Classification,QualificationJudgment,ProcedureandOrganizationofQualityAcceptanceforConstructionProjects1）經(jīng)返工或返修的檢驗(yàn)批，應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。1)Thereworkedorreworkedinspectionlotsshallbere-accepted.2）經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的檢測(cè)單位檢測(cè)鑒定能夠達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求的檢驗(yàn)批，應(yīng)予以驗(yàn)收。2)Thequalifiedtestingunittestingandidentificationcanmeetthedesignrequirementsofthetestbatch,shallbeaccepted.3）經(jīng)有資質(zhì)的檢測(cè)單位鑒定達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)要求，但經(jīng)原設(shè)計(jì)單位核算認(rèn)可能夠滿足結(jié)構(gòu)安全和使用功能的檢驗(yàn)批，可予以驗(yàn)收。3)Thequalifiedtestingunitidentifiedbythedesignrequirementscannotbereached,butbytheoriginaldesignunitaccountingrecognitiontomeetthestructuralsafetyanduseoffunctionaltestbatch,canbeaccepted.4）經(jīng)返修或加固處理的分項(xiàng)、分部工程，滿足安全及使用功能要求時(shí)，可按技術(shù)處理方案和協(xié)商文件進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。4)Afterrepairorreinforcementtreatmentofthesub-items,divisionsoftheproject,tomeetthesafetyanduseoffunctionalrequirements,accordingtothetechnicaltreatmentprogrammeandconsultationdocumentsforacceptance.5）通過(guò)返修或加固處理仍不能滿足安全或重要使用要求的分部工程及單位工程，嚴(yán)禁驗(yàn)收。5)Throughtherepairorreinforcementtreatmentstillcannotmeetthesafetyorimportantuseoftherequirementsofthedivisionandunitworks,acceptanceisstrictlyprohibited.（4）建筑工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收程序和組織(4)ProceduresandOrganizationforQualityAcceptanceofConstructionProjects1、建筑工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收的劃分、合格判定、質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收的程序和組織

Classification,QualificationJudgment,ProcedureandOrganizationofQualityAcceptanceforConstructionProjects（4）建筑工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收程序和組織(4)ProceduresandOrganizationforQualityAcceptanceofConstructionProjects4）單位工程中的分包工程完工后，分包單位應(yīng)對(duì)所承包的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行自檢，并應(yīng)按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的程序進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。驗(yàn)收時(shí)，總包單位應(yīng)派人參加。分包單化應(yīng)將所分包工程的質(zhì)量控制資料整理完整，并移交給總包單位。4)Uponcompletionofthesubcontractedworksintheunitworks,thesubcontractingunitshallcarryoutself-inspectionofthecontractedworksitemsandshallcarryoutacceptanceinaccordancewiththeproceduresspecifiedinthesestandards.Atthetimeofacceptance,thegeneralcontractingunitshallsendsomeonetoparticipate.Subcontractingunitisationshallcompletethequalitycontrolinformationofthesubcontractedprojectandtransferittothegeneralcontractingunit.5）單位工程完工后，施工單位應(yīng)組織有關(guān)人員進(jìn)行自檢?？偙O(jiān)理工程師應(yīng)組織各專業(yè)監(jiān)理工程師對(duì)工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行竣工預(yù)驗(yàn)收。存在施工質(zhì)量問(wèn)題時(shí)，應(yīng)由施工單位整改。整改完畢后，由施工單位向建設(shè)單位提交工程竣工報(bào)告，申請(qǐng)工程竣工驗(yàn)收。5)Afterthecompletionofunitworks,theconstructionunitshallorganiserelevantpersonneltocarryoutself-inspection.Thechiefsupervisingengineershallorganiseallprofessionalsupervisingengineerstocarryoutpre-acceptanceofthecompletionoftheprojectquality.Whenthereareconstructionqualityproblems,theconstructionunitshallrectifythem.Afterrectification,theconstructionunitshallsubmittheprojectcompletionreporttotheconstructionunitandapplyforprojectcompletionacceptance.6）建設(shè)單位收到工程竣工報(bào)告后，應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人組織監(jiān)理、施工、設(shè)計(jì)、勘察等單位項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行單位工程驗(yàn)收。(6)Aftertheconstructionunitreceivesthereportonthecompletionoftheproject,theprojectmanageroftheconstructionunitshallorganisetheprojectmanagerofthesupervisory,construction,designandsurveyunitstocarryouttheacceptanceoftheunitproject.1、建筑工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收的劃分、合格判定、質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收的程序和組織

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》GB50202-2018規(guī)定：“TheCodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering“GB50202-2018stipulatesthat:（1）有些地基與基礎(chǔ)工程規(guī)模較大，內(nèi)容較多，既有樁基又有地基處理，甚至基坑開挖等，可按工程管理的需要，根據(jù)《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB50300-2013所劃分的范圍，確定子分部工程。(1)Somefoundationandfoundationworksarelargeinscaleandcontent,bothpilefoundationandfoundationtreatment,evenpitexcavation,etc.,accordingtotheneedsofprojectmanagement,accordingtothe"UnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingConstruction"GB50300-2013,thescopeofthedivision,todeterminethesub-divisionoftheproject.2、建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering（2）地基基礎(chǔ)工程大量都是地下工程，雖有勘探資料，但常有與地質(zhì)資料不符或沒(méi)有掌握到的情況發(fā)生，致使工程不能順利進(jìn)行。為避免不必要的重大事故或損失，遇到施工異常情況出現(xiàn)應(yīng)停止施工，待妥善解決后再恢復(fù)施工。(2)Alargenumberoffoundationworksareundergroundworks,andalthoughthereareexplorationdata,thereareofteninconsistencieswithgeologicaldataorsituationsnotgrasped,resultingintheprojectnotbeingcarriedoutsmoothly.Inordertoavoidunnecessarymajoraccidentsorlosses,theconstructionshouldbestoppedwhenencounteringconstructionanomalies,andthenresumedafterpropersolution.2、建筑地基基礎(chǔ)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范

CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofBuildingFoundationEngineering（3）質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收的程序與組織應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB50300-2013的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。作為合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主控項(xiàng)目應(yīng)全部合格，一般項(xiàng)目合格數(shù)應(yīng)不低于80％。(3)Theprocedureandorganisationofqualityacceptanceshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandard"UnifiedStandardforQualityAcceptanceofBuildingConstruction"GB50300-2013.Asthequalifiedstandardmaincontrolprojectsshouldbeallqualified,andthenumberofqualifiedgeneralprojectsshouldbenotlessthan80%.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》GB50204-2015規(guī)定：“CodeforAcceptanceofConstructionQualityofConcreteStructuralengineering”GB50204-2015stipulatesthat:（1）對(duì)涉及混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)安全的有代表性的部位應(yīng)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)包括混凝土強(qiáng)度、鋼筋保護(hù)層厚度、結(jié)構(gòu)位置與尺寸偏差以及合同約定的項(xiàng)目，必要時(shí)可檢驗(yàn)其他項(xiàng)目。(1)Structuralentityinspectionshallbecarriedoutforrepresentativepartsinvolvingthesafetyofconcretestructure.Structuralentityinspectionshallincludeconcretestrength,reinforcingsteelprotectivelayerthickness,structuralpositionanddimensionaldeviationandcontractualitems,ifnecessary,otheritemscanbetested.（2）結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)由監(jiān)理單位組織施工單位實(shí)施，并見證實(shí)施過(guò)程。(2)Structuralentityinspectionshallbesupervisedbytheconstructionunittoorganisetheimplementationoftheconstructionunit,andwitnesstheimplementationprocess.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（3）施工單位應(yīng)制定結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體檢驗(yàn)專項(xiàng)方案，并經(jīng)監(jiān)理單位審核批準(zhǔn)后實(shí)施。除結(jié)構(gòu)位置與尺寸偏差外的結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目，應(yīng)由具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)完成。(3)Theconstructionunitshallformulatethestructuralentityinspectionspecialprogramme,andafterthesupervisionunitreviewandapprovaloftheimplementation.Inadditiontothestructuralpositionandsizedeviationofthestructuralentityinspectionproject,shouldbecompletedbytheappropriatequalificationtestingorganisations.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范

Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofconcretestructures（4）結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)體混凝土強(qiáng)度應(yīng)按不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)分別檢驗(yàn)，檢驗(yàn)方法宜采用同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試件方法；當(dāng)未取得同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試件強(qiáng)度或同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試件強(qiáng)度不符合要求時(shí)，可采用回彈一取芯法進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。(4)Thestrengthofstructuralconcreteshallbetestedaccordingtodifferentstrengthlevels,andthetestmethodshalladoptthesameconditioncuringspecimenmethod;whenthestrengthofthesameconditioncuringspecimenisnotobtainedorthestrengthofthesameconditioncuringspecimendoesnotmeettherequirements,reboundacoremethodcanbeusedfortesting.3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范
