有限空間人因參數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警裝備研究摘要:在有限空間環(huán)境中,人們面臨著諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn),如氧氣濃度、二氧化碳濃度、溫度、濕度等參數(shù)變化可能導(dǎo)致身體不適甚至傷害。為此,本文針對(duì)有限空間人因參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,提出了監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警裝備的方案,以保障人員健康和安全。首先,對(duì)有限空間環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)和影響因素進(jìn)行了分析和探討,并根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范制定了有限空間人因參數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警的指標(biāo)體系,包括氧氣濃度、二氧化碳濃度、溫度、濕度等主要參數(shù)。其次,結(jié)合實(shí)際場(chǎng)景和技術(shù)手段,設(shè)計(jì)了基于傳感器和智能算法的監(jiān)測(cè)與預(yù)警裝備,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、可靠的環(huán)境參數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警。最后,進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證和實(shí)際應(yīng)用,結(jié)果表明,本方案可有效提高有限空間人員的健康和安全水平,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景和優(yōu)良的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract:Inalimitedspaceenvironment,peoplefacemanyrisksandchallenges,suchaschangesinoxygenconcentration,carbondioxideconcentration,temperature,humidityandotherparametersthatmaycausediscomfortoreveninjury.Therefore,thispaperfocusesonthestudyofhumanfactorparametersinlimitedspaceandproposesamonitoringandearlywarningequipmentschemetoensurethehealthandsafetyofpersonnel.Firstly,thecharacteristicsandinfluencingfactorsoflimitedspaceenvironmentareanalyzedanddiscussed,andtheindexsystemofhumanfactorparametersmonitoringandwarningisformulatedaccordingtorelevantstandardsandregulations,includingthemainparameterssuchasoxygenconcentration,carbondioxideconcentration,temperature,humidity,etc.Secondly,combinedwithpracticalscenariosandtechnologicalmeans,amonitoringandearlywarningequipmentbasedonsensorsandintelligentalgorithmsisdesigned,whichcanachievereal-time,accurateandreliableenvironmentalparametermonitoringandwarning.Finally,experimentalverificationandpracticalapplicationareconducted,andtheresultsshowthatthisschemecaneffectivelyimprovethehealthandsafetylevelofpersonnelinlimitedspace,andhasawiderangeofapplicationprospectsandexcellenteconomicbenefits.
