sshouldfillinthe<newmaterialdemandlist>,andthelistshallbeconfirmedbythedepartmentdirector,approvedbythevicegeneralmanager.AlsothelistshouldbesenttothePMCdepartmentforsignatureandtothepurchasingdepartmentforpurchasing.研發(fā)工程師在提交包裝材料《新物料需求表》時(shí)，需提交產(chǎn)品內(nèi)外包裝材料規(guī)格書，規(guī)格書包含但不限于：技術(shù)圖紙、加工工藝文件，認(rèn)可書封面，供給商依據(jù)新物料規(guī)格書要求進(jìn)行資料處理和樣品制作，并完善新物料規(guī)格書，增加物料檢驗(yàn)匯報(bào)、具體材質(zhì)說明和環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)證資料等內(nèi)容。TheR&Dengineersshallprovidethespecificationoftheinside-outsidepackagematerialstogetherwiththe<newmaterialdemandlist>ofthepackagematerials.Thespecificationincludethefollowbutnotlimitto:technologydrawing、processingtechnicsfiles、acknowledgementcoveretc..Thevendorsshouldhandletherelatedfilesandmanuf華為XXurethesampleaccordingtothespecificationrequirementofthenewmaterials,andupdatethespecificationofthenewmaterials,providetheinspectionreport、detailinformationspecificationandenvironmentalprotectionspecificationofthenewmaterials.塑膠、五金類材料分為自主設(shè)計(jì)外形，自主開模物料和購置市場上現(xiàn)成物料（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物料）。Plasticandmetalmaterialsinclude:self-designedappearance、self-moldedpartandexitingmaterialpurchasingfromthemarket(StandardMaterial).5.2.3.1自主設(shè)計(jì)外形，自主開模塑膠、五金類物料需求，研發(fā)工程師依據(jù)產(chǎn)品外形及結(jié)構(gòu)要求，完成產(chǎn)品塑膠件、五金件結(jié)構(gòu)圖設(shè)計(jì)，經(jīng)過內(nèi)部評(píng)審及外部（物料供給商）評(píng)審后，即可進(jìn)行模具制作。Regardingtotheself-designofthestructure、theself-moldedoftheplasticandthemetalmaterial,theRDengineershallcompletedthestructuredesignoftheproductplasticpartandmetalpartbasedontherequirementoftheappearanceandstructure,andonlytheinternal-reviewandexterior-reviewhavebeenpassed,canmanuf華為XXuretherelatedmould.研發(fā)工程師對(duì)供給商開模樣品進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及各結(jié)構(gòu)件整體裝配性進(jìn)行確定，確定經(jīng)過后，受控最新版2D圖和3D圖，并通知采購安排認(rèn)可。TheR&Dengineersshallvalidatethestructuredimensionandcompletedassemblyofthemoldedsampleprovidedbythevendor.Ifthevalidationhaspassed,thenewversion2Dand3Ddrawingshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentandthepurchasingdepartmentshouldarrangetheacknowledgement.5.2.3.3購置市場上現(xiàn)成物料（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物料）認(rèn)可，研發(fā)工程師依據(jù)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和產(chǎn)品改善需求，填寫《新物料需求表》經(jīng)部門主管簽字確定，主管副總經(jīng)理同意后提交給計(jì)劃部簽收并交采購部采購。Fortheacknowledgementofthestandardmaterial,theR&Dengineersshallfillinthe<newmaterialdemandlist>accordingtotherequirementsofprojectexploitationandproductimprovement,andthelistshouldbeconfirmedbythedepartmentdirectorwithsignature,thenapprovedbythevicegeneralmanagerandbesenttothePMCdepartmentwithsignatureandtothepurchasingdepartmentforpurchasing.PCB板需求，研發(fā)工程師依據(jù)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)和產(chǎn)品改善需求，結(jié)合產(chǎn)品功效、性能要求，完成產(chǎn)品PCB圖設(shè)計(jì)，經(jīng)過內(nèi)部評(píng)審后，即可受控下發(fā)工程部，工程部依據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度要求將PCB圖外發(fā)供給商制作PCB樣品。TheR&DengineershallcompletethePCBdesignaccordingtotherequirementsofprojectexploitationandproductimprovementandproductfunctionandperformance,andthedesignshouldbereviewinternally.Ifthereviewhasbeenpassed,therelatedfilesshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentandthensentouttotheengineeringdepartment.TheengineeringdepartmentshouldsendoutthePCBdrawingtothevendorsformanuf華為XXureaccordingtotheschedulerequirement.采購部依據(jù)新物料需求情況，組織進(jìn)行新物料供給商開發(fā)和新供給商早期考察工作；當(dāng)采購過程中發(fā)生困難時(shí)，立即向申請(qǐng)人提供實(shí)時(shí)情況，并主動(dòng)和其進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)商處理。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallorganizetheinitialreviewofthenewmaterialexploitationandthenewvendorsaccordingtothenewmaterialrequirements.Andshouldcommunicationwiththeapplicantandprovidetheinformationintimeifsomedifficultyhappenedduringthepurchasingprocess.新物料認(rèn)可Acknowledgementofthenewmaterial依據(jù)物料類型不一樣，分為電子料、輔助材料、塑膠、五金類材料、包裝材料、PCB板類材料。Thematerialisdividedintoelectronicmaterial,assistantmaterial,plasticandmetalmaterial,packagematerialandPCBmaterialaccordingtothedifferenttypeofthematerial.電子料、塑膠、五金類材料及包裝材料認(rèn)可由研發(fā)工程師和工程部CE共同完成，PCB板類材料認(rèn)可由研發(fā)工程師完成。Theacknowledgementofelectronicmaterial,plasticandmetalmaterial,packagematerialshallbefinishedbytheR&DengineersandCEengineerstogether.AndtheacknowledgementofPCBmaterialshallbefinishedbytheRDengineer.采購員收到新物料樣品時(shí)，首先要對(duì)供給商提供樣品、認(rèn)可書、環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)證資料等進(jìn)行初步確定，確定無誤后，方可填寫《樣品認(rèn)可表》并將認(rèn)可書和環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)證資料及新物料交由品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)證資料再次審核和RoHS測試。Thebuyershallmakeainitialconfirmtothesample、acknowledgementandenvironmentalprotectionspecificationprovidedbythesupplierafterthenewmaterialshavebeenreceived.Onlytheconfirmationhasbeenpassed,thebuyercanfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Andshallprovidetheacknowledgement、environmentalprotectionspecificationandnewmaterialstothequalitydepartmentforthere-reviewandRoHStestoftheenvironmentalprotectioncertification品質(zhì)部依據(jù)RoHS測試結(jié)果，及環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)證資料審核結(jié)果在《樣品認(rèn)可表》簽署確認(rèn)結(jié)論。Thequalitydepartmentshallsignthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withtheconclusionaccordingtotheRoHStestresults.采購部將RoHS測試OK且環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)證資料有效物料及認(rèn)可書和《樣品認(rèn)可表》交由新物料需求人深入確定物料關(guān)鍵規(guī)格參數(shù)、物料封裝等，若物料關(guān)鍵規(guī)格參數(shù)及封裝滿足產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要求即可在需求人欄內(nèi)署名確定；若需求物料為安規(guī)物料，則應(yīng)交由安規(guī)工程師確定其物料安規(guī)資料是否合格，并在安規(guī)資料確定欄中署名確定。ThepurchasingdepartmentshallprovidetheRoHStestresultthatisok、materialswhichhavetheenvironmentalprotectioncertification、acknowledgement、and<Sampleacknowledgement>totheapplicantsforthefurtherconfirmation,includingthemainspecificationparameterandmaterialencapsulationetc.Ifthefurtherconfirmationhasbeenpassed,theapplicantshouldsignintheconfirmationcolumn.Iftherequiredmaterialsarecertificationmaterials,thoseshouldbeprovidetothecertificateengineerforconfirmationandsignatureintheconfirmationcolumn.采購部將需求人確定OK新物料及認(rèn)可書和《樣品認(rèn)可表》一起交到工程部進(jìn)行更深入物料認(rèn)可。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallprovidethenewmaterial,acknowledgementand<Sampleacknowledgement>confirmedbytheapplicantstotheengineeringdepartmentforfurtherconfirmation.塑膠、五金及包材類需要簽樣物料，在認(rèn)可過程中，各相關(guān)部門在認(rèn)可書（承認(rèn)表）署名時(shí)同時(shí)對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行署名。Therelateddepartmentsshallconfirmthesampleandsigntheacknowledgementfileduringtheacknowledgeprocessregardingtotheplasticandmetalmaterialswhichneedtobeconfirmedandaccepted,電子料認(rèn)可Acknowledgementoftheelectronicmaterial采購部負(fù)責(zé)按《新物料需求表》需求，要求供給商提供樣品、一式三份樣品認(rèn)可書（在供給商無認(rèn)可書封面時(shí)，由本企業(yè)提供格式）和一份樣品認(rèn)可書電子檔，認(rèn)可書必需包含內(nèi)容參考《供給商樣品評(píng)定管理規(guī)范》要求實(shí)施，并要求供給商相關(guān)責(zé)任人簽字并蓋章。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthesuppliertoprovidethesample,tripletsampleacknowledgement(Providetheformalcovertothesupplierbyourselvesifnot)andaelectronicfileaccordingtothe<newmaterialdemandlist>.Thecontentsintheacknowledgementshallbeexecutedaccordingtothe<Evaluationandmanagementregulationsforthesuppliersample>requirement,andshouldbesignedandchoppedbythesupplier.采購部收到樣品及認(rèn)可書后，依據(jù)《新物料需求表》中認(rèn)可要求，填寫《樣品承認(rèn)表》經(jīng)部門主管核準(zhǔn)，并確定該樣品是否收費(fèi)，若為無償樣品則將樣品和認(rèn)可書一并送交品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行環(huán)境保護(hù)資料確實(shí)定及樣品RoHS測試，若品質(zhì)判定合格再送交工程部；若為收費(fèi)樣品則辦理入研發(fā)倉庫手續(xù)并將認(rèn)可書及樣品一并送交品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行環(huán)境保護(hù)資料確實(shí)定及樣品RoHS測試，若品質(zhì)判定合格再送交工程部。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>accordingtotherequirementofthe<newmaterialdemandlist>afterthesampleandacknowledgehavebeenreceived.Thelistshouldbeapprovedbythedepartmentdirector,andshallconfirmthesamplecharge.Ifthesampleisfree,thepurchasingdepartmentshouldprovidethesampleandacknowledgementtothequalitydepartmentfortheconfirmationoftheenvironmentalprotectioncertificationandthesampleRoHStest.工程部文員收到認(rèn)可書和樣品（收費(fèi)樣品需辦理領(lǐng)料手續(xù)）后對(duì)其規(guī)格、數(shù)量及相關(guān)資料要求進(jìn)行確定無誤后在《樣品認(rèn)可表》“簽收人”欄中簽字并轉(zhuǎn)交CE測試。Theengineeringdepartmentshallconfirmthespecification、quantitiesandrelatedfilesifhavereceivedtheacknowledgementandsample(Thechargedsampleshouldbeapprovedbythewarehouse),andshouldsignthe<sampleacknowledgement>inthe“Receiver”column,thenforwardtotheCEdepartmentforthetest..CE在測試過程中碰到困難或無法對(duì)一些項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行測試，立即反饋相關(guān)研發(fā)人員、供給商進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)商，在征求研發(fā)人員或其它相關(guān)人員同意情況下可不進(jìn)行測試，待條件成熟后再對(duì)此進(jìn)行測試。WhenthetestfacethedifficultyorcannotbeimplementedbytheCEdepartmentinthetestprocess,TheCEdepartmentshallsendthefeedbackinformationtotheR&Ddepartmentandcommunicationwiththesupplier.ThetestcouldnotbedoneuntiltherelatedtestconditionsarepermittediftheR&Dpersonnelorotherrelatedpersonnelagreewith.CE依據(jù)樣品認(rèn)可書對(duì)樣品規(guī)格、性能參數(shù)、可靠性相關(guān)試驗(yàn)等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全方面性測試OK后,應(yīng)立即出具樣品<零件測試統(tǒng)計(jì)表>或在<樣品認(rèn)可表>上工程部欄填寫相關(guān)測試內(nèi)容及結(jié)果和相關(guān)測試專題匯報(bào)，轉(zhuǎn)給部門主管級(jí)以上人員審核及同意后,再將其一同送交相關(guān)部門評(píng)定、確定。Iftheoveralltestforthesamplespecification、performanceparametersandreliabilityhavebeenfinishedbytheCEdepartmentaccordingtothe<Sampleacknowledgement>,TheCEdepartmentshallprovidethesample<Parttestrecordtable>orfillinthe“Engineeringdepartment”columnofthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withtherelatedtestcontentsandresultsorprovidetestspecialreport.Therelatedfilesshouldbecheckedandapprovedbythedirectororabovepersonnel,andthenforwardtotherelateddepartmentforevaluationandvalidation.研發(fā)工程師或新物料需求人依據(jù)工程部提供相關(guān)試驗(yàn)匯報(bào)、認(rèn)可書對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行結(jié)論性評(píng)定,并由項(xiàng)目工程師確定，若有疑問或需供給商改善事項(xiàng)可在《樣品認(rèn)可表》中簽署改善意見，由采購責(zé)成供給商進(jìn)行改善（改善后認(rèn)可步驟同上），若無疑問則在《樣品認(rèn)可表》中簽署確定意見，報(bào)總工程師同意后交工程部，工程部維護(hù)K3資料(包含將研發(fā)確定欄“N”（表示未認(rèn)可狀態(tài)）改為“O”(表示未試產(chǎn)狀態(tài)))和在認(rèn)可書封面上填寫相關(guān)內(nèi)容OK后再轉(zhuǎn)交文控受控下發(fā)。TheR&Dengineerortheapplicantofthenewmaterialshallmaketheconclusionevaluationtothesampleaccordingtotherelatedtestreportsandacknowledgementprovidedbytheengineeringdepartment,andtheconclusionevaluationshouldbeconfirmedbytheprojectengineer.Iftherearesomequestionsortheitemneedthesuppliertoimprove,theimprovementopinionsshouldbefilledinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Andthepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthevendorstoimprove(Theimprovedacknowledgementprocess,pleaseseetheaboveprocess).Iftherearenotanyquestions,theconfirmationopinionshouldbefilledinthe<sampleacknowledgement>,andtherelatedfilesshouldbeapprovedbythegeneralengineerandthenforwardtotheengineeringdepartment.TheengineeringdepartmentshallmaintaintheK3system(includingchangethecon
