文獻(xiàn)出處:BindleyC.TheresearchofInternetofthingsandintelligentlogisticswarehousingsystem[J].IndustrialMarketingManagement,2016,1(3):45-55.原文TheresearchofInternetofthingsandintelligentlogisticswarehousingsystemBindleyCAbstractLogisticsisaveryimportantlinkinthesupplychainofflowofgoods,hasanimportantroleintheeconomy,andstorageisthekeylinkinmodernlogistics.Intheprocessofwarehousemanagementactivitieswillproducelargeamountsofstorageinformation.Thisinformationisoftenassociatedwiththewarehouseorders,cargowarehousing,cargomanagementandtheoccurrenceofoutboundgoods,generalwithfrequentdataoperationanddatavolumeandcomplexinformationcontent.Efficientandreasonablestoragecancarryontheeffectivecontrolandmanagementtothegoods.Howtoreduceinventoryinvestment,strengthentheinventorycontrolandsupervision,improvethedistributionofspace,personnelandequipmentandshorteninboundandoutboundprocessandinspectiontimeisthekeytoreducecostsandimprovetheircompetitiveness.Informationtechnologyhasbecometheimportantpillarofstoragetechnology,thecombinationofautomaticwarehousingandinformationacquisitiondecisionsystem,andtheuseofwirelessradiofrequencytechniquemakesthestorageinthedirectionoftheintelligentdevelopment.IOT(Internetofthings)pointedoutthedirectionforthedevelopmentofintelligentwarehousesystemisputforward,itislinkedtotheInternet,thegoodsthatallitemscanberemotesensingandcontrol.Therefore,researchcontentintelligentstoragesystemisofgreatsignificance.1TheInternetofthingsInternetofthingswasproposedin1999,istheconceptofInternetofthingsisthenetworkconnectionobjects,itsdefinitionis:throughtheradiofrequencyidentificationRFID(radiofrequencyidentification),infraredsensors,globalpositioningsystem(GPS)andinformationsensingequipmentsuchasthelaserscanner,accordingtothecontractagreement,connecttheitemwiththeInternetforinformationexchangeandcommunication,inordertorealizeintelligentidentification,location,trackingandmonitoringandmanagementofanetwork.DiscussingtheInternetofthings,oftenreferredtotheconceptofM2M,M2Mcanexplainbecomepeopletopeople,peopletothemachine,machinetomachine.1.1InternetnetworksystemTheInternetofthingshasbeeninlogistics,warehousing,guardagainstcounterfeitproducts,intelligentbuilding,streetlampmanagement,smartmetersandurbanwaternetworkinfrastructureandhealthcareandotherfields.ButasaresultofthepresentstageofresearchandapplicationoftheInternetofthingsisstillinitsinfancy,sonounifiedstandardfortheInternetofthings,andtofurtherstudythearchitectureofInternetofthings,youmustfirstresearchtheInternetofthingshasbeenbuildapplicationsystemsandapplicationexamples.Atpresent,theInternetofthingshasnotbeenwidelyacceptedbyasystemstructure,alsodoesnothaveaunifiedtechnicalstandardsandprotocols,isthemostrepresentativeIOTarchitectureisEuropeandtheUnitedStatessupportstheelectronicproductcodeofEPC(electronicproductcode)GlobalInternetarchitectureandJapan'sUbiquitousID(UID)Internetsystem.IOTperceptionlayerincludessensors,dataacquisitionequipmentanddatabeforeaccesstothegatewayofthesensornetworkandintelligentterminal.ThenetworklayerisestablishedonthebasisoftheexistingmobilecommunicationnetworkandtheInternet,throughavarietyofdevicesconnectedtothemobilecommunicationnetworkandInternetaccess,italsoincludesinformationstorage,queryandnetworkmanagementfunctions.Internetofthingsapplicationlayerusingafteranalysisandprocessingofsensorydata,toprovideuserswithspecificservices.1.2BasedonEPCsystemofInternetofthingsAtpresent,theInternetofthingsIOTapplicationaremostlybasedonradiofrequencyidentificationRFIDelectronicproductcodeoftheEPCnetwork.RFIDisanon-contactautomaticidentificationtechnology,itsworkingprincipleis:theuseofradiofrequencyelectromagneticwave,thereaderandclassifiedtrackingmobileobjectsbetweentheRFIDtagisattachedto)on(item,throughspacecoupling(alternatingmagneticfieldorelectromagneticfield)nocontactinformation,andthroughthepassedtheidentificationinformationtoachieve.EPCIOTsystemmaincomponentsinclude:EPClabels,EPCisaworldwide,thestandarddefinitionofproductdigitalidentification,storageinthetag.RFIDreader,itisakindofusingRFIDtechnologytoreadinformationstoredinelectronictagandpassedtothelogisticswarehousemanagementinformationsystemofdevice.TheEPCmiddleware,thisisasetofprogrammoduleswithspecialpropertiesorservices,userscancustomizeaccordingtocertainapplicationrequirementsandintegrationintheEPCmiddlewaredifferentfeatures,oneofthemostimportantpartistheapplicationlayereventtheALE(applicationlayerevents),itisusedforprocessingtheapplicationlayerrelatedevents.Informationservice(EPCas-is),EPC-ISincludingtwofunctions,oneIStostoretheinformationoftheEPCmiddlewareprocessing,2itIStoquerytherelevantinformation.ObjectnameserviceONS(objectsnameservice),similartothedomainnameserver,theinformationcanbeusedtopointtoastoreofEPCmiddlewareinformation-IStheserver.2IntelligentlogisticswarehousingsystemIntelligentlogisticswarehousingsystemshouldnotonlybeabletoputinstoragemanagement,warehousemanagement,mobilelibrary,inventorymanagement,allocatingandreturnmanagementandreportinganalysis,butalsotomonitorthepositionoffsetinthegoodsandthesurroundenvironmentoftemperature,humidity,videomonitoringandfirealarmonwarehouse,etc.Intelligentlogisticswarehousingsystemincludesbothhardwareandsoftware.Softwarepartmainlyforthewarehousemanagementsystem,itshall,inaccordancewiththebusinessrequirementofthelogistics,warehousing,information,resources,behavior,manageandallocategoodsandstaff,etc,tomakethemeffectiveoperationreasonably,andmakethewholesystemandtheInternetrelativetomeet.Hardwarepartmainlysupportswarehousemanagementsystemofavarietyofhardwareequipmentandavarietyoftools,etc.IntelligentlogisticswarehousingsystemofinformationreleaseofthegoodsintotheInternetofthings.OvertheInternet,informationquery,orderthegoods,whethergoodscanbeeasytomovegoodsorremoteoperationandmonitoring.Thegoodsinintelligentstoragesystemprocessingstepsareasfollows.Putinstorageprocess,thefirstuseofRFIDelectronictagforinboundidentityverification,andtotransfertheinformationofthegoodstothedatacentertoregisterthegoods,anddistributionroutetocalculatetheshelvespositions,andthensendaforkliftoninstruction,trackingandlocatingthegoods,toensurethatthegoodstothecorrectpositions.Inventorymanagement,inventorygoodsforinternaloperationprocess,mainlyincludingguidanceandinplaceofgoodsinspection,thegoodsnumberautomaticidentificationandautomaticcalibration,distribution,thereservoiriscorrect,returns,processing,transferprocessing,packaging,handlinganddisposal,andotherfunctions.Outboundprocess,firstbroughtthepeopletothewarehouseforoutboundapplicationinformationsystem,intelligentwarehousemanagementsystemaccordingtothepriorityofgoodsinformationandpositions,andthensentaforkliftschedulingcommand,forklifttruckreachpositionstocheckthegoodsaftertheinformationiscorrect,begantotransportgoods.Eachunitoperation,betweenthereaderinformationthegoodswillbesentbacktothedatamanagementcenterinatimelymanner,when,andtodeterminetheoperationofeachlinkisaccurateandcorrect.3Theresearchofintelligentwarehousesystemstructure3.1WSNbasedonEPCandfeasibilityanalysisWirelesssensornetwork(WSN(wirelesssensornetworkiscomposedofalargenumberoftinysensornodesdeployedinmonitoringarea,throughwirelesscommunicationmodetoformamultiplehopsself-organizingnetworksystem,itspurposeiscollaborationtoperceive,collectionandprocessingnetworkcoverageareaperceivedobjectinformation,andsenttomanagementcenter.Atpresent,theresearchofInternetofthingshasnotbeenthorough,theconnotationofInternetofthingstechnologyisthelackofprofessionalresearch,someprofessionalornon-professionalreportingusuallyputthewirelesssensornetwork(WSNandIOTconfused,oftencalledtheInternetofsensornetworkinourcountry,butitisnotthesameasthewirelesssensornetwork.Lookfromthenetworkarchitectureandprotocol,IOTandWSNiscompletelydifferent.Lookfromthetargetfeature,IOTisknownobjectsdetectionandnetworking,andWSNistodetecttheunknownthingsoritsparameterinformation.Butthereareinseparable,RFIDtechnologyisoneofthecoretechnologyoftheInternetofthings,theRFIDmoduleintheInternetofthingscanorcombinedwithWSNcomplementaryintegratedsensortechnology,soastogetgoodsinthelogisticsprocessofenvironmentalparameterssuchastemperatureandhumidity,itcanalsothroughtheWSNdatatransmissionoftheRFIDreader,weakentheWSNsensorfunction;AndinsomeextensionoftheWSNapplications,theRFIDprotocolsmayalsobeaoneofthewirelesscommunicationprotocol,ordetectknownobjectsproperties.Atpresent,theexistingintelligentwarehousemanagementsystembasedonEPCandlogisticswarehousemanagementsystembasedonWSNdemonstrationcase,butrealtoattaintherequestof"intelligent".ForintelligentwarehousemanagementsystembasedonEPC,likeforkliftandhandhelddevicessuchasportablereader,setupspecialwirelesstransmissionnetwork.ForthewarehousemanagementsystembasedonWSN,duetothenodecostishigherthantheEPCtags,andnodehasn'treallyrealizeminiaturizationvolume,makingitnotlikethelabelonthesurface,themovementhasagreatinfluenceonitems.IntelligentstoragesystembasedonEPCcanbecombinedandWSN,combinedwiththesystemaftertheuseofWSNforEPC.3.2IntelligentlogisticswarehousingsystemresearchdesignIneveryprocess,thereaderfirstreadingtheinformationofthegoodsfromtheRFIDtechnology,andthenasaWSNnodetosendouttheinformation,theWSNdatatothedatamanagementcenter,dispatchinstructionsafterthefinalanalysisdatamanagementsystem.Forklifttruckon-boardreadercanbeusedasthecenteroftheWSNnodesatthesametime,readtheiteminformationinelectronictagandreceiveenvironmentalinspectiondata,realizethestorageandapplicationmanagement,specifictargetmonitoringandenvironmentalmonitoringdata.WSNistheroleofdatatransmissioninthesystem,atthesametime,itcanbeonthewarehouseenvironmentfortestingandmonitoring,canalsobeusedforthegoods.TheRFIDreaderisinlogisticswarehousingintomobileandstationary.PortableRFIDreaderismainlyinstalledonthehandset,issuitablefortheoperatinglocationisnotfixed,usingmethodssimilartothebarcodereader.Fixedreaderinstalledmainlyinaccessandoperationplatform,suitablefortheautomaticidentificationandtrackingcheck.ApplicationinportableterminalandthemobileRFIDreaderontheforkliftneedcombinedwithrelevantequipment,atthesametime,alsosetupcoveringtheoperatingrangeofthewirelessnetwork,ensureoperationdatareal-timetransmission.RFIDhandsetexceptwiththeRFIDreaderisfullyfunctionalalsoshouldhavewiththewarehousingbusinessoperatingsystemandthefunctionoftheWSNnodes.RFIDintelligentforklifttointegrateRFIDwirelesscarterminal,speaking,readingandwriting,centerofWSNnodesandcarterminalbusinessoperatingsystem,etc.,itcanautomaticallyfindthetaskofpositionandhasthefunctionofwarningerror,forallkindsofbusinessoperationcanbeautomaticallyinrealtime,andcanthroughtheRFIDsystemofcargostatusandcurrenttolocationinformationsuchasmanagement,providedifferentkin
