英文租車合同模板合同編號(hào)：__________出租方（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“甲方”）：姓名：__________地址：__________聯(lián)系方式：__________承租方（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“乙方”）：姓名：__________地址：__________聯(lián)系方式：__________1.DefinitionsandInterpretations1.1Definitions"RentalVehicle"meansthevehicleprovidedtheLandlordtotheTenantfortherentalperiodasspecifiedinthisContract."RentalPeriod"meanstheperiodduringwhichtheTenantisendtousetheRentalVehicleasagreedinthisContract."RentalFee"meanstheamountpayabletheTenanttotheLandlordfortheuseoftheRentalVehicle."Deposit"meanstheamountpaidtheTenanttotheLandlordasasecuritydeposit.1.2InterpretationsWordsinthesingularincludethepluralandviceversa.Referencestoaparticulargenderincludeallgenders.HeadingsareforconvenienceonlyanddonotaffecttheinterpretationofthisContract.2.RentalVehicle2.1VehicleDetailsTheRentalVehicleisdescribedasfollows:Make:__________Model:__________Year:__________Color:__________VehicleIdentificationNumber(VIN):__________2.2VehicleConditionTheRentalVehicleisingoodconditionandismechanicallysoundatthetimeofdeliverytotheTenant.TheTenantacknowledgesthattheRentalVehiclehasbeeninspectedtheTenantandfoundtobeinsatisfactorycondition,exceptasnotedintheVehicleInspectionReport.3.RentalPeriod3.1RentalStartDateandTimeTheRentalPeriodshallmenceon__________at__________(time).3.2RentalEndDateandTimeTheRentalPeriodshallendon__________at__________(time).3.3ExtensionofRentalPeriodTheTenantmayrequestanextensionoftheRentalPeriodprovidingwrittennoticetotheLandlordatleast__________hoursbeforetheexpirationoftheRentalPeriod.TheLandlordmay,atitssolediscretion,grantordenytheextensionrequest.Iftheextensionisgranted,theTenantshallberequiredtopayanadditionalRentalFeefortheextendedperiod.4.RentalRateandPayment4.1RentalFeeTheRentalFeefortheRentalVehicleis__________per__________(day/week/month).4.2DepositTheTenantshallpayaDepositof__________totheLandlordatthetimeofsigningthisContract.TheDepositwillberefundedtotheTenantwithin__________daysafterthereturnoftheRentalVehicle,providedthattherearenodeductionsfordamages,unpaidRentalFees,orothercharges.4.3PaymentMethodsTheTenantmaymakepaymentthefollowingmethods:CashCreditCardDebitCard4.4LatePaymentIftheTenantfailstomakepaymentoftheRentalFeeoranyotherchargeswithin__________daysaftertheduedate,theTenantshallbeliabletopayalatepaymentfeeof__________%oftheoutstandingamount.5.InsuranceandLiability5.1InsuranceCoverageTheLandlordshallmaintaininsurancecoverageontheRentalVehicleasrequiredlaw.Thisinsurancecoverageshallincludeliabilityinsurance,collisioninsurance,andprehensiveinsurance.5.2Tenant'sLiabilityTheTenantshallbeliableforanydamagestotheRentalVehiclecausedtheTenant'snegligenceorwillfulmisconduct.TheTenantshallalsobeliableforanythirdpartyclaimsarisingoutoftheTenant'suseoftheRentalVehicle.5.3ExclusionsandLimitationsTheinsurancecoverageprovidedtheLandlordshallnotcoverthefollowing:DamagecausedtheTenant'suseoftheRentalVehicleinviolationofthisContract.DamagecausedtheTenant'sracing,recklessdriving,ordrivingundertheinfluenceofalcoholordrugs.LossordamagetopersonalpropertyleftintheRentalVehicle.6.Tenant'sObligations6.1UseoftheVehicleTheTenantshallusetheRentalVehicleonlyforthepurposespermittedlawandthisContract.TheTenantshallnotusetheRentalVehicleforanyillegalorunauthorizedpurposes.6.2MaintenanceandRepairsTheTenantshallberesponsibleforthenormalmaintenanceoftheRentalVehicle,includingbutnotlimitedtocheckingtheoil,water,andtirepressure.TheTenantshallalsoberesponsibleforanyrepairsrequiredduetotheTenant'snegligenceormisuseoftheRentalVehicle.6.3ProhibitedUsesTheTenantshallnot:SublettheRentalVehicletoanythirdparty.UsetheRentalVehiclefortowingorpushingothervehicles.OperatetheRentalVehicleonunpavedroadsorinareaswheredrivingisprohibited.6.4ReturnoftheVehicleTheTenantshallreturntheRentalVehicletotheLandlordattheendoftheRentalPeriodinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,exceptfornormalwearandtear.TheTenantshallreturntheRentalVehicletothelocationspecifiedtheLandlord.7.Landlord'sObligations7.1VehicleDeliveryTheLandlordshalldelivertheRentalVehicletotheTenantatthelocationandtimeagreeduponinthisContract.TheRentalVehicleshallbecleanandingoodworkingcondition.7.2MaintenanceandServicingTheLandlordshallberesponsiblefortheregularmaintenanceandservicingoftheRentalVehicletoensureitssafeandproperoperation.TheLandlordshallalsoberesponsibleforanyrepairsrequiredduetonormalwearandtearormechanicalfailure.8.VehicleInspection8.1PreRentalInspectionBeforetheRentalPeriodbegins,theTenantandtheLandlordshallconductajointinspectionoftheRentalVehicle.AVehicleInspectionReportshallbepletedandsignedbothpartiestodocumenttheconditionoftheRentalVehicleatthetimeofdelivery.8.2PostRentalInspectionUponthereturnoftheRentalVehicle,theLandlordshallconductapostrentalinspectiontodetermineifthereisanydamageorexcessivewearandteartotheRentalVehicle.Ifanydamageorexcessivewearandtearisfound,theTenantshallbeliableforthecostofrepairs.9.FuelPolicy9.1Tenant'sResponsibilityforFuelTheTenantisresponsibleforensuringthattheRentalVehiclehasasufficientamountoffuelatalltimesduringtheRentalPeriod.TheTenantshallreturntheRentalVehiclewiththesameamountoffuelasithadatthetimeofdelivery.9.2FuelLevelatReturnIftheRentalVehicleisreturnedwithlessfuelthanithadatthetimeofdelivery,theTenantshallbechargedforthecostofrefuelingatthecurrentmarketrateplusaservicefee.10.RoadsideAssistanceandBreakdowns10.1Landlord'sResponsibilityTheLandlordshallprovideroadsideassistanceintheeventofabreakdownormechanicalfailureoftheRentalVehicle.TheTenantshallcontacttheLandlordimmediatelyintheeventofabreakdownormechanicalfailure.10.2Tenant'sActionsinCaseofBreakdownIntheeventofabreakdownormechanicalfailure,theTenantshall:StoptheRentalVehicleinasafelocation.Turnofftheengineandsettheparkingbrake.ContacttheLandlordassoonaspossibletoreporttheproblem.FollowtheinstructionsoftheLandlordortheroadsideassistanceprovider.11.TerminationoftheContract11.1EarlyTerminationTenantTheTenantmayterminatethisContractearlyprovidingwrittennoticetotheLandlord.However,theTenantshallbeliablefortheRentalFeefortheentireRentalPeriodunlesstheLandlordisabletorenttheRentalVehicletoanothertenantfortheremainderoftheRentalPeriod.Insuchcase,theTenantshallonlybeliablefortheRentalFeefortheperioduptothedateonwhichtheRentalVehicleisrentedtothenewtenant.11.2TerminationLandlordforBreachTheLandlordmayterminatethisContractiftheTenantbreachesanyofthetermsandconditionsofthisContract.Insuchcase,theTenantshallbeliablefortheRentalFeefortheentireRentalPeriodandanydamagesorlossessufferedtheLandlordasaresultoftheTenant'sbreach.11.3ConsequencesofTerminationUponterminationofthisContract,theTenantshallimmediatelyreturntheRentalVehicletotheLandlord.TheTenantshallalsobeliableforanyoutstandingRentalFees,damages,orothercharges.12.GoverningLawandJurisdiction12.1ApplicableLawThisContractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof__________(jurisdiction).12.2JurisdictionAnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof__________(jurisdiction).13.Notices13.1MethodofNoticeAllnoticesandmunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisContractshallbeinwritingandshallbedeliveredhand,sentregistered,orsentetotheaddressesspecifiedinthisContract.13.2AddressesforNoticesTheaddressesfornoticesareasfollows:FortheLandlord:Address:__________E:__________FortheTenant:Add
