跨,斜桿與地面的傾角宜在45°~60°之間。7.1.6Accordingtothescaffoldinstallationregulation,forthescaffoldwhichislowerthan24m,astruttingshallbesetatbothendsofthefa?aderespectively.Thestruttingshallbesetcontinuouslyfrombottomtotopandthedistancebetweeneachgrouppfstruttingsshallnotbelongerthan15m.Thewidthofeachstruttingshallnotbelessthan4spans.Theanglebetweenobliquepoleandthefloorshallbetween45°to60°.7.1.7剪刀撐的接長宜采用搭接,搭接長度不應(yīng)小于1m,應(yīng)采用不少于2個旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件固定,端部扣件蓋板的邊緣至桿端不應(yīng)小于100mm。7.1.7Overlapconnectionshallbeappliedintheextensionofstruttingandtheoverlaplengthshallbelongerthanorequalto1m.Atleasttworotatingcouplersshallbeapllied.Thedistancebetweencoverofthetoppestcouplertothetopofofthepoleshallnotbeshorterthan100mm7.1.8腳手架搭設(shè)規(guī)范規(guī)定,當(dāng)架高≤20m時,不小于40m2一個連墻點,且連墻點的豎向間距應(yīng)≤6m。7.1.8Accordingtothescaffoldinstallationregulation,whenthescaffoldisnothigherthan20m,atleastoneconnectionpointtothewallshallbearrangedevery40m2andthespacingbetweentheverticalpointstothewallshallnotbelongerthan6m.7.2腳手架的使用7.2UtilizationofScaffold.1Thescaffoldonlyshallbe7.2.2作業(yè)人員在架上的最大作業(yè)高度應(yīng)以可進行正常操作為度,禁止在架板7.2.2operation.Itisforbiddentoputriserblockorsinglescaffoldboardonthewoodenputlogtoincreaseoperationheight.7.2.3在作業(yè)中,禁止隨意拆除腳手架的基本構(gòu)架桿件、整體性桿件、連接緊固件和連墻件。7.2.3Itisforbiddentoremoveverticalpoles,horizontalpoles,thewallatrandom.Ifitisnecessarytoremovethosepolestemporarily,itshallbepermittedbypeopleinchargeandcorrespondingremedialmeasuresshallbetaken.Afterrelevantoperation,itshallberestored..4Workersoperatingonthescaffoldshallwellasotherpeopletopreventcollisionandfallingobject.Itisforbiddentoplayorrestonthescaffold..5Workersshallgettothescaffoldthroughsafe-guardedpassages.I.6Duringtheconstructionprocess,itshallbeavoidedtodamageorcontaminatethesteeltubesandcouplers.Ifthere’7.3腳手架的拆除7.3RemovalofScaffold..2Thescaffoldshallberemovedlayerbylayer.personandaguardrailorcautionnoticeshallsettopreventirrelevantpersonfromentering.Thescaffoldshallberemovedfromtoptobottom.Therail,scaffoldboard,struttinganddiagonalbracingshallberemovedfirstlyandthencomestotheputlog,legerandverticalpole.Theremovalshallbecarriedoutstepbystepandup-downconcurrentoperationisforbidden..3thelasttwocouplers.Whileremovingtheleger,diagonalbracingandstrutting,theworkersshallfirstlyloosenthemiddlecouplerandthenholdthemiddlepartofthescaffoldtoloosenthecouplersatbothends.7.3.4兩側(cè)架子之間的水平連桿應(yīng)隨拆除進度逐層拆除。嚴禁先將水平拉桿7.3.4Thehorizontaltiesbetweenthesidescaffoldsshallberemovedwiththeproscaffoldremoval.Theremovalofhorizontaltiesshallnotbecarriedoutbeforethatofthescaffold.Theheightdifferenceofsubsectionalremovalshallnotbiggerthan2spans..5Threlevantworkersshallbenotifiedtopreventthemfromfalling...7Theremovedaccessories,suchassteelpipesandscaffoldboards,shallnotbethrownawaybutbestackedrespectively.T8、模板工程8.FormworkWork8.1模板情況介紹8.1IntroductionofFormworkHGU管溝內(nèi)外表面均采用不小于15mm厚膠合板,背方采用50×100木方,TheformworkusedatinteriorandexteriorsurfaceofHGUaremadebyplywoodwhichshallnotbethinnerthan15mmandthe50×100timbershallbeappliedtothebackbracing.Allformworksareassembledonsite.8.2廊道模板制作要求8.2RequirementforPipewayFormworkManufacturing寬高偏差:+2mm-3mmWidth-HeightDeviation:+2mmto-3mm對角偏差:-3mm+5mmDiagonalDeviation:-3mmto+5mm平整度:2mmFlatness:2mm其他要求見《模板制作加工程序》RefertoFormworkManufacturingandProcessingProcdure8.3模板安裝8.3InstallationofFormwork8.3.1模板采用50*100木方背楞次龍骨、100*100木方和雙鋼管主龍骨加固,對拉螺桿、鋼管斜撐固定的形式8.3.1Theformworkshallbefastenedby50×100timberwhichisactingassecondaryframe,100×100timber,dualsteelpipewhichisactingasmainframe,counter-pulledscrewandsteel-pipediagonalbracing.8.3.2第二階段模板固定利用預(yù)埋在第一階段混凝土中的高強螺桿定位,內(nèi)墻側(cè)模加固采用鋼管斜撐和水平橫撐。HGU管溝支模示意圖參見8.3.2Thesecondphaseformworkshallbefastenedbythethefirstphaseconcrete.Thelateralformworkofinteriorwallshallbefastenedbysteel-pipediagonalbracingandhorizontalbracing.Refertoattacheddiagram1forHGUformworkinstallationdiagram..3Adequatediagonalbracingsshallbeplacedbetween.4Spongegluestripordouble-sidedtapeshallbeappliedmudleakage.Ifnecessary,releaseagentshallbeappliedtotheformworksurface..5垂直度:3mmPerpendicularity:3mm相鄰接縫高差:2mmHeightdifferencebetweenadjacentjoints:2mm平整度:2mmFlatness:2mm上口尺寸:+2mm0mmDimensionofBackCut:+2mm0mm位置:2mmPosition:2mm8.4模板拆除8.4StrippingofFormwork側(cè)模要在混凝土強度能保證構(gòu)件不變形,棱角完整時方可拆模;而頂模要在混凝土強度達到設(shè)計強度的75%之后才能拆除(可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場澆筑混凝土?xí)r留置的砼塊養(yǎng)護天數(shù)的抗壓強度試驗報告進行模板拆除)。Whentheconcretestrengthcanensurethatthecomponentsshallnotdeformandtheangularityofitshallbecomplete,thelateralformworkshallbestripped.Thetopformworkshallbestrippedwhentheconcretestrengthreaches75%ofthedesignedstrength(refertothecompressivestrengthtestreportofconcretetestpiecefornecessaryinformation).9.鋼筋工程9.ReinforcementWork9.1鋼筋材質(zhì)及制作9.1ReinforcementMaterialandFabrication9.1.1鋼筋的機械、化學(xué)性能應(yīng)符合技術(shù)規(guī)格書(1-3)9.1.1Themechanicalandchemicalpropertiesofreinforcementshallbeinlinewiththeregulationoftechnicalspecification(1-3).Theratioofmeasuredvalueofreinforcementtensilestrengthandthatofyieldstrengthshallnotbesmallerthan1.25.Theratioofmeasuredvalueofreinforcementyi
