2024版工程師掛靠聘用協(xié)議書合同編號：__________engineerColligationEmploymentAgreementBACKGROUND1.TheEmployerisengagedinthebusinessof____________________________andrequirestheservicesofaprofessionalengineertoassistinitsprojects.2.TheEngineerisaprofessionalengineerwithexpertiseinthefieldof____________________________andiswillingtoprovidesuchservicestotheEmployer.NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:ARTICLE1SCOPEOFSERVICES1.1TheEngineeragreestoprovidethefollowingservicestotheEmployer:(a)____________________________;(b)____________________________;(c)____________________________;(d)____________________________;1.2TheEngineershallprovidetheservicesattheEmployer'splaceofbusinesslocatedat____________________________,orsuchotherplaceastheEmployermaydesignatefromtimetotime.1.3TheEngineeragreestoperformtheserviceswiththehighestdegreeofskillandcareinaccordancewithgenerallyacceptedstandardsintheengineeringprofession.ARTICLE2TERM2.2ThepartiesmayagreetoextendtheTermofthisAgreementuponmutualwrittenconsent.ARTICLE3COMPENSATION3.1TheEmployeragreestopaytheEngineeramonthlyfeeof____________RenminbiYuan(RMB)forthedurationoftheTerm,payablewithin____________daysafterthereceiptoftheEngineer'smonthlyinvoice.3.3TheEngineeragreestoprovidetheEmployerwithdetailedrecordsofallhoursworkedandexpensesincurredinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheservices,andtheEmployershallreimbursetheEngineerforsuchexpensesuponsubmissionofproperdocumentation.ARTICLE4CONFIDENTIALITY4.1TheEngineershallkeepinstrictconfidenceandsecretallinformationofaconfidentialnaturewhichtheEngineerhasobtainedorwhichisdisclosedtotheEngineertheEmployer,itsofficers,employees,agentsorrepresentatives,including,butnotlimitedto,technicaldata,tradesecrets,knowhow,customerlists,andotherbusinessinformation(collectively,"ConfidentialInformation").4.2TheEngineershallnotuseordiscloseanyConfidentialInformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheservicesunderthisAgreement,withoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.4.3TheEngineershallreturnallConfidentialInformationtotheEmployerupontheterminationorexpirationofthisAgreement,orupontheEmployer'srequest.ARTICLE5INDEMNIFICATION5.1TheEngineeragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheEmployer,itsofficers,employees,agentsandrepresentativesfromandagainstanyandallclaims,losses,damages,liabilities,costsandexpenses(including,withoutlimitation,reasonableattorneys'fees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheservicesunderthisAgreement,excepttotheextentcausedthesolenegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheEmployer.5.2TheEmployeragreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheEngineerfromandagainstanyandallclaims,losses,damages,liabilities,costsandexpenses(including,withoutlimitation,reasonableattorneys'fees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceoftheservicesunderthisAgreement,excepttotheextentcausedthesolenegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheEngineer.ARTICLE6TERMINATION6.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithin____________daysafterreceiptofwrittennoticethereoffromthenonbreachingparty.一、附件列表：
