主語(yǔ)和謂語(yǔ)在“人稱”和“數(shù)”方面的一致關(guān)系,通常依據(jù)三個(gè)原則:語(yǔ)法一致,意義一致,就近一致。1.either...or...,neither...nor...,notonly...butalso...,or,not...but...等結(jié)構(gòu)連接并列主語(yǔ)時(shí),謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞與靠近它的主語(yǔ)保持一致。e.g.Eitheryouorhehastostayathomethisafternoon.
2.在therebe句型和以here開頭的句子中,謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞與靠近它的主語(yǔ)保持一致。e.g.Thereisariverandtwobigtreesthere.一、就近一致原則二、語(yǔ)法一致原則主語(yǔ)的人稱和數(shù)決定謂語(yǔ)的形式,一般來說,不可數(shù)名詞、可數(shù)名詞單數(shù)、單數(shù)代詞作主語(yǔ),謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞用單數(shù);復(fù)數(shù)名詞和復(fù)數(shù)代詞做主語(yǔ),謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞一般用復(fù)數(shù)。and或both...and...連接名詞或代詞作主語(yǔ)時(shí),謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞通常用復(fù)數(shù),但若并列主語(yǔ)指“同一個(gè)人或事物”,謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞用單數(shù)。三、意義一致原則1.表示時(shí)間、長(zhǎng)度、距離、價(jià)格、金錢、重量等的名詞復(fù)數(shù)形式作主語(yǔ)時(shí),常表示一個(gè)整體概念,謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞通常用單數(shù).eg.200milesisalongwaytogo.
