第五章QuotationsandOffers報盤第一節(jié)TheStepsofWritingQuotationLetters報盤信的寫作步驟報盤是買方將某種產(chǎn)品按一定的交易條件(包括數(shù)量、價格、交貨期、付款條件等)向買方表達成交的愿望。在國際業(yè)務中,報盤分實盤(firmoffer)和虛盤(non-firmoffer)兩種。實盤是賣方按其所提供的條件達成交易目的的肯定承諾,一旦買方在規(guī)定的答復期限內(nèi)接受了報盤,賣方將不得對盤中任何條款作修改。虛盤則對賣方?jīng)]有這種約束力,在某些情況下,報盤中的具體條款仍可修改。
實盤是發(fā)盤人(Offerer)按其提供的條件以達成交易目的的明確表示。實盤具有法律效力。受盤人(Offeree)一旦在有效期限內(nèi)接受實盤上的條件和內(nèi)容,發(fā)盤人就無權(quán)拒絕售貨。一項實盤必須具備:
1.發(fā)盤的內(nèi)容和詞句必須肯定,不能用‘大約(about)’,‘參考價(referenceprice)’等摸棱兩可的詞。
2.發(fā)盤的內(nèi)容明確完整,其內(nèi)容應包括商品品質(zhì)(Quality),數(shù)量(Quantity),包裝(Packing),價格(Price),裝運(Shipment),支付(Payment),有效期(Validity)等。
3.發(fā)盤中不能有保留條件如:以我方最后確認為準subjecttoourfinalconfirmation;以貨物的未售出為準subjecttogoodsbeingunsold
虛盤是發(fā)盤人所作的不肯定交易的表示。凡不符合實盤所具備的上述三個條件的發(fā)盤,都是虛盤。虛盤無須詳細的內(nèi)容和具體條件,也不注明有效期。它僅表示交易的意向,不具有法律效力。出現(xiàn)下列一類的詞句者,皆為虛盤:
-Withoutengagement.
不負任何責任。
-subjecttopriorsale
有權(quán)先售。
-Allquotationsaresubjecttoourfinalconfirmationunlessotherwisestated.
所作報價,除特別注明外,須經(jīng)我方確認后方能生效。
-Ourofferissubjecttoapprovalofexportlicense.
出口許可證準許簽證,我方報價才有效。
完整的報價應包括下列要點:
1.對詢價表示感謝;(Thankthereaderfortheirenquiry)

●Yourearlyreplyisappreciated.(感謝你方早日回復。)第二節(jié)ThePrinciplesofQuotationLetters報盤信的寫作原則許多公司通過目錄、手冊、以及附有短信或卡片的相關材料感謝詢盤。在大多數(shù)情況下,卡片或短信不太人性化。但是,有時用簡單的信函表示感謝還是一種合適的方式。
收到詢價信時,盡可能簡潔清楚地回答問題。如果你不能回答詢問中的問題,應解釋原因并提供可能的其他解決方式。
重要的是在回復前在客戶的詢價時要留下良好的印象。當然,最好的印象會通過你所提供給對方的材料或信息而留下。

3.Beinapositionto能夠。強調(diào)客觀上允許做某事。Beinapositionto通常不與條件從句連用。

4.Offer報價,報盤??梢杂米鲃釉~或名詞。用法如下:
offersbaprice,make(send)sbanofferforsth
(1)Pleasemakeusanofferfor100metrictonsofwalnuts.
請給我們報盤100公噸核桃。
(2)Wecanofferyouvariouskindsofironnails.
我們可以給你們報盤各種鐵釘。

我們能以很具吸引力的價格給你方報盤大量今年產(chǎn)的花生。
名詞offer常與動詞make/send/give/cable等連用。后接介詞for或on/of,接for最普通,買方提及賣方的報盤時,接of較好。
例:Pleasesendusafirmofferfor20metrictonswalnutmeat.(請給我報20公噸核桃仁的實盤。)
動詞offer可以及物,也可以不及物。及物時可以用雙賓語。
例:Wefaxedbackthismorning,offeringyou250metrictonsGroundnutsat¥500permetrictonCNFCopenhagenforshipmentduringOctober/November.(我方今晨回復,報你250公噸花生每公噸500元哥本哈根成本加運費價十月/十一月裝運。)
5.owingto由于。
owingto與dueto,onaccountof,becauseof都當因為、由于解。用作表語時,一般用dueto;用作狀語時可通用。
例:Themarkethasdeclinedowingtothedecreaseindemand.(行情跌落是由于需求減少所致。)
6.Excessive過多的。
例:ThereisanexcessivesupplyofJapaneseTVsets.(日本產(chǎn)的電視機供應過剩。)
7.Demand名詞,需求。動詞,需要。
例:
(1)Supplyexceedsdemand.(供大于求。)
(2)Theydemandlargequantitiesoftextiles.(他們需要大量的紡織品。)

14.peryard每碼。Per每個,Yard一種基本長度單位,碼。
