NVOCCsmayenterintoservicecontractsasshippers,butnotascarrier.

shipperatcarrier’scontainerdepotfortheirownpacking;訂艙一經(jīng)確認，承運人應保留艙位并向托運人簽發(fā)托運單，告知有關集裝箱箱號，
