1、跨境物流信息術(shù)語解釋系統(tǒng)操作信息operating information操作信息表示運(yùn)輸商還沒有收到包裹； 或者是運(yùn)輸商已收到包裹， 但包裹還未被發(fā)出。 大多數(shù)情況下， 操作信息只是預(yù)上網(wǎng)信息， 說明運(yùn)輸商已經(jīng)收到包裹信息， 但實(shí)際并未收到包裹；如果包裹狀態(tài)長時間未更新，請直接聯(lián)系賣家確認(rèn)包裹是否實(shí)際發(fā)出。常見的包裹預(yù)上網(wǎng)信息：accepted/mailed ：已收件pre-advised：包裹信息預(yù)上網(wǎng)pre-advice receivedpre-registered/pre-registrado ：包裹信息已登記info-receivedelectronic notification o

5、mation運(yùn)輸商收到包裹后將包裹處理分揀發(fā)出；郵政包裹的運(yùn)輸時長通常取決于運(yùn)輸商的分布網(wǎng)絡(luò)，海關(guān)檢查，航班安排等等；因此，郵政包裹的運(yùn)輸時長相對較久，物流信息狀態(tài)更新緩慢，建議收件人耐心等待，必要時直接聯(lián)系賣家求助。以下列舉一些常見的包裹離開信息，表示包裹已從發(fā)件地區(qū) / 國家發(fā)出，但還未到達(dá)目的地。send item abroad (edi-received)：表明包裹已經(jīng)發(fā)出，其物流信息已經(jīng)同步到目的地的郵政.系統(tǒng)，因此目的地的查詢系統(tǒng)也能查到該包裹的跟蹤信息send item abroad (export) ：已出口departure to country of destination
