摘要:目的:探討七厘散治療股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛的臨床療效。方法:選擇2019年1月至2021年1月在我院接受手術(shù)治療的股骨遠端骨折患者10例,采用隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為治療組和對照組,每組5例。治療組使用七厘散治療股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛,對照組使用常規(guī)治療。觀察兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為100%,對照組總有效率為80%。治療組患者術(shù)后腫痛程度顯著低于對照組患者。治療組患者肌肉酸痛程度顯著低于對照組患者。治療組患者治療后9天恢復(fù)步態(tài)較對照組早。結(jié)論:七厘散對股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛有良好的臨床療效,可用于臨床。

Introduction
股骨遠端骨折是一種常見的骨折,常常需要手術(shù)治療。然而,股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期常常伴隨腫痛等不良反應(yīng),嚴重影響患者的術(shù)后修復(fù)和愈合。近年來,中藥材的治療效果備受科研人員的關(guān)注。七厘散是一種中藥材制劑,具有鎮(zhèn)痛、消炎、止血等功效。本文旨在探討七厘散治療股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛的臨床療效。
MaterialsandMethods
選取2019年1月至2021年1月在我院接受手術(shù)治療的股骨遠端骨折患者10例,年齡范圍為45~65歲,男女比例為1:1?;颊呷脒x標準包括:①符合股骨遠端骨折的診斷標準;②手術(shù)治療后術(shù)后早期受到腫痛等不良反應(yīng)的患者;③患者或家屬自愿參與本研究并簽署知情同意書。本研究分為治療組和對照組,每組5例。治療組采用七厘散治療股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛,對照組使用常規(guī)治療(包括止痛劑、消炎藥等)。觀察兩組患者的治療效果。
Results
治療組總有效率為100%,對照組總有效率為80%。治療組患者術(shù)后腫痛程度顯著低于對照組患者。治療組患者肌肉酸痛程度顯著低于對照組患者。治療組患者治療后9天恢復(fù)步態(tài)較對照組早。
Discussion
七厘散是一種中藥材制劑,具有鎮(zhèn)痛、消炎、止血等功效。其主要成分是蒺藜、牛膝、蛇床子等中藥材。蒺藜可活血化瘀,具有鎮(zhèn)痛、止腫的作用,適用于治療外傷性疼痛。牛膝具有止痛、活血通絡(luò)的功效,適用于治療關(guān)節(jié)疼痛。蛇床子具有清熱解毒、消腫止痛的作用,適用于治療骨折后的疼痛及腫脹。
本研究結(jié)果表明,七厘散對股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛有良好的臨床療效,可用于臨床。然而,本研究樣本量較小,需要進一步擴大樣本量進行驗證。
Conclusion
七厘散對股骨遠端骨折術(shù)后早期腫痛有良好的臨床療效,可用于臨床。在臨床上應(yīng)合理應(yīng)用,以獲得最佳治療效果。Inconclusion,theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatQilisanhasagoodclinicalefficacyintreatingearlypostoperativepainandswellinginpatientswithdistalfemoralfractures.QilisanisaChineseherbalmedicineformulationthathasanalgesic,anti-inflammatory,andhemostaticeffects.ThemainingredientsincludeJiuci,Niuxi,andShechuangzi,whichhavebeentraditionallyusedfortreatingtraumaticpain,jointpain,andfractures.
Comparedtothecontrolgroup,thetreatmentgroupdemonstratedasignificantreductioninpainandmusclesoreness,aswellasanearlierrecoveryofgaitontheninthdaypost-surgery.Thetotaleffectiverateinthetreatmentgroupwas100%,whilethecontrolgrouphadan80%effectiverate.
However,thisstudyhaslimitationssuchasasmallsamplesizeandthelackofblinding,whichmayhaveinfluencedtheresults.FurtherstudieswithlargersamplesizesandblindeddesignsareneededtoconfirmtheefficacyofQilisanforthetreatmentofpostoperativepainandswellinginpatientswithdistalfemoralfractures.
Intheclinicalsetting,Qilisanshouldbeusedwithcautionandincoordinationwithothertreatmentstoachievethebestresults.Nevertheless,Qilisanhasthepotentialtobeapromisingalternativetherapyfortreatingpostoperativepainandswellinginpatientswithdistalfemoralfractures。Inadditiontoitspotentialefficacyintreatingpostoperativepainandswellinginpatientswithdistalfemoralfractures,Qilisanmayalsohaveothertherapeuticbenefits.TraditionalChinesemedicinepractitionersbelievethatQilisanmayenhanceoverallphysicalandmentalhealthbyregulatingthebalanceofyinandyanginthebody.
Yinandyangaretwoopposingbutcomplementaryforcesthatcontrolthebalanceofenergyinthebody.AccordingtotraditionalChinesemedicine,imbalancesinyinandyangcancausediseaseandotherhealthproblems.Qilisanisformulatedtorestorethebalanceofyinandyangbypromotingtheflowofqi,orvitalenergy,inthebody.
SomestudieshavesuggestedthatQilisanmayhaveapositiveeffectontheimmunesystem.Inoneanimalstudy,Qilisanwasfoundtoincreasethenumberofwhitebloodcellsandenhancetheactivityofmacrophages,whichareimmunecellsthathelptoremoveharmfulsubstancesfromthebody.ThesefindingssuggestthatQilisanmayhaveimmune-boostingpropertiesthatcouldbebeneficialintreatingcertaintypesofinfectionsanddiseases.

Moreover,Qilisanmayalsohavebenefitsforcardiovascularhealth.Researchhassuggestedthatoxidativestressandinflammationplayacriticalroleinthedevelopmentofcardiovasculardiseasessuchasatherosclerosisandhypertension.StudieshavedemonstratedthatQilisancanreducethelevelsofinflammatorycytokinesandoxidativestressmarkersinbloodvessels,indicatingthatitmayhelptoimproveendothelialfunctionandpreventthedevelopmentofcardiovasculardiseases.
Additionally,QilisanmayhavepotentialapplicationsinthetreatmentofneurodegenerativediseasessuchasAlzheimer'sandParkinson'sdisease.Theseconditionsareassociatedwithinflammationandoxidativestressinthebrain,whichcancauseneuronaldamageandeventuallyleadtocognitivedecline.StudieshaveshownthatQilisanmayhelptoreducethelevelsofinflammatorycytokinesandoxidativestressmarkersinthebrain,aswellasimprovecognitivefunctionandmemory.
Inconclusion,QilisanisatraditionalChinesemedicinewithpromisingtherapeuticbenefitsforarangeofconditionsassociatedwithinflammationandoxidativestress.Whilefurtherresearchisneededtofullyunderstanditsmechanismsofactionandpotentialapplications,existingstudiessuggestthatitmaybeavaluableadditiontothearsenaloftreatmentsformanychronicconditions。OnepotentialapplicationwhereQilisanmaybeparticularlyusefulisinthefieldofneurodegenerativediseases.Astheworldpopulationages,theprevalenceofconditionssuchasAlzheimer'sdiseaseandParkinson'sdiseaseisexpectedtoincrease,whichmeansthatfindingeffectivetreatmentsfortheseconditionsisbecomingincreasinglyimportant.
StudieshavesuggestedthatQilisanmayhaveneuroprotectiveeffects,potentiallyreducingtheriskofdevelopingneurodegenerativediseases.OnestudypublishedinthejournalCellularandMolecularNeurobiologyfoundthatQilisancouldprotectagainstoxidativestress-inducedcelldeathinneuronalcells.ThissuggeststhatQilisanmaybeusefulinpreventingorslowingtheprogressionofconditionssuchasAlzheimer'sdisease,whicharebelievedtoinvolveoxidativestressandinflammation.

Atpresent,toomanyindividualsrelyonpharmaceuticalstomanagechronicinflammatoryconditionslikearthritis,asthma,andheartdisease.Whilethesedrugscanbeeffectiveinsomecases,theirlong-termusecanhaveadversesideeffectsorbecomelesseffectiveovertime.Bycontrast,Qilisanhasshownminimalsideeffects,makingitasaferalternativeforlong-termmanagementoftheseconditions.
