減速器分析與設(shè)計(jì)__________減速器分析與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程、選材、熱處理不熟悉;對(duì)箱體結(jié)構(gòu)、鑄造(焊接)過(guò)程不熟悉;對(duì)軸承1、了解并熟悉減速器的功能、應(yīng)用及整體結(jié)構(gòu),分析減速器中各個(gè)零件1、將減速器箱蓋與箱體間的聯(lián)接螺栓拆下,取出定位銷,打開(kāi)減速器箱sbsbZ2Z1Z4Z3螺旋角:β=arccosmn(Z1+Z2)β=arccosββ圓上用彩色粉筆輕涂后,在白紙上輕輕滾壓,測(cè)出頂圓螺旋角βa,然tgβa= mnzsmn(z+2)頂圓直徑:da=cosβ h h2齒寬接觸%為B100%c采用接觸斑點(diǎn)作為對(duì)減速器傳動(dòng)精度的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。仔細(xì)擦凈每一個(gè)齒接觸斑痕的分布情況,并沿齒寬、齒高方向測(cè)量接觸斑痕的尺寸。按圖2繪Ba-cah'h 齒高接觸%為h'h
