1.?dāng)?shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入matlab1.1啟動Matlab軟件1.2點(diǎn)擊酋載入故障數(shù)據(jù)中的G2015,Workspace窗口出現(xiàn):N:=uTieValueClass田G2CI15<100000x1double>double1.3取第一組數(shù)據(jù)G201,命令窗口輸入:G201=G2015(1:1:20000);2.數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理在測試中由數(shù)據(jù)采集所得的原始信號,在分析前需要進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,以提高數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性和真實(shí)性,并檢查信號的隨機(jī)性,以便正確地選擇分析處理方法。預(yù)處理工作主要包括三個方面:一是除去信號中的外界干擾信號和剔除異常數(shù)據(jù),如趨勢項和異點(diǎn);二是對原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)钠交驍M合;三是對原始信號的特性進(jìn)行檢驗。當(dāng)然這些處理工作不是全部必需的,可以選—項或兩項內(nèi)容,當(dāng)認(rèn)為原始信號獲取工作十分可靠或原始數(shù)據(jù)簡單可以直接判斷的情況下,也可以不進(jìn)行這些預(yù)處理工作。以下所做數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理,故障軸承以G201為例,正常軸承以Z201為例,觀察原始數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過不同方法做處理前后的變化。零均值化處理(原理公式見報告P8)命令窗口輸入:G201l=G201-sum(G201)/20000;%G201l為零均值處理后的數(shù)據(jù)。“20000”為采樣點(diǎn)數(shù)。sum為求和語句subplot(2,1,1),plot(G201);subplot(2,1,2),plot(G201l);%顯示G201與G2011得到下面圖形:從時域圖形上看,是波形整體在Y軸的平移。再看看頻域變化,命令窗口輸入:N=20000;%采樣點(diǎn)數(shù)fs=10000;%采樣頻率

圖3-16節(jié)點(diǎn)(30)G202與Z202小波包包絡(luò)譜對比發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者并沒有明顯的區(qū)別,很難從此節(jié)點(diǎn)提取出特征值,說明故障頻率不在0?875Hz頻率段。再對(31)節(jié)點(diǎn)的樣本1數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析:圖3-17節(jié)點(diǎn)(31)G202與Z202小波包包絡(luò)譜從圖中可以得出在點(diǎn)(2,1)、點(diǎn)(513,1)和點(diǎn)(1025,1)處的值個狀態(tài)的差異性比較好,因此初步確定這三點(diǎn)為其特征值。接下來對(32)、(33)幾個節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了包絡(luò)譜分析:在眾多的包絡(luò)譜分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)其規(guī)律是:他們都是在包絡(luò)譜的(2,1)、(513,1)、(1025,1)點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)峰值并且各個狀態(tài)有區(qū)別,即差別性較好,并且通過重復(fù)性檢驗,其可以作為特征值。因此將這三點(diǎn)作為特征值,并取(31)、(32)、(33)三個節(jié)點(diǎn)作為此種方法分析的特征值提取節(jié)點(diǎn)。特征值提取的程序如下:wpt=wpdec(G201l,3,'db4');fork=1:3cz=wprcoef(wpt,[3k]);hom=abs(hilbert(cz));czf=abs(fft(hom,4096));
