趙家林:天順礦5.0Mt/a煉焦煤選煤廠初步設(shè)計(jì)遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)前言煤炭是我國重要基礎(chǔ)能源。我國能源資源基本特點(diǎn)是富煤、貧油、少氣,我國能源的稟賦并不樂觀,主要一次能源、石油、天然氣、煤炭儲采比均低于世界的平均水平。所以,一次性能源消費(fèi)必然是以煤炭為主。在未來的相當(dāng)長時期內(nèi),以煤為主的能源供應(yīng)格局應(yīng)該不會改變,煤炭基礎(chǔ)能源地位也不會隨之改變。我國原煤的入洗率低,與國際水平差距巨大。直接燃用和利用未經(jīng)洗選加工原煤現(xiàn)象十分的普遍,是相當(dāng)不合理的,煤炭利用率低,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益很差,造成寶貴的煤炭資源出現(xiàn)浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染等嚴(yán)重問題。因此對于國內(nèi)煤炭企業(yè),為了使煤炭資源得到充分的利用,必須進(jìn)行合理的機(jī)械加工和化學(xué)加工。加大煤炭洗選力度,使用戶用上符合質(zhì)量要求的產(chǎn)品,這樣不僅可提高能源利用效率,還可減少環(huán)境污染,同事可節(jié)約礦產(chǎn)資源。實(shí)踐證明,選煤提高了煤炭的使用價值,充分利用煤炭資源是最經(jīng)濟(jì)而有效的加工方法之一。原煤通過選煤和篩分加工之后,可以改善煤炭產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,生產(chǎn)出滿足不同用戶需求、不同規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品,進(jìn)而減少矸石無效運(yùn)輸,提高煤炭的利用率,節(jié)約能源,同時給企業(yè)帶來豐厚的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。目前我國大型煤礦基本上都會建有配套的選煤廠,因此,要保證煤炭洗選加工的健康發(fā)展,規(guī)范大中型選煤廠的市場就顯得十分重要。本次設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是:天順礦5.0Mt/a煉焦煤選煤廠初步設(shè)計(jì),該廠屬于礦區(qū)型選煤廠。礦區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為年產(chǎn)5.0Mt,故選煤廠年處理原煤亦為5.0Mt。選煤廠服務(wù)年限與礦區(qū)相同,工作制度與礦區(qū)相同。原料煤來自兩個礦區(qū),根據(jù)煤質(zhì)特征確定煤用途為煉焦煤。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容是對原煤的煤質(zhì)資料進(jìn)行分析和綜合,評定原煤的可選性。同時完成對原煤煤質(zhì)資料分析、煤可選性評定、工藝流程選擇與計(jì)算、設(shè)備選型、廠房布置、經(jīng)濟(jì)概算、圖紙繪制等初步設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。1廠區(qū)概況1.1地理、行政及交通天順礦煉焦煤選煤廠是一座礦區(qū)型選煤廠,東與吉林省接壤,西距省會沈陽45公里,北與鐵嶺毗鄰,南與本溪相望。距沈陽桃仙機(jī)場四十公里,據(jù)營口海港200公里,據(jù)大連海港400公里,均有高速公路和鐵路相連,交通十分便利。圖1-1天順礦礦區(qū)交通位置圖Fig.1-1Chartoftianshunarea’stransportation1.2水文地質(zhì)條件煤田為一軸向近東西的不對稱向斜,北翼陡(傾角30度~600),南翼緩(傾角15度~300)。向斜構(gòu)造由下第三系組成,基底為前震旦系變質(zhì)巖及白堊系火山碎屑巖,地表為厚0~30m的第四系覆蓋。下第三系賦存深度不超過600m,該系的主要構(gòu)造型式為橫切或斜交的平推正斷層,另有與該系沉積同時間歇噴發(fā)的玄武巖,對第三紀(jì)下部煤層有一定影響。1.3工程地質(zhì)和地震情況撫順市在地質(zhì)構(gòu)造上屬華北地臺遼東臺背斜,位于下遼河斷陷盆地與遼東隆起帶交接處的北東向撫順新生代斷陷盆地內(nèi),是兩種不同運(yùn)動性質(zhì)斷塊的分界地區(qū)。該地區(qū)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造比較復(fù)雜,主體構(gòu)造線呈北東~北東東方向,主要斷裂構(gòu)造有北東向的渾河深大斷裂,該斷裂在古生代、中生代、新生代都有過強(qiáng)烈的活動。其次是章黨~哈達(dá)斷裂等,此外,還發(fā)育有一系列北西~北西西向不同規(guī)模的斷裂,如東洲斷裂、蘇子河斷裂等。這些斷裂控制了本區(qū)構(gòu)造格局及區(qū)內(nèi)的地震活動。1975年海城7.3級大地震距撫順約160km,影響烈度達(dá)Ⅵ度。距撫順最近的一次較大地震是1765年沈陽的5級地震,距撫順只有30km。1954年12月在沈陽至撫順之間發(fā)生過一次3.5級地震。撫順市自1968年底開始監(jiān)測地震以來,記錄到的本區(qū)最大地震為3.2級,小震一般多分布在沈陽-撫順之間和渾河斷裂兩側(cè)附近。同時,也記錄到撫順地區(qū)的礦震。1.4氣候特征撫順地區(qū)屬北溫帶季節(jié)風(fēng)性大陸氣候,一年四季分明,氣候宜人,雨量充沛,年平均降雨量在750-850毫米,無霜期為150天左右。年平均氣溫為5-7攝氏度,年日照時數(shù)為2250-2520小時,日照百分率為51-58%。雨水儲量充足。1.5水源供應(yīng)及排水條件1)選煤用水水源選煤廠的生產(chǎn)、生活及消防用水水源取自城市提供水。2)排水因工業(yè)場地地形高差區(qū)域變化較大,排水系統(tǒng)分為高區(qū)域和低區(qū)域兩塊。低區(qū)排水均集中到污水泵站,經(jīng)加壓后排至辦公樓附近,與高區(qū)排水系統(tǒng)合并自流排入礦區(qū)排水系統(tǒng)中,并進(jìn)入污水處理廠統(tǒng)一處理。1.6電源供應(yīng)情況選煤廠電源接自城市電源。1.7建筑材料供應(yīng)本工程所用的建筑材料相當(dāng)普遍,均可由當(dāng)?shù)夭少彙?原料煤基地2.1原料煤生產(chǎn)及供應(yīng)該礦采根據(jù)地形地貌運(yùn)用“分區(qū)開采、聯(lián)合運(yùn)輸,內(nèi)部排土”的生產(chǎn)工藝,采裝為4-8Mз電鏟,運(yùn)輸用150噸直流準(zhǔn)軌電機(jī)車和42、108噸采礦型汽車,并且采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軌道電氣化鐵路、采礦大汽車、皮帶提升運(yùn)輸工藝。采出主要產(chǎn)品為煤炭、油母頁巖和洗選設(shè)備。煤炭的發(fā)熱量7500-8000千卡∕千克為焦煤,并有含油率6-14%的油母頁巖,礦井井田蘊(yùn)藏稀有的煤精和琥珀,生產(chǎn)各種煤精工藝品和裝飾品。天順礦開采于1901年。礦坑?xùn)|西長6.6公里,南北寬2.2公里,總面積為14.52平方公里,開采深度為海平面-400米水平。解放以后,累計(jì)生產(chǎn)煤炭1.9億噸,油母頁巖4億噸,上交利稅6.58億元為國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出較大貢獻(xiàn)。井田含煤地層為石炭、二迭系,含煤19層,主要采煤層為4層,分別是8、10、15、17層煤,煤層總厚度平均為15.73m。8、10層煤較厚,平均厚度分別為5.15m、7.88m,其中最厚處20.01m;15、17層煤較薄,平均厚度分別為2.15m、4.23m。井田煤質(zhì)較為穩(wěn)定,原煤平均灰分在21.16~22.91%之間,近年來隨井下地質(zhì)條件及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的變化,原煤灰分達(dá)到25%左右;各煤層含硫量變化較大,原煤高位發(fā)熱量在25.10~27.06MJ/kg之間,為中高發(fā)熱量煤。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場采樣測定,8層煤的精煤硫分為0.48%,粘結(jié)指數(shù)(GR.I)為74.30,Y值為10.50mm。2.2煤層及煤質(zhì)截止到2008年末,礦區(qū)8層煤、10層煤可采儲量共有8842.9萬t,15層煤、17層煤可采儲量共有7315.3萬t,但由于開采的煤層變薄、地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,導(dǎo)致原煤的灰分增高,相應(yīng)帶來篩混煤灰分變高,發(fā)熱量降低。天順煤礦所處地理環(huán)境決定其煤炭產(chǎn)品銷售的優(yōu)勢來自于質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,發(fā)熱量高的特點(diǎn)。因此煤質(zhì)變差帶來了市場競爭優(yōu)勢的減弱。礦井開采的技術(shù)條件不變的情況下,要穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,必須加大入洗能力,使之與礦區(qū)生產(chǎn)能力相匹配,并且可以根據(jù)市場需求生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的煉焦用煤。精煤:50~0mm,Ad在7.51-9.0%之間作為煉焦配煤(可根據(jù)市場情況調(diào)整灰分)?;烀海?0~0mm,發(fā)熱量>34MJ/Kg作為一般煉焦煤。煤泥:需根據(jù)煤質(zhì)的變化區(qū)別對待,經(jīng)晾干直接摻入混煤,做為電煤銷售。3煤質(zhì)資料整理、審查、分析及綜合煤質(zhì)資料整理、審查、分析及綜合是為了進(jìn)一步了解煤的內(nèi)在特性和制定合理的選煤工藝流程,包括煤的物理性質(zhì)、化學(xué)性質(zhì)、篩分和浮沉資料、可選性。掌握綜合原煤的特性,繪制混合可選性曲線,和分級可選性曲線,確定原煤可選性以及進(jìn)行工藝流程的計(jì)算。3.1原始煤質(zhì)資料審查、分析及調(diào)整3.1.1原始煤質(zhì)資料內(nèi)容原煤的煤質(zhì)資料是制定所選精煤灰分、選煤工藝流程、工藝流程計(jì)算和所需設(shè)備選型的基原數(shù)據(jù)。煤質(zhì)資料審查與分析的目的是為了進(jìn)一步了解該礦區(qū)所采原煤的物理、化學(xué)特性和方便制定較為合理的選煤工藝流程。煤質(zhì)資料綜合與調(diào)整的目的是為了掌握綜合原煤的特性,繪制可選性曲線,進(jìn)行工藝流程的計(jì)算,是選煤廠設(shè)計(jì)的最基礎(chǔ)工作。A煤層篩分試驗(yàn)結(jié)果見表3-1,B煤層篩分試驗(yàn)結(jié)果見表3-2,A煤層自然級篩分浮沉試驗(yàn)報告見表3-3,B煤層自然級篩分浮沉試驗(yàn)報告見表3-4。表3-1A層原煤篩分試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表Tab.3-1Acoalscreeningtestresultstable粒級/mm產(chǎn)物名稱產(chǎn)率質(zhì)量Qgr,d/MJ·kg-1重量/kg占全樣/%篩上累計(jì)/%Mad/%Ad/%St,,d/%>100手選煤夾矸煤硫鐵礦矸石小計(jì)10.202.3012.5020.5066.1528.90100~50手選煤夾矸煤硫鐵礦矸石小計(jì)14.402.6517.0516.2050.8721.59>50合計(jì)29.5524.6850~2525~1313~6.06.0~3.03.0~0.50.5~0.0未分離煤未分離煤未分離煤未分離煤未分離煤未分離煤10.2911.1012.7411.4220.704.2030.2322.3818.9916.7115.8720.0050~0合計(jì)70.4519.94毛煤總計(jì)100.00100.00原煤合計(jì)(除去>50mm級矸石及硫鐵礦)95.2518.41表3-2B層原煤篩分試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表Tab.3-2Bcoalscreeningtestresultstable粒級/mm產(chǎn)物名稱產(chǎn)率質(zhì)量Qgr,d/MJ·kg-1重量/kg占全樣/%篩上累計(jì)/%Mad/%Ad/%St,,d/%>100手選煤夾矸煤硫鐵礦矸石小計(j
