PostInterpretation:ABillofLadingMemberThatCan'tBeSloppyUnderstandtheconceptofoceanbilloflading1Familiarwiththethreefunctionsoftheoceanbilloflading2learningtarget3LearnfourcommontypesofbillsofladingDoyouknowwhatabillofladingis?Howaretheyclassified?QuestionbeforeclassThebillofladingisuponreceiptofthegoodsortheshipmentofthegoods,attherequestoftheshipper,Issuedbythecarrierorthecarrier'sagentandcertifyingthatthecarrierhasreceivedthebillofladingListedgoodsingoodconditionandresponsiblefortransportingthegoodstothedesignateddestinationportandtheshippingdocumentsdeliveredtotheconsigneeingoodcondition.Whatisabilloflading?understandtheconceptAccordingtotherelevantprovisionsoftheMaritimeLawIndailyshippingpractice,thebillofladingexhibitsthreefunctions:Abillofladingisareceiptissuedbythecarriertotheshipper2.ProofofcontractofcarriageThebillofladingisbetweentheshipperandthecarrierProofofcontractofcarriage3.certificateoftitleTheholderofthebillofladinghastherighttorequirethecarriertodeliverthegoods,andhavethepowertopossessanddisposeofgoods,Abillofladingrepresentsthegoodsforwhichitisstated.1.cargoreceiptFamiliarwithfeaturesInshippingpractice,accordingtoactualneedsThecommonclassificationmethodsofbillsofladingare:commonclassification1、Sortbybillofladingconsignee3、Classificationaccordingtothemodeoftransportation2、Classificationaccordingtowhetherthereisanannotationonthebilloflading4、Sortbyissuer1.Sortbytheheaderoftheconsigneeofthebilloflading1BillofLadingReferstothebillofladingwiththenameoftheconsigneespecifiedintheconsigneecolumnofthebilloflading2bearerbillofladingAbillofladingthatdoesnotspecifyanyconsigneeintheconsigneecolumnofthebilloflading,butindicatestheword"holderofthebilloflading"orleavesthiscolumnblankanddoesnotfillinthenameofanyperson3orderbillofladingAnorderbillofladingisabillofladingfilledwiththewords"TOORDER"or"TOORDEROFSB."inthe"Consignee"monclassification1.Sortbytheheaderoftheconsigneeofthebilloflading1BillofLadingThegoodsrecordedinthisbillofladingcanonlybereceivedbythespecifiedgoodsonthebillofladingPickup,orthecarriercanonlyhandoverthegoodsattheportofdischargeTheconsigneenamedonthebilloflading.Suchabillofladinglosestheconvenienceofrepresentingthenegotiablecirculationofgoods,Butatthesametime,monclassification1.Sortbytheheaderoftheconsigneeofthebilloflading2bearerbillofladingThisbillofladingcanbetransferred,orwithdrawnwithoutanyendorsementformalitiesGoods,veryeasy.Lossortheftofthiskindofbillofladingisveryrisky.IfitistransferredtoabonafideInthehandsofathirdparty,itisveryeasytocausedisputes,soitisrarelyusedinternationally.Umonclassification1.Sortbytheheaderoftheconsigneeofthebilloflading3orderbillofladingAccordingtothedifferentmethodsofexpressingtheinstructingperson,theinstructingbillofladingisdividedintoShipper'sorderbilloflading,namedorderperson'sbillofladingandselectedorderperson'sbilloflading.Anorderbillofladingisanegotiablebilloflading.Theholderofthebillofladingmayassignittoathirdpartybyendorsementwithoutthecarrier'sapproval,sothisbillofladingisthebuyer'monclassification2.ClassificationaccordingtowhetherthebillofladinghasanannotationornotcleanbillofladingNotcleanbillofladingAtthetimeofshipment,theappearanceofthegoodsisingoodcondition.Whenthecarrierissuesthebilloflading,thereisnoindicationoftheconditionofthegoodsonthebilloflading,whichiscalledacleanbilloflading.Inthetradewithletterofcreditasthepaymentmethod,usuallythesellercanonlygetthepaymentbysubmittingthecleanbillofladingtoGalaxy.Theso-calleduncleanbillofladingisthecarrier'monclassification3.Accordingtothedifferentclassificationofthebilloflading1.directbilloflading2.MultimodalBillofLadingItmeansthatafterthegoodsareloadedfromtheportofloading,Withoutchangingboatsontheway,Abillofladingdelivereddirectlytotheportofdestinationforunloadinganddeliverytotheconsignee.Itmeansthatabatchofgoodsneedstogothroughtwoormoredifferenttransportationmethods,andonecarrierisresponsiblefortheentiretransportation.Responsiblefordeliveringthegoodsfromthereceivingplacetothedestinationtotheconsignee,andcollectthebillofladingissuedbythewholefreight.Theitemsinthebillofladingnotonlyincludetheportofdepartureandtheportofdestination,butalsolistthetransportationroutessuchasone-wayandtwo-way,monclassification1.Shipowner'sbilloflading4.Classificationbyissuer2.NVOCCBillofLadingThebillofladingissuedbytheshippingcompany,calledtheowner'sbilloflading,BillsofladingareusuallyissuedforFCLshipments.NVOCCbillofladin
