Methodandtechnicalmeasureofelectricalworks電氣主要施工方法和技術(shù)措施：A.Process施工工藝：Conduiting→cabling→installationoflightingfixtures,switches,sockets→poweronandcommisioning配管→配線→安裝燈具、開關(guān)、插座→送電調(diào)試B.Constructionnotice施工要點(diǎn)：SurfacePVCconduitandpipeinceilingandrecessedPVCconduitandpipeinflooralongwallswillbeprovidedtotheproject.Conduiting,whichservestocivilworks,HVACandwatersupplyanddrainage,shouldbearrangedaccordingtodrawingsandcannotbechangedfreely.Constructionshouldcomplytoprocessstandardofnationalacceptanceregulation.本工程管線敷設(shè)為吊頂內(nèi)明敷設(shè)PVC管及電管和沿墻地坪內(nèi)暗配PVC管和電管。配管必須與土建、暖通和給排水專業(yè)密切配合，按圖施工，不得隨意變動(dòng)，施工中必須按照國家驗(yàn)收規(guī)范有關(guān)工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)施工。Surfaceconduitandrecessedconduitwillbeadoptedintheproject.Conduitsshouldbeconnectedtightlytoassurenowaterleakage.Electricalpipeshouldbethreadconnected.Mouthofconduitshouldbesmoothandequippedwithprotectionmouth.PVCconduitshouldbeconnectedbysleevingandshouldbe1.5to3timeslongerthanexternaldiameterofconnectingconduit.本工程均為吊頂明管敷設(shè)和暗管敷設(shè)。管路連接應(yīng)牢靠，接頭嚴(yán)密，不得有滲露水現(xiàn)象。電管必須絲扣連接，管口應(yīng)光滑無毛刺，護(hù)口齊全，PVC管應(yīng)用套管連接，套管長度為連接管外徑的1.5-3倍。Bendingradiumofsurfaceconduitshouldbe4timesnolessthanitsexternaldiameterandbendingradiumofrecessedconduitshouldbe6timesnolessthanitsexternaldiameter.Thereisnoobviouswrinklecausedbybending.Surfaceconduitandsupportshouldbefixedstronglyandarrangedintoorder.Mouthofconduitshouldbelaidlevelly.Conduitshouldnotbeinsertedintoboxobliquelyandthelengthintheboxshouldbenomorethan5mm.Conduitshouldbefixedbynut.明配管R半徑不得小于外徑的4倍，暗配管彎曲半徑不得小于管外徑的6倍。管子彎曲處應(yīng)無明顯皺折。明配管及其支架應(yīng)平滑牢固，排列整齊。管口平直，管子進(jìn)入箱盒內(nèi)不得斜插，長度不得超過5毫米，用絲納子鎖固。Alltheboxesarenotallowedtoopenholesbyelectrogaswelding.各種箱盒嚴(yán)禁電氣焊開孔。Itisnotedthatboxesshouldnotbeinstalledonmarbletableandbehinddoorsandtheirheightaresameaseachother.Lightingswitchesandsocketsshouldbeinstalledatsamepositionofrooms,ofwhichtheerrorshouldbewithin2mm.各種箱盒埋設(shè)應(yīng)注意，不應(yīng)裝在大理石臺(tái)面上、標(biāo)高一致，不得裝于門后，燈具開關(guān)、插座等應(yīng)安在室內(nèi)上下同一位置，坐標(biāo)的誤差不得大于2毫米。Steelframeorspecialhangerframeshouldbestrengthenedforinstallationoflightingonceiling.Lightingfixturesshouldbeinstalledwithoutgapatjointandtheywillbekeptclean.吊頂上的燈具安裝應(yīng)加強(qiáng)龍骨框架或?qū)Ｓ玫跫堋艟甙惭b無縫隙，內(nèi)外清潔。Switchcontrolsneutralline,andphaselineofscrewholderisconnectedtopower.Leftpointofsocketshouldbeconnectedtoneutralline,rightpointtophaselineandupperpointtoearth.Heightoflightshouldbelowerthan2.4m,andthemetalshellshouldbeconnectedtoearthwell.Lightswitches,socketsshouldbefixedwithoutdamageanddeforming.開關(guān)應(yīng)控制相線，螺口燈頭相線接頂心，插頭安裝接線為面對(duì)插座左零右相上接地。燈具安裝底于2.4米，其金屬外殼必須可靠接地。燈具開關(guān)、插座安裝牢固，無損傷變形等。PowerDBshouldbeinstalledsecurelyatrightpositionwithallparts.Theholesshouldbeopenedproperlyontheboxandprohibittoopenholesbyelectrogaswelding.Theconduitinsideboxshouldbelevelandfixedbynut.Screwshouldbeconnectedtoearthwelland2to4piecesofitcanbeoutside.配電箱安裝位置正確，部件齊全，安裝牢固。箱體開孔適當(dāng)、嚴(yán)禁電氣焊開孔，進(jìn)入箱體的管口平齊，用納子鎖牢固，絲扣外露2-4扣為宜，接地可靠。Boxshouldbecleaninsideandoutsidewithgoodpainting.Wiresshouldbearrangedintoorderandbounded.Connectionofwiresshouldberightandfixed,meanwhile,sparewiresshouldbekept.Numberofcardshouldbecompleted.Theboxesshouldbeinstalledwitherrornomorethan1.5mm.箱體應(yīng)內(nèi)外清潔，油漆完整。導(dǎo)線成束整齊，連接線路正確牢固，留有適當(dāng)余線，卡片框編號(hào)齊全，箱體安裝橫平豎直，允許偏差不大于1.5毫米。Jointandconnectionofwiresinsideconduitisnotallowedwhentheyarethreadedthroughconduit.Strandedcoppercoreshouldbeconnectedtoequipments.Wireslessthan6mm2canbeputlikeshapeofscreweyeandthencoatedbytin.Single-strandedcoppercorecanbeprovidedfireretardantsafetywirejointortincoat.Bobbinusedbywirejointshouldbecrimpingtoolsof3pointcrimpingtype.Tincoatshouldbesmooth,nodamagetoinsulatedlayerofwire.Colorofwirethreadedthroughconduit:phaselineisyellowandgreen;singlephaseisred;neutralisblue;earthinglineistwo-tonecoloredwireofyellowandgreen.管內(nèi)穿線嚴(yán)禁在管內(nèi)接頭，導(dǎo)線有連接，多股銅芯線應(yīng)用銅線與設(shè)備連接，6平方毫米以下可做“羊眼圈”狀再刷錫。單股銅芯線可采用阻燃型安全壓線帽或刷錫。壓線帽使用的壓線軸必須是專用配套的“三點(diǎn)抱壓式”壓接鉗。刷錫應(yīng)飽滿、光滑、無損傷導(dǎo)線絕緣層。穿線時(shí)的導(dǎo)線色標(biāo)為：相線為黃、綠色；單相用紅色為宜；零線為單蘭色；接地線為黃、綠雙色線。Compensatingunitshouldbeprovidedwhenwiresthreadthroughsettlementjointandexpansionjointofbuilding.Insulationresistancebetweenwireandearthshouldbenolessthan0.5ΩM.電氣管線穿過建筑物的沉降和伸縮縫采用補(bǔ)償裝置。導(dǎo)線之間對(duì)地的絕緣電阻不能小于0.5ΩM。Materialsandequipmentstobeusedshouldbeprovidedwithtexturespecificationandcertificateofqualification.對(duì)所有使用材料設(shè)備等要有材質(zhì)證明和產(chǎn)品合格證書方可使用。Constructionworkersshouldbeprovidedtrainingaboutsecurityandtechnology.Electricianshouldhavequalifiedlicense.對(duì)施工人員要進(jìn)行安全和技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，電氣作業(yè)人員必須持證上崗。Installationofcommonlightingfixtures普通燈具安裝：1、Lightingfixturesshouldbefixedaccordingtofollowingregulations燈具的固定應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：（1）、Whentheweightoflightismorethan3kg,itshouldbefixedbyscreworembeddedliftinghook.燈具重量大于3KG時(shí)，固定在螺栓或預(yù)埋吊鉤上。（2）、Whenweightofsoftcorelightislessthan0.5kg,itshouldbehungbyitssoftwire.Whentheweightofsoftcorelightisover0.5kg,itwillhungbyslingchainwithsoftwireinsideitsothatthewirewillbefreefromforce.軟線吊燈，燈具重量在0.5KG以下時(shí)，采用軟電線自身吊裝，大于0.5KG的燈具采用吊鏈，且軟電線編叉在吊鏈內(nèi)，使電線不受力。（3）、Lightingfixtureshouldnotbefixedbywoodscrew.Screwsorboltsusedtofixlightingfixturesshouldbenolessthan2pieces.Wheninsulatedradiumislessthan75mm,lightingfixtureshouldbefixedbyonescreworbolt.燈具固定牢靠，不準(zhǔn)使用木鍥。每個(gè)燈具固定用螺釘或螺栓不少于2個(gè)，當(dāng)絕緣臺(tái)徑在75mm及以下時(shí)，采用一個(gè)螺釘或螺栓固定。（4）、Diameterofroundsteelofflowerlight’shanginghookshouldbenolessthanthatofhangertenonand6mm.Testofinstallinglighttwiceheavierthanflowerlightshouldbedonebeforeinstallationoflargeflowerlight.花燈吊鉤圓鋼直徑不應(yīng)小于燈具掛銷直徑，且不應(yīng)小于6mm。大型花燈的固定及懸吊裝置，應(yīng)按燈具重量的2倍做過載試驗(yàn)。（5）、Whensteelpipeisusedaslamppost,interiordiametershouldbenolessthan10mmandthicknessnolessthan1.5mm.當(dāng)鋼管做燈桿時(shí)，鋼管內(nèi)徑不應(yīng)小于10mm，鋼管厚度不應(yīng)小于1.5mm。2、Whenheightoflightingfixtureislessthan2.4m,lightingfixtureshouldbeconnectedtoearthwellwithspecialearthingboldandmarks.當(dāng)燈具距地面高度小于2.4M時(shí)，燈具必須接地（PE）可靠，并應(yīng)有專業(yè)的接地螺栓，且有標(biāo)識(shí)。3、Shell,lampholderandwireconnectionoflightingfixtureshouldcomplytorequirementsgoesasfollows.燈具的外性、燈頭及其接線應(yīng)符合下列要求。（1）、Lightingfixturewithfullparts,nodamageordeformationandnodefectsofcoatsflakingofforlampshadetears.燈具及其配件齊全，無機(jī)械損傷、變形、圖層剝落和燈罩破裂等缺陷。（2）、Protectionjointshouldbeprovidedonthebothendofsoftwireofhanginglight.Corewireofbothendshouldbecoatedtin.Plasticsofttubeandsafetylampholdershouldbeusedduringriserinstallation.軟線吊燈的軟線兩端做保護(hù)扣，兩端芯線搪錫，當(dāng)裝升降器時(shí)，套塑料軟管，采用安全燈頭。（3）、Insulatedshelloflightholderisnotdamagedandelectricityleakage.Thehandleofswitchhasnometalpartexposedinair.燈頭的絕緣外殼不破損和漏電，帶有開關(guān)的燈頭。開關(guān)手柄無裸露的金屬部分。4、LightshouldnotbeinstalledoverHV&LVpowerdistributionequipmentsandscrewwireinsubstation.變電所內(nèi)，高低壓配電設(shè)備及螺母線的正上方不應(yīng)安裝燈具。5、Baseandsupportofspotlightshouldbefixedstrongly.Kingjournalshouldbescrewedupandfixedinrayaxisdirection.投光燈的底座及支架應(yīng)固定牢固，樞軸應(yīng)沿需要的光軸方向擰緊固定。6、Exteriorwallfittingshouldbeprovidedwaterdischarginghole.Waterproofdeviceshouldbeprovidedtoinsulationtableandwall.安裝在室外的壁燈應(yīng)有泄水孔，絕緣臺(tái)與墻面之間應(yīng)有防水措施。Speciallightinstallation專用燈具安裝：Lightinstallationshouldcomplytofollowingrequirements:燈具安裝應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：（1）、Besidesnormalpower,anothersparepowerorpowerproducedbydieseloilgeneratororaccumulatorwillbeprovidedtoemergencylight.Emergencylightwithitsownpowerisanotherchoice.應(yīng)急照明燈的電源除正常電源外，另有一路電源供電；或者是獨(dú)立于正常電源的柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組供電；或由蓄電池柜供電或選用自帶電源型應(yīng)急燈具；（2）、Escapelightingconsistsofexitlightandescapelegend.Heightofexitlightisnolessthan2mandshouldbeinstalledatescapingexitandupperpartsofstaircase.疏散照明由安全出口標(biāo)志燈和疏散標(biāo)志燈組成。安全出口標(biāo)志燈距地高度不低于2m，且安裝在疏散出口和樓梯口里側(cè)的上方；（3）、Escapelegendshouldbeinstalledonthetopofsafeexitandwithin1monthewallofstaircase,escapingcorridorandcorner.Itcanbeinstalledontheupperpartwhentheplaceisnoteasytoinstall.Distancebetweenescapelegendoverescapecorridorshouldbenomorethan20m(distanceincivildefenceshouldbenomorethan10m)疏散標(biāo)志燈安裝在安全出口的頂部，樓梯間、疏散走道及其轉(zhuǎn)角處應(yīng)安裝在1m以下的墻面上。不易安裝的部位可安裝在上部。疏散通道上的標(biāo)志燈間距不大于20m（人防工程不大于10m）；（4）、Positionofescapelegendshouldassurepassingsmoothlyandwillnotbeconfusedbyothermarks.疏散標(biāo)志燈的設(shè)置，不影響正常通行，且不在其周圍設(shè)置容易混同疏散標(biāo)志燈的其它標(biāo)志牌等；（5）、Separateemergencylightcircuitshouldexistinemergencylightwiring.Wirepassthroughdifferentfirepreventareasshouldbeprovidedfirepreventionmesure.應(yīng)急照明線路在每個(gè)防火分區(qū)有獨(dú)立的應(yīng)急照明回路，穿越不同防火分區(qū)的線路有防火隔堵措施；（6）、Fire-resistingwire,cablewillbeusedasescapinglightwiring.Wirewillthreadsurfaceconduitorrecessedrigidconduitinsideinflammablematerial.Thicknessofprotectionlayershouldbenomorethan30mm.Coppercoreinsulatedwirewithratevoltagenolessthan750Vwillbeused.疏散照明線路采用耐火電線、電纜，穿管明敷或在非燃燒體內(nèi)穿剛性導(dǎo)管暗敷，暗敷保護(hù)層厚度不小于30mm。電線采用額定電壓不低于750V的銅芯絕緣電線。Poweronandtestrunoflighting照明通電試運(yùn)行：1、ControloflightingcircuitshouldbesameasmarksoflightingpowerDBwhenlightingsystemispoweron.Switchshouldmatchsequenceoflightingfixturecontrol.Directionturnandspeedregulatingswitchoffanshouldworkwell.照明系統(tǒng)通電，燈具回路控制應(yīng)與照明配電箱及回路的標(biāo)識(shí)一致；開關(guān)與燈具控制順序相對(duì)應(yīng)，風(fēng)扇的轉(zhuǎn)向及調(diào)速開關(guān)應(yīng)正常。2、Powershouldbe24hsuppliedtolightingsystemofpublicbuildingand8hsuppliedtocivilbuilding.Alllightfittingshouldbepoweronandrecordshouldbetakenevery2h.Thereshouldbenofaultsincontinuousrunning.公用建筑物照明系統(tǒng)通電連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間應(yīng)為24h，民用住宅照明系統(tǒng)通電連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間應(yīng)為8h。所有照明燈具均應(yīng)開啟，且每2h記錄運(yùn)行狀態(tài)1次，連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)間內(nèi)無故障。Installationofswitchesandsockets開關(guān)、插座安裝一、Wiringofsocketshouldcomplytofollowingregulations插座接線應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)范：1、Leftpoleandupperpoleofsinglephase2polesocketshouldconnecttophaselineandrightpoleandunderpoleshouldconnecttoneutral;rightpoleofsinglephase3polesocketshouldconnecttophaselineandleftpoleshouldconnecttoneutralline.單相兩插座，面對(duì)插座的右孔或上孔相線連接，左孔或下孔與零線連接；單相三孔插座，面隊(duì)插座的右孔與相線連接，左孔與零線連接；2、PEorPENlineshouldconnecttoupperpoleofsinglephase3polesocket,3phase4polesocketand3phase6polesocket.Earthingcon
