老師們，同學(xué)們，大家好!今天，我演講的題目是《珍愛生命之水》。

同學(xué)們，我們知道，人不可缺少水，如果沒有了水，動(dòng)物和人都無法生存。沒有了水就沒有了生命，沒有了水，地球就是一片死寂。

大家知道，地球上的面積被水覆蓋，然而卻很少有人知道這么大的水量中可被人類利用的淡水總量只占地球上總水量的十萬分之三，占淡水總蓄量的0.34%。目前，世界上已有超過一半的陸地面積，遍及一百多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)缺水，二十億人飲水困難。而人類正以每20__年增加1倍的淡水需求消耗著水資源。到目前為止，人類淡水消費(fèi)量已占全世界可用淡水的54%。我國(guó)水資源總量為2.8萬億立方米，人均水量不足2400立方米，僅為世界人均水量的四分之一，居世界第110位，我國(guó)水資源總量中，可用水儲(chǔ)量只有1.1萬億立方米，而目前用水量已達(dá)5600億立方米，城市每年缺水60億立方米，全國(guó)668個(gè)城市中有400多個(gè)供水不足，其中108個(gè)嚴(yán)重缺水。因缺水每年造成工業(yè)損失2300多億元。

如果我們不節(jié)約用水，后果就會(huì)不堪設(shè)想。所以相對(duì)于不斷發(fā)展的工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和不斷增長(zhǎng)得人口，供我們使用的水是非常有限的，所以節(jié)約用水勢(shì)在必行。

同學(xué)們，行動(dòng)起來吧!節(jié)水行動(dòng)就在你我的身邊。

你可以在日常生活中隨時(shí)隨地的節(jié)約每一滴水。

下面，我給大家提幾個(gè)節(jié)約用水的建議。

一，用淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不僅節(jié)約了水，還有效地清除了蔬菜上的殘存農(nóng)藥;

二，洗衣水洗拖帕，帚地板，再?zèng)_廁所。第二道清洗衣物的洗衣水擦門窗及家具，洗鞋襪等;

三，大，小便后沖洗廁所，盡量不開大水管沖洗，而充分利用使用過的"臟水";

四，夏天給室內(nèi)外地面灑水降溫，盡量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水;

五，自行車，家用小轎車清潔時(shí)，不用水沖，改用濕布擦，太臟的地方，也宜用洗衣物過后的余水沖洗;

六，家庭澆花，宜用淘米水，茶水，洗衣水等;

七，家庭洗滌手巾，小物件，瓜果等少量用水。宜用盆子盛水而不宜開水龍頭放水沖洗;

八，水龍頭使用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)有漏水現(xiàn)象，可用裝青霉素的小藥瓶的橡膠蓋剪一個(gè)與原來一樣的墊圈放進(jìn)去，

可以保證滴水不漏;

九，將衛(wèi)生間里水箱的浮球向下調(diào)整2厘米，每次沖洗可節(jié)省水近3kg;按家庭每天使用四次算，一年可節(jié)藥水4380kg。

十，洗菜：一盆一盆地洗，不要開著水龍頭沖，一餐飯可節(jié)省50kg;

十一，淋?。喝绻P(guān)掉龍頭擦香皂，洗一次澡可節(jié)水60kg;

十二，手洗衣服：如果用洗衣盆洗，清衣服則每次洗，清衣比開著水龍頭節(jié)省水200kg;

十三，用洗衣機(jī)洗衣服：建議您滿桶再洗，若分開兩次洗，則多耗水120kg;

十四，洗車：用抹布擦洗比用水龍頭沖洗，至少每次可節(jié)水400kg;

十五，沖廁所：如果您使用節(jié)水型設(shè)備，每次可節(jié)水4一5kg;

水看上去是那樣的普通，普通的讓人須臾，不可缺少而隨時(shí)可以忘記。人們只有在渴了的時(shí)候想到喝水，而對(duì)于水的本身關(guān)心得很少甚至從未關(guān)心過。沒有水就沒有生命，更談不上生命文明和發(fā)展。當(dāng)前，由于世界人口的劇增、人類的過度索取和浪費(fèi)，以及工業(yè)污染等原因，世界淡水資源越來越匱乏，人類正面臨著嚴(yán)重的水危機(jī)。

中國(guó)也是一個(gè)水資源緊缺的國(guó)家，盡管水資源總儲(chǔ)量達(dá)2.81萬億立方米，居世界第六位，但中國(guó)要養(yǎng)活著世界的四分之一的人口，人均水資源占有量不足世界人均占水量的四分之一，被列為全球十三個(gè)人均水資源貧乏的國(guó)家之一。專家預(yù)測(cè)，中國(guó)人口將在2030年達(dá)到16億的高峰，再加上日益嚴(yán)重的水污染，到那時(shí)，中國(guó)將成為嚴(yán)重缺水的國(guó)家。

側(cè)耳傾聽，淮河在吶喊，黃河在哭泣，長(zhǎng)江在嘆息……水污染像一種持久的頑疾折磨著大大小小的河流，湖泊,水庫(kù)，水環(huán)境的惡化直接威脅著人們的身體健康，為了呼吁人們關(guān)注水污染，節(jié)約水資源。

是啊，水，是如此重要!

水是生命之源。哪里有水，哪里就有生命。水分約占到人體體重的65%。一個(gè)人如果缺水5%，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)意識(shí)不清，甚至幻視;沒有食物，人最多可以活兩個(gè)月，如果沒有水，頂多能活一周左右。水是莊稼的命根子。用手抓一把植物，你會(huì)感到濕漉漉的，涼絲絲的，這是水的緣故。水是工業(yè)的血液。制造1噸鋼，大約需用25噸水。制造1噸紙需用450噸水。食品加工離不了水，醬油、醋、啤酒等，干脆就是水的化身。有水走遍天下，無水難成美景。水路運(yùn)輸便宜，運(yùn)輸量大，平穩(wěn)，還是不會(huì)被炸斷的運(yùn)輸線。你看，錢塘江大潮、珠穆朗瑪雪峰、黃山的云海、哈爾濱的冰燈，哪一個(gè)不是水的換景變形?游泳、跳水、沖浪這些人們最樂意的活動(dòng)，哪一個(gè)離得開水?

可是在甘肅、寧夏一些缺水地區(qū)，能讓孩子喝上一口凈水、洗個(gè)澡,是眾多母親的奢望。

一個(gè)老農(nóng)用一根粗粗的繩子把一個(gè)七八歲大的孩子滑到深深的井底，為的只是一瓢一瓢舀上半桶略帶泥沙的飲用水。農(nóng)戶在鍋里燒開水的時(shí)候，鍋的一圈竟然是泛白的堿性沉淀物。再看我們身邊：嘩嘩的流水，為的是洗一塊毛巾!烈日炎炎的夏天，當(dāng)你舒舒服服地沖著涼水澡時(shí)，你所用的水是缺水地區(qū)幾十人的一天的用水量;當(dāng)你沖洗馬桶時(shí)，一次的用水量當(dāng)于發(fā)展中國(guó)家人均日用水量;當(dāng)粗心的你沒有擰緊水龍頭，它一個(gè)晚上流失的水，相當(dāng)于非洲缺水地區(qū)一個(gè)村莊的居民一天飲用水量......

水在不停地運(yùn)動(dòng)，在人體里，在農(nóng)田，在工廠，使世界充滿生機(jī)和活力。在大慶，城市人均水資源占有量?jī)H為215立方米，不足全國(guó)平均水平的1/10，屬于嚴(yán)重缺水城市。大慶市已被國(guó)家水利部確定為"國(guó)家級(jí)節(jié)水防污型社會(huì)建設(shè)試點(diǎn)城市"。40多年的過度開采，地下水的補(bǔ)給遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比不上抽取的速度，全市地下水位迅速下降，主城區(qū)已形成5560多平方公里的地下水降落漏斗，地面明顯沉降，如果這種現(xiàn)狀不能得到有效治理，大慶將面臨滅頂之災(zāi)--整個(gè)城市無水可飲!不僅如此，過度開采地下水也使大慶及周邊地區(qū)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)遭到嚴(yán)重破壞。大慶市在近20__年間草原面積減少達(dá)15.2萬公頃，占草原總面積的71.8%。同時(shí)，青岡、蘭西、安達(dá)、肇東、明水等周邊市縣的草原退化總面積已達(dá)37萬公頃。

同學(xué)們，沒有電燈，我們可以點(diǎn)蠟燭;沒有蠟燭，我們可以點(diǎn)油燈;沒有油燈，我們可以點(diǎn)火把;連火把也沒有，我們只好靜靜地等待黑夜過去，黎明的到來。而沒有水，我們無法洗臉、刷牙，無法解渴，餐桌上沒有了魚蝦，看不到花草樹木，不知道什么叫游泳，船
