10、claim if the buyer didn t make claim within the deadline mentioned above.售后和質(zhì)保條款：買方在收到單批貨物的當(dāng)天必須拍照通過(guò)電子郵件發(fā)給賣方證明收貨日期，買方收到貨后如發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品數(shù)量不符、外飾件破損、型號(hào)不符的問(wèn)題，必須在7 天內(nèi)向賣方提出索賠（需要提供訂單中的序號(hào)、配件編號(hào)、配件名稱、訂單數(shù)量、單價(jià)、總價(jià)、數(shù)量差、外飾件照片、型號(hào)不符產(chǎn)品的照片），質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的索賠必須在3 個(gè)月內(nèi)向賣方提出，索賠必須附上產(chǎn)品明細(xì)（出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題訂單中的發(fā)票號(hào)、序號(hào)、配件編號(hào)、配件名稱、訂單數(shù)量、單價(jià)、總價(jià)、出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的數(shù)量、照片、具體質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的

11、描述，如出現(xiàn)重大質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，買方必須向賣方提供第三方的檢測(cè)報(bào)告），凡在以上日期內(nèi)未提出任何異議.的，賣方將認(rèn)為買方放棄任何索賠。11. since the contract took effect, the buyer can not reject the goods, or the buyer has to pay off all the costs of the seller spent on this cargo including storage, transportation, port charge, custom application, sea freight etc.合同經(jīng)雙方

12、簽章生效后，則買方不能以任何理由提出拒收貨物，否則買方將承擔(dān)賣方因操作此訂單所產(chǎn)生的一切費(fèi)用（倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)費(fèi)、陸運(yùn)費(fèi)、港雜費(fèi)、報(bào)關(guān)費(fèi)、海運(yùn)費(fèi)等）及損失。12. arbitration ： all disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. in case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to china internationa

13、l economic and trade arbitration commission, beijing for arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure. the decision made by this commission shall be regarded as final and binding upon both parties. arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise awarded.仲裁：在履行協(xié)議過(guò)程中，如產(chǎn)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決。若通過(guò)友好協(xié)商未能達(dá)成協(xié)議，則提交北京中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，根據(jù)該會(huì)仲裁程序規(guī)定進(jìn)行仲裁。該委員會(huì)決定是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)用，除另有規(guī)定外，由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。13. this contract is written in chinese and english, both shared the s
