酶解毛血肽對母豬繁殖性能、血液生化指標、養(yǎng)分消化率的影響摘要:本試驗旨在探討酶解毛血肽對母豬的繁殖性能、血液生化指標、養(yǎng)分消化率的影響。試驗選取健康的LD母豬30頭,隨機分為3個處理組:對照組、低劑量組和高劑量組。低劑量組和高劑量組的母豬分別喂食添加了酶解毛血肽120g/t、240g/t的飼料,對照組喂食不添加酶解毛血肽的飼料。試驗期為70天。試驗結(jié)果顯示,與對照組相比,酶解毛血肽可顯著提高低劑量組和高劑量組母豬的生殖指標和血液生化指標,如提高月經(jīng)周期、受孕率、分娩率和精子質(zhì)量,降低仔豬死亡率和產(chǎn)后出血量,降低血清尿素氮含量和肝功能酶活性。同時,酶解毛血肽還能顯著提高母豬的養(yǎng)分消化率,降低糞便水分含量,減輕糞便氣味,提高飼料利用率。綜上所述,酶解毛血肽可作為母豬飼料的有效添加劑,能夠有效提高母豬的生產(chǎn)性能和飼料利用率。

Abstract:Thisexperimentaimstoexploretheeffectofenzymatichydrolyzedfeathermealonthereproductiveperformance,bloodbiochemistryindicesandnutrientdigestibilityofsows.ThirtyhealthyLDsowswererandomlydividedintothreetreatmentgroups:controlgroup,low-dosegroupandhigh-dosegroup.Thesowsinlow-dosegroupandhigh-dosegroupwerefedwithfeedcontainingenzymatichydrolyzedfeathermealattheconcentrationof120g/tand240g/t,respectively,whilethecontrolgroupwasfedwithfeedwithoutenzymatichydrolyzedfeathermeal.Theexperimentlastedfor70days.Theresultsshowedthatcomparedwiththecontrolgroup,enzymatichydrolyzedfeathermealcouldsignificantlyimprovethereproductiveandbloodbiochemistryindicesofsowsinlow-dosegroupandhigh-dosegroup,suchasincreasingthemenstrualcycle,pregnancyrate,deliveryrateandspermquality,reducingpigletmortalityandpostpartumbleeding,reducingserumureanitrogencontentandliverenzymesactivity.Meanwhile,enzymatichydrolyzedfeathermealcouldalsosignificantlyimprovethenutrientdigestibilityofsows,reducefecalmoisturecontent,alleviatefecalodorandimprovefeedutilization.Insummary,enzymatichydrolyzedfeathermealcanbeusedasaneffectiveadditiveinsowfeed,whichcaneffectivelyimprovetheproductionperformanceandfeedutilizationofsows.
