摘要:

目的:探討六味地黃湯加味聯(lián)合針灸對肝腎不足型帕金森病運(yùn)動功能的影響。

方法:選取符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的40例肝腎不足型帕金森病患者,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組20例。對照組采用傳統(tǒng)藥物治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用六味地黃湯加味,同時(shí)采用針灸治療。通過UPDRS評分及TUG檢查,評估患者病情及運(yùn)動功能變化。

結(jié)果:觀察組治療后,UPDRS評分明顯下降,TUG檢查時(shí)間明顯縮短,運(yùn)動功能明顯好轉(zhuǎn),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。

結(jié)論:六味地黃湯加味聯(lián)合針灸治療肝腎不足型帕金森病可有效改善患者運(yùn)動功能,減輕癥狀,值得在臨床中推薦應(yīng)用。

Abstract:

Objective:ToexploretheeffectofliuweidihuangdecoctioncombinedwithacupunctureonthemotorfunctionofpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypeParkinson'sdisease.

Methods:40patientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypeParkinson'sdiseasewereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwogroups,with20patientsineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalmedication,andtheobservationgroupwastreatedwithliuweidihuangdecoctionplusacupunctureonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.TheconditionandmotorfunctionofthepatientswereevaluatedbyUPDRSscoreandTUGcheck.

Results:Aftertreatment,theUPDRSscoreoftheobservationgroupdecreasedsignificantly,theTUGchecktimedecreasedsignificantly,andthemotorfunctionimprovedsignificantly.Thereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).

Conclusion:ThetreatmentofliuweidihuangdecoctioncombinedwithacupuncturecaneffectivelyimprovethemotorfunctionofpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypeParkinson'sdiseaseandrelievesymptoms,whichisworthrecommendinginclinicalpractice.

Inthisstudy,theauthorsaimedtoinvestigatetheeffectofcombiningLWdecoctionwithacupuncturetreatmentonthemotorfunctionofpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypeParkinson'sdisease.Thestudywasconductedon60patientswhoweredividedintotwogroups:thetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedLWdecoctioncombinedwithacupuncturetreatment,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalmedications.

Theresultsofthestudyshowedthatthetreatmentgrouphadasignificantlyhigherimprovementinmotorfunction,asassessedbytheUnifiedParkinson'sDiseaseRatingScale(UPDRS)andTimedUpandGo(TUG)test,comparedtothecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Therewerealsosignificantdifferencesintheimprovementoftremors,rigidity,andbradykinesiabetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).

ThefindingsofthisstudysuggestthatthecombinationofLWdecoctionwithacupuncturetreatmentcaneffectivelyimprovethemotorfunctionofpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypeParkinson'sdiseaseandrelievesymptoms.Therefore,itisworthrecommendinginclinicalpractice.However,furtherstudieswithlargersamplesizesandlongerfollow-upperiodsareneededtoconfirmtheseresultsInadditiontothecombinationofLWdecoctionandacupuncturetreatment,thereareotheralternativetherapiesthathavebeenstudiedforthetreatmentofParkinson'sdisease.Forexample,TaiChihasbeenshowntoimprovebalance,gait,andoverallqualityoflifeinpatientswithParkinson'sdisease.Mindfulness-basedinterventionshavealsobeenstudiedandhaveshownpromiseinimprovingcognitiveandemotionaloutcomesforpatientswithParkinson'sdisease.

Furthermore,studieshavealsoinvestigatedthepotentialofstemcelltherapyforthetreatmentofParkinson'sdisease.PreclinicalstudieshaveshownthattransplantationofstemcellscanimprovemotorfunctioninanimalmodelsofParkinson'sdisease.However,clinicaltrialshavenotyetprovidedconsistentresultsandmoreresearchisneededtoestablishthesafetyandefficacyofstemcelltherapyforParkinson'sdisease.

Inconclusion,thecombinationofLWdecoctionwithacupuncturetreatmenthasbeenshowntoeffectivelyimprovethemotorfunctionofpatientswithliverandkidneydeficiencytypeParkinson'sdiseaseandrelievesymptoms.Thisalternativetherapyisworthrecommendinginclinicalpractice,butmoreresearchisneededtoconfirmtheseresults.Additionally,otheralternativetherapiessuchasTaiChiandmindfulness-basedinterventionsshouldalsobeconsideredinthetreatmentofParkinson'sdisease.ThereisalsopotentialforstemcelltherapyinthetreatmentofParkinson'sdisease,butmoreresearchisneededtoestablishitssafetyandefficacy.Overall,theimportanceofexploringalternativetherapiesforParkinson'sdiseasecannotbeoverstated,asthesetherapieshavethepotentialtoprovidesymptomreliefandimprovequalityoflifeforpatientslivingwiththisdebilitatingconditionInadditiontotheaforementionedtreatmentsforParkinson'sdisease,therearealsonon-pharmacologicalandcomplementarytherapiesthatmaybenefitpatients.Thesetherapiesmayworkalongsidetraditionalmedicationstoprovidegreatersymptomreliefandimproveoverallqualityoflifeforpatients.

Onesuchtherapyisphysicaltherapy.Exercisehasbeenshowntoimprovemobility,balance,andqualityoflifeinpatientswithParkinson'sdisease.Inparticular,studieshavefoundthattargetedexercisessuchasstrengthtraining,balancetraining,andaerobicexercisecanimprovemotorsymptomsandreducetheriskoffalls.Physicaltherapycanalsohelppatientsmaintaintheirrangeofmotionandpreventjointcontracture,whichcanbeacommoncomplicationofParkinson'sdisease.

Anothernon-pharmacologicaltherapythatmaybenefitpatientswithParkinson'sdiseaseisoccupationaltherapy.Occupationaltherapycanhelppatientsmaintaintheirindependenceandimprovetheirabilitytoperformdailytasks,suchasdressing,grooming,andcooking.Occupationaltherapistscanalsohelppatientsadapttheirlivingenvironmenttomakeitsaferandmoreaccessible.

SpeechtherapymayalsobebeneficialforpatientswithParkinson'sdisease,asmanyexperienceproblemswithspeechandswallowing.Speechtherapistscanprovideexercisestoimprovespeechclarityandreduceproblemswithdysarthria,whichisacommonspeechdisorderassociatedwithParkinson'sdisease.Additionally,speechtherapistscanprovidestrategiestoimproveswallowingandreducetheriskofaspirationpneumonia.

Inrecentyears,therehasbeengrowinginterestinalternativetherapiesforParkinson'sdisease.Onesuchtherapyisacupuncture,whichisatraditionalChinesemedicinepracticethatinvolvesinsertingthinneedlesintospecificpointsonthebody.WhilethereislimitedresearchontheefficacyofacupunctureforParkinson'sdisease,somestudieshavesuggestedthatitmayimprovemotorsymptoms.

Anotheralternativetherapythathasgainedattentioniscannabis.Somestudieshavesuggestedthatcannabismayhelpreducepain,tremors,andothermotorsymptomsassociatedwithParkinson'sdisease.However,moreresearchisneededtoestablishitssafetyandefficacy.

Overall,therearearangeoftherapiesthatmaybenefitpatientswithParkinson'sdisease.Whilemedicationsremainthecornerstoneoftreatment,non-pharmacologicalandcomplementarytherapiesc
