定起草。

本文件是GB/T35150《新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備技術要求》的第6部分。GB/T35150已經(jīng)發(fā)

布了以下部分:

引言

新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)技術是以懸浮預熱預分解技術為核心,利用熱力工程、粉體工程、流體力學等現(xiàn)

代科學理論和技術,并采用計算機及網(wǎng)絡化信息技術進行水泥生產(chǎn)的綜合技術,其成套裝備由各相對獨

立的工藝系統(tǒng)設備組成,主要包括原料破碎均化、生料制備、燃料制備、水泥窯協(xié)同處置、熟料燒成、

水泥制備、除塵、脫硫、脫硝、過程控制、包裝發(fā)運等系統(tǒng)設備。

目前我國水泥裝備單機設備及技術已經(jīng)達到國際先進水平,但基于系統(tǒng)解決方案的成套設備在面向

用戶的服務方面亟須規(guī)范支持。隨著國內(nèi)水泥成套裝備出口及工程總承包規(guī)模擴大,成套裝備的系統(tǒng)性

標準需求也逐漸增強。制定新型干法水泥成套裝備標準的目的在于完善面向用戶的水泥成套裝備標準體

系,為水泥工業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供技術支撐,更好地引導行業(yè)向綠色低碳、智能制造等方向發(fā)展,同時支

撐我國水泥成套裝備出口。

本文件用于處置水泥生產(chǎn)過程中含硫煙(廢)氣,實現(xiàn)對煙(廢)氣中SO2的脫除,以保證達到大

氣污染物排放標準。本文件的制定為水泥工業(yè)綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供技術支撐。

GB/T35150擬由七個部分構成。

—第1部分:生料制備系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中生料制備系統(tǒng)的裝備構

成、技術要求、安全環(huán)保要求、安裝驗收、調(diào)試和性能測試及交貨文件。

—第2部分:燒成系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中燒成系統(tǒng)的裝備構成、技術

要求、安全環(huán)保要求、安裝驗收、調(diào)試和性能測試及交貨文件。

—第3部分:水泥制備系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中水泥制備系統(tǒng)的裝備構

成、技術要求、安全和環(huán)保、安裝驗收與調(diào)試、性能測試及交貨文件。

—第4部分:水泥窯協(xié)同處置系統(tǒng)。目的在于規(guī)范新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中水泥窯協(xié)同處置

系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)裝備構成與性能指標、技術要求、安全和環(huán)保、安裝驗收、調(diào)試和性能測試及交貨

本文件規(guī)定了新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備脫硫系統(tǒng)的分類、構成、技術要求、安全和環(huán)保、安裝驗

收與調(diào)試、性能測試及交貨文件。

本文件適用于新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)成套裝備中脫硫系統(tǒng)的設計、制造、安裝驗收和性能測試。
