparticles.N16Oformedduetotheexchangeofoxygen

isotopesandescapedfromthesurfaceofSrTiO3particlesduringheatingtheparticlespretreatedwiththeabsorptionofN18Ogas.WithincreasingtheexposureamountofN18Ogas,thedesorptionamountofN16Oincreasedandthepeakdesorptiontemperaturedecreased.However,thedesorptionamountofN16OtendtobecomeconstantwhenthesurfacecoverageofN18Ogaswashigherthanacertainvalue.Characteristic特性,特征Adsorption吸附Desorption

massspectrometryAbstractAliquidchromatography-tandemmassspectrometry(LC-MS/MS)methodwasdevelopedforthedeterminationofcommonlyabuseddyesincandy,sirup,liquidmilkandfruitjuice.Thetestsamplewasdissolvedanddilutedwithwater,thencleanedupbypolyamidesolidphaseextration.TheLCseparationwasperformedonanAgilentXDB-C18columnwith20mmol/Lammoniumacetatesolutionandacetonitrileasthemobilepheseinagradientelutionmode.ThedyesweredeterminedbyMS/MSinnegativeelectrospray
