theresilienceandcreativityofthepeoplewhofirstcreatedit.TocreatethesavoryOysterOmelet,beginbycleaninganddrainingfreshoysters.Theoystersarethenblendedwithsweetpotatostarchandegg,alongwithatablespoonofsoysauce,beforebeingfriedinshallowoiluntilcrispy.Theaddition
