2025租賃合同范本英文2025LeaseAgreementTemplateEnglish**leasingAgreement**ThisLeaseAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoonthisdayof,2025,byandbetweenthefollowingparties:Tenant(Lessee):Name:Address:City:,State:,ZIPCode:Email:Phone:Landlord(Lessor):Name:Address:City:,State:,ZIPCode:Email:Phone:Premises:Thepremisesleased("Premises")arelocatedat(Address),,,,UnitedStatesofAmerica.ThePremisesconsistof(describetheproperty,e.g.,"aresidentialapartment,""acommercialofficespace,""awarehouse,"etc.),andincludeaccessto(e.g.,"aparkingspot,""aswimmingpool,""commonareas,"etc.).1.TermoftheLeaseThetermofthislease("Term")shallcommenceon,2025("CommencementDate")andendon,2025("ExpirationDate"),unlessextendedorterminatedasprovidedherein.ThePremisesshallbedeliveredtotheTenantontheCommencementDateingoodcondition,andtheTenantshallacceptthePremisesintheirexistingcondition,withanyagreed-uponrepairsorimprovementstobespecifiedinExhibitAattachedhereto.2.RentTheTenantshallpaymonthlyrent("Rent")ofUS$()totheLandlordduringtheTerm.TheRentshallbedueonthefirstdayofeachmonth,withthefirstpaymentdueon,2025.Allpaymentsshallbemadevia(e.g.,"check,""banktransfer,"etc.)tothefollowingaddress:(Landlord'sbankaccountdetails,ifapplicable).TheLandlordshallprovideareceiptforeachpaymentreceived.3.UseofPremisesTheTenantshallusethePremisessolelyforthepurposeof(e.g.,"residentialliving,""officespace,"etc.)andinaccordancewithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andzoningordinances.TheTenantshallnotsubletthePremisesorusethemforanyillegalorunauthorizedpurpose.4.MaintenanceandRepair4.1TheTenantshallberesponsibleformaintainingthePremisesinaclean,safe,andtenantableconditionthroughouttheTerm.TheTenantshallpromptlyreportanyrepairsneededtotheLandlordandshallcooperatewiththeLandlordortheiragentsinmakingnecessaryrepairs.4.2TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforstructuralrepairsandmaintenanceofthePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtotheroof,walls,foundation,andplumbing,providedsuchrepairsarenotcausedbytheTenant'snegligenceormisuseofthePremises.5.DepositTheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositofUS$()uponsigningthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordandshallbeusedtocoveranydamagestothePremises,defaultinpaymentofrent,orviolationofthetermsofthisAgreement.ThesecuritydepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithindaysaftertheexpirationoftheTerm,subjecttoanydeductionsforoutstandingchargesordamages.6.Insurance6.1TheTenantshallmaintainattheirownexpenseliabilityinsurancecoverageforthePremises,withcoveragelimitsofatleastUS$(),namingtheLandlordasanadditionalinsured.TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithacopyoftheinsurancepolicyuponexecutionofthisAgreementandannuallythereafter.6.2TheLandlordshallmaintaininsuranceonthePremises,includingfire,windstorm,andotherhazards,withcoveragelimitsadequatetocoverthereplacementvalueofthePremises.TheLandlordshallprovidetheTenantwithacopyoftheinsurancepolicyuponexecutionofthisAgreementandannuallythereafter.7.AssignmentandSublettingTheTenantmaynotassignorsubletthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord,whichshallnotbeunreasonablywithheld.AnyassignmentorsublettingshallbegovernedbythetermsofthisAgreement,andtheTenantshallremainliableforanyobligationsunderthisAgreement.8.DefaultandRemedies8.1TheTenantshallbeindefaultofthisAgreementiftheyfailtopaytheRentoranyotherchargerequiredunderthisAgreementwithindaysafterthedatesuchpaymentisdue,oriftheTenantbreachesanyothertermorconditionofthisAgreement.8.2Upondefault,theLandlordshallhavetherighttopursueanyandallremediesavailableatlaworinequity,includingbutnotlimitedtoeviction,recoveryofdamages,andterminationofthisAgreement.9.TerminationEitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupondays'writtennoticeiftheotherpartybreachesanymaterialtermorconditionofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithindaysafterreceiptofthenotice.10.Miscellaneous10.1GoverningLaw:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof,withoutregardtoitsconflictoflawsprinciples.10.2EntireAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriorandcontemporaneousagreements,representations,orunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.10.3Amendments:AnyamendmentstothisAgreementmustbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.10.4Waiver:ThewaiverofanyprovisionofthisAgreementb
