oringormundane.Itcanbefun,lively,interestingandexciting.I’msureyouwillbebetterinthenearfutureandIcanhelpyou.Iwishyougreatsuccess!I’mexpectingyourprogress.Ifnecessary,youmaycometomyofficefhelpanytime.Mindyou,readingthetextsaloudisagoodwayofimprovingyourEnglish.四.熱情的批語對于“有待進(jìn)步的學(xué)生”,用此法。用詞要簡單,要切合當(dāng)時教學(xué)的實際,巧妙地復(fù)現(xiàn)最近所學(xué)詞語、句型,以利于學(xué)生鞏固掌握。讓他們看懂之后受到鼓舞和啟發(fā),從而提高興趣,減少畏難情緒。Franklyspeaking,today’stranslationworkisreallydifficult,buttomysurpristhanIthought.You’reimprovingalot,thseveralmistakes.Eventhebeststudentinyourclassmakesthesamemistake.Keeponandyou’llmakegreaterprogress.針對個別學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)的現(xiàn)象,可提出:Tobehonest,copyingisacleverwayoflearning.Butifyoucanmakesomechanges,wordorder,forexample,I’llbeashappyasever.Sinceyou’reworkingsohard,whynotaskthatverystudenttogiveyousomehelp?Forexample,writeasentenceofyourown,thenaskhimsomeadvice.You’llfinditalittlemoredifficultbutmorehelpful在日常的教學(xué)中,只有語文的作文中會使用較多的評語。在其它的科目的作業(yè)本中,看到的大多是簡單的對、錯符號和分?jǐn)?shù)等級,幾乎沒有評語。在英語作業(yè)中,至多也只是千篇一律的Allright,OK或Good。我們教師在改進(jìn)教學(xué)是,把大量的時間用于備課、課堂教學(xué)、作業(yè)的布置與批改、測驗考試等,一般不會想到花點時間用在學(xué)生的作業(yè)評語上。其實作業(yè)評語也是英語教學(xué)中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),有其自身的特點和功能。下面我就關(guān)于“作業(yè)批語”談一點自己的淺見:一、作業(yè)評語是實事求是地評價作業(yè),也是實施“素質(zhì)教育”的需要。由于受“應(yīng)試教育”的影響,許多教師熱衷于給學(xué)生作業(yè)打分?jǐn)?shù)或劃等級。實踐證明,對某些學(xué)生,這樣做不僅不能起到鼓勵或鞭策的作用,相反還會抑制甚至打擊學(xué)生的積極性,論文先生網(wǎng)因為分?jǐn)?shù)和等級的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)往往是片面的和機(jī)械的,容易抹殺學(xué)生的個性,不能準(zhǔn)確地衡量學(xué)生的真實成績,達(dá)不到因材施教的目、的。而且,一般作業(yè)也不都適合評分。只有評語才能給學(xué)生以恰如其分的評價,使他們真正看到自己已取得的成績,存在的缺點和努力的方向。1、對差生的作業(yè)要批評,但更要多鼓勵。例如:You'vemadesomanymistakesbutdobetternexttime.Ithinkyoucandobetterifyouworkalittleharder.Becarefulandyou'llmakegreaterprogress.一份差生的作業(yè)中可能有各種各樣的語法錯誤,但是主要內(nèi)容也許很好或字寫得不錯,如被全部地劃叉或判為零分,這就如同倒洗澡水把孩子也一起倒掉了一樣。而評語則可以起到去粗取精之2、對優(yōu)等生的作業(yè)表揚(yáng)中要有指正。教師可通過評語向他們提出更高的要求,如增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)造力等??梢哉f:It'sgoodtobecorrect.It'salsoimportanttobecreative.Excellent,youhaven'tmadeanymistakes,buttrytomakeyourhandwritingnicer.3、對中等生的作業(yè)應(yīng)該慎重評價。他們往往是大錯不犯,小錯不斷。在他們的評語中要多點督促,因為這一類學(xué)生往往就缺少那么一點“推動力”,如推一推就上去了,松一松便下來了。例如:You'dbetterbemorecareful!Paymoreattentiontoverbsandtheiruses!Workharderandthenyou'llmakemuchprogress!有些學(xué)生比較馬虎,經(jīng)常犯拼寫錯誤。對于這類不大不小的問題,一個個批改不僅費力而且沒有必要,但也不能視而不見,提出要求是良方。例如:Yourworkisquitegoodexceptforafewspellingmistakes.現(xiàn)在的中學(xué)生大多為獨生子女,過多的要求甚至批評難以奏效,“愉快教育”才能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化教育發(fā)展的需要。對于那些缺乏良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,或?qū)W習(xí)成績有下降趨勢的學(xué)生,要經(jīng)常在作業(yè)評語中委婉地指出他們的缺點和不足,并表達(dá)對他們的希望。只要這些希望是真誠的、適時的和有內(nèi)容的,學(xué)生就會從中理解老師對他們的信任、關(guān)心和愛心,從而轉(zhuǎn)化為學(xué)習(xí)的動力。冷冰冰的對、錯號或分?jǐn)?shù)只是一些符號或標(biāo)志而已,有時(如閱卷)不得不為之,但要表達(dá)豐富細(xì)膩的感情還要用評語。二、作業(yè)評語與課堂用語是英語教學(xué)的兩個要素教師使用課堂用語是為了提高學(xué)生的英語口語理解和表達(dá)能力,對于知識點和書面表達(dá)的掌握程度則要通過作業(yè)來練習(xí)和檢驗。教師多使用作業(yè)評語可以提高學(xué)生的書面理解和表達(dá)能力。課堂用語轉(zhuǎn)眼即逝,而作業(yè)評語卻能長久保存。在課堂上教師面對的是全班學(xué)生,在有限的課堂時間內(nèi)不可能逐一對學(xué)生進(jìn)行評價。而教師在批改作業(yè)時所面對的是每一位學(xué)生的作業(yè),便于因材施教,個別指導(dǎo)。可以說,評語可彌補(bǔ)課堂教學(xué)的不足,是師生對話的一種方式。學(xué)生閱讀作業(yè)評語是對語言的實際運(yùn)用。因為教師在評語中所使用的語言是有實際內(nèi)容的,即對某個學(xué)生及其作業(yè)的具體情況所進(jìn)行的分析或評價,所以很容易被學(xué)生理解、接受或效仿。作業(yè)評語所使用的語言應(yīng)該與學(xué)生的語言水平相當(dāng)。教師可以利用學(xué)生已學(xué)的單詞、短語、句型、時態(tài)、語態(tài)、語氣或篇章結(jié)構(gòu)等,也可以用即將接觸的語言。這不僅可以評價作業(yè),而且能幫助學(xué)生鞏固和運(yùn)用語言。例如:Good!Nice!Great!!Lovely!Perfect!Pleasant!Wonderful!Correct!Careless!Unclear!Untidy!2.短語:Verynice!Quitecorrect!QuiteOK!Well-written!A.That'sallright!/That'sOK./That'swrong./That'scorrect!B.Itiscleverofyoutodoso./It'snicso.It'scarelessofyoutowritethisway.C.You'vedonesonicely./You'vemadesuchacarelessmistake!D.Whatgoodworkyou'vedone!/Whatagoodboyyouare!/Howcarefullyyou'veworked!you'veE.Trytodobetternexttime!/Seewhatyou'vedone!/Correctyourmistakes.,/Don'tdothatagain!F.Ifindyou'vemadealotofprogress!/Ithinkyoucanworkmorecarefullynexttime./I'msorryyou'vemadesomanymistakesinyourwork..G.You'vedonebetterthanlasttime./Youcandobestofallifyoutryharder.H.Whatdoyouthinkofyourwork/Howdidyoulikeyourhandwriting4.時態(tài):A.You'vedonebestofallinyourclass!/You'vemadesomuchprogress!B.You'redoingnicely!C.YourEnglishwillbecomebetterifyouworkharder.D.Nowyoucandobetterthanyoudidbefore.5.語態(tài):A.Youdoyourworkwell./Yourworkiswelldone.B.YouhavemadegreatprogressinEnglishthisterm./YourEnglishhasbeengreatlyimprovedthisterm.6.語氣:A.YourEnglishisexcellent.B.Iwishyouwouldworkharder./HowIwishyouwouldbemorecareful.C.Payattentiontoyourspelling./Keeponandon.on.有些教師認(rèn)為,作業(yè)評語只是對作業(yè)本身進(jìn)行評價,這是一種狹隘的觀點。我認(rèn)為,作業(yè)評語的內(nèi)容也可以包括有關(guān)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的方方面面,其語言形式更可以千變?nèi)f化。它們可以是:一個詞,例如:Great!(Perfect!Wonderful!)一句話,例如:**whatagoodgirlyouare!(Howniceyourworkis!You'vedonesowell!.)一則格言,例如:Practicemakesperfect.(Wherethere'sawill,there'saway.)還可以是三言兩語的描述或隨感,或是提出幾個帶啟發(fā)性的問題。只要能幫助學(xué)生提高運(yùn)用英語的能力,掌握英語知識,激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和積極性,無所不可涉及,各種句式都可運(yùn)用。寫好作業(yè)評語,教師不僅要有相當(dāng)高的英語知識和靈活運(yùn)用英語的能力,而且要有一定的文學(xué)素養(yǎng)。有時不是教師不想寫作業(yè)評語,或擔(dān)心寫了學(xué)生理解不了,也是對自己英語的一種提高。三、作業(yè)評語可以溝通師生感情,也是教師“師德”水平高低的一種表現(xiàn)。我認(rèn)為,評語是教師同學(xué)生促膝談心,說悄悄話,表達(dá)的是特別的關(guān)注和愛護(hù),猶如一封短箋,或贊揚(yáng)或勸誡,學(xué)生們都能心領(lǐng)神會。教師針對不同成績的學(xué)生及其作業(yè),在不同場合所作的評語可激發(fā)學(xué)生們的斗志,讓優(yōu)等生更上一層樓,使中等生改正缺點、發(fā)揚(yáng)成績。更重要的是,能實事求是心理,樹立信心,努力從后進(jìn)變?yōu)橄冗M(jìn)。在學(xué)期開始,
