Sicopal復(fù)合無機鉍顏料ShadessuchasRAL1021andRAL1028,whicharedifficulttoachievewithoutusinglead-basedpigments,areeasilyobtainedwithSicopalYellowpigments.

ThestandardpigmentisSicopalYellowL1100.

采用鉍黃非常容易與RAL1021/1028黃色色相匹配,這種色相是鉛顏料也難配色的黃。鉍黃顏料L1100標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色。SicopalYellowL1120hasaslightlyredderwithimprovedchroma.Itismoreheat-resistantinPrimidcrosslinkedpowdercoatingsanditshidingpowerandweatherfastnessarealsooutstanding.鉍黃顏料L1120有輕微紅色色相改善,在Primid系列交聯(lián)粉末涂料有更好的熱穩(wěn)定性,并且遮蓋力,耐候性也出眾。TomatchreddishshadeswerecommendthemuchredderalternativeSicopal?YellowL1600,whosehueoftenallowstheamountoforganicshadingpigmentsintheformulationtobereduced.

如果要配紅相的顏色,推薦鉍黃L1600,這個產(chǎn)品的色相通常可以減少有機著色顏料在配方中用量。無機顏料Sicopal/Sicotan

Sicopal復(fù)合無機鉍顏料Thecolorofbismuthvanadatepigmentsisstableatnormalbakingtemperatures(180°C-210°C).鉍黃顏料在180°C-210°C烘烤溫度中有非常好的穩(wěn)定性。However,severeoverbaking(e.g.,60minat210°C)mayresultincoloristicchangestowardsaduller,darkershadeandintheformationofvarioussurfacestructures(e.g.,craters),dependingontheresin/curingagentsystemused.Changesinfilmhardnesshavealsobeenobserved.但是在特別惡劣條件下如(60分鐘210°C),可能出現(xiàn)色彩消色(消光,變暗),或者在不同條件(樹脂,助劑)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)生不同的表面結(jié)構(gòu)。也可能出現(xiàn)漆膜變硬的現(xiàn)象。Whereespeciallygoodheatstabilityisrequired,werecommendsuitablepreliminarytestsundertheappropriateconditions.如果特別的熱穩(wěn)定性能需要,建議采用合適條件下初步實驗方法。無機顏料Sicopal/Sicotan

在粉末涂料中,L2930HD應(yīng)該適合飽和色應(yīng)用,而不是采用沖淡色使用.另外超過180度考慮做進一步實驗驗證.有機顏料Paliotol/PaliogenPaliotolpigments

NoneofthePaliotolgradeswerecommendisbasedondiarylpigmentchemistry.Diarylpigmentscandecomposeinpolymersprocessedattemperaturesabove200°C.

沒有一個Paliotol有機系列顏料推薦在基于二芳基顏料化學(xué)成份合成的,后者的產(chǎn)品特性是在超過200度的條件下發(fā)生分解.Isoindolinepigmentsarenotsuitableforuseinamine-oramidecuringpowdercoatingsystems.
