1ormoreshippersinwhichtheshipper(s)makeacargomitment,

在合同中托運人對貨量作出承諾,承運人對運價和服務作出承諾。

OnlyaVOCC(oragreementofVOCCs)mayenterintoaservice

contractascarrier.只有有船承運人(有船承運人協(xié)議)可以作為承運人簽訂服務合同。

NVOCCsmayenterintoservicecontractsasshippers,butnotascarrier.

shipperatcarrier’scontainerdepotfortheirownpacking;訂艙一經(jīng)確認,承運人應保留艙位并向托運人簽發(fā)托運單,告知有關集裝箱箱號,

套約拼裝箱各家NVOCC都具備自動申報能力,是否每家都可以通過

具有自動申報能力的NVOCC參與拼裝必須通過AMS系統(tǒng)直接向美國

海關邊防總署報備。不具備自動申報能力的NVOCC應向主裝NVOCC

提供貨物申報信息,由其再將信息傳送致美國海關邊防總署。不具備自

動申報條件的NVOCC在與一家具備自動申報能力的主裝NVOCC拼
