2、，完成十年規(guī)劃并不困難，只要把實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的每一步預(yù)見(jiàn)一下就可以了 個(gè)人業(yè)績(jī)報(bào)告本身體現(xiàn)的是工作表現(xiàn)，內(nèi)容上一定要體現(xiàn)出具體的數(shù)字，同時(shí)也要有對(duì)比，比如“如果沒(méi)有執(zhí)行怎樣的決策，公司將損失多少”或“因?yàn)椴捎昧嗽鯓拥慕ㄗh，是的公司盈利提高多少”，這樣的內(nèi)容更加有說(shuō)服力！2、個(gè)人面試：交大的個(gè)人面試一般會(huì)有三個(gè)考官，其中一個(gè)來(lái)自企業(yè)，兩個(gè)來(lái)自管院，在你走進(jìn)考場(chǎng)前，考官也是剛剛拿到你提交的所有資料。所以這份資料是您給考官的第一印象，在自我介紹之后，三個(gè)考官會(huì)輪流提問(wèn)，內(nèi)容主要就是兩部分：一、工作情況；二、十年規(guī)劃內(nèi)容。他們?cè)谔釂?wèn)的時(shí)候不會(huì)讓你感覺(jué)到問(wèn)題的傾向性，但實(shí)際上所有的內(nèi)容都是在考察你資料上的東西

3、，還有對(duì)未來(lái)的規(guī)劃是否清晰。需要注意的是，個(gè)人面試的最終目的就是看你是否有成為管理者的潛質(zhì)，所以在回答任何問(wèn)題的時(shí)候腦袋里都要想著這個(gè)問(wèn)題！3、小組面試：交大的小組面試有兩種形式，一是小組討論、一是辯論，2008年1月聯(lián)考后的面試采用了辯論的形式，但這次提前面試的方法暫時(shí)沒(méi)有確定。但不論是哪一種，只有一個(gè)核心目的，考察這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作、協(xié)調(diào)觀念。 一般在參加面試當(dāng)天，首先會(huì)進(jìn)行抽簽，其實(shí)這次抽簽之后小組的人員就已經(jīng)確定，在每個(gè)人參加完個(gè)人面試之后，大家會(huì)陸續(xù)在一個(gè)教室等候，其實(shí)這個(gè)時(shí)候參加小組面試的成員就已經(jīng)開(kāi)始陸續(xù)集合到一起。等候其他組員的時(shí)間是可以好好利用的，大家可以把自己知道的關(guān)于小組面試

5、各位去面試的都應(yīng)該看看，應(yīng)該好好準(zhǔn)備個(gè)人綜合面試，英語(yǔ)面試不難一般都能過(guò)，小組討論能準(zhǔn)備的也不多把規(guī)則搞清楚，事先和小組同學(xué)溝通一下。因?yàn)槲沂切〗M里最后一個(gè)面試完的，因此幾乎沒(méi)有很小組成員說(shuō)幾句就直接進(jìn)去小組討論了。首先、英語(yǔ)面試一個(gè)老外、另一個(gè)應(yīng)該是英語(yǔ)老師或助教，一般主要是老外問(wèn)，問(wèn)題由簡(jiǎn)單到復(fù)雜，問(wèn)我的問(wèn)題如下：你叫什么？那里畢業(yè)？畢業(yè)幾年？從事什么工作？什么職位？如何組織和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)？如何激發(fā)和處理和下屬關(guān)系。（后兩個(gè)問(wèn)題是因?yàn)槲沂遣块T(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人，老外根據(jù)你的情況從他手上紙里的一堆問(wèn)題里挑的），由此看出英語(yǔ)主要是考察你能否說(shuō)英語(yǔ)，不是考你管理問(wèn)題，因此回答不用太復(fù)雜。英語(yǔ)時(shí)間面試很短基本也就

6、4分鐘，一般不會(huì)超過(guò)6分鐘，除非你自己太能說(shuō)。其次、個(gè)人綜合面試，這個(gè)最重要，要好好準(zhǔn)備。面試我的是2男一女，態(tài)度都不錯(cuò)，可能我是最后一個(gè)綜合面試的他們有點(diǎn)累了，先自我介紹2分鐘（我應(yīng)該是超時(shí)的，因?yàn)槲易约簻?zhǔn)備的是4分半，這個(gè)介紹很重要，一定要突出自己，掌握好度，建議事先讓有面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)的朋友或同事聽(tīng)你說(shuō)一下）。因?yàn)槊嬖嚭芏嗳?，老師不可能都能集中精力，因此無(wú)論在你說(shuō)的時(shí)候他們表情如何都始終要面帶微笑，充滿(mǎn)自信的把你的話(huà)說(shuō)完。問(wèn)我的問(wèn)題都很簡(jiǎn)單，隨便聊了幾句。一般是1520分鐘左右。最后是小組討論，我們這次是小組辯論，8個(gè)人分成4VS4的正反兩組，題目是投資初創(chuàng)科技企業(yè)應(yīng)該是以重視項(xiàng)目為重（正方）還

7、是以重視團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)（反方），個(gè)人認(rèn)為這個(gè)沒(méi)有辦法準(zhǔn)備只有靠臨場(chǎng)發(fā)揮，即不能太張揚(yáng)，也不能太低調(diào)。自己掌握好度，把自己表現(xiàn)出來(lái)就好。我是抱著試試的心態(tài)去的，因此比較輕松，而且是少數(shù)幾個(gè)沒(méi)有穿西裝去的。（天很熱，穿西裝的同學(xué)們基本是滿(mǎn)頭汗，有點(diǎn)狼狽哦，但天氣涼爽還應(yīng)該穿西裝去的）我也是21日下午參加面試的。簡(jiǎn)要的說(shuō)一下當(dāng)天的情況，為了第二第三批面試的兄弟能有所參考。我估計(jì)自己也許是21日面試的160個(gè)人里面最年輕的一個(gè)了，在工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和全局觀念上并不占優(yōu)勢(shì)，所以自己心態(tài)也比較平和，畢竟面試材料讓我通過(guò)就已經(jīng)算是一種肯定了。面試流程樓上的兄弟已經(jīng)講的比較清楚了，我這里不再多說(shuō)。英語(yǔ)問(wèn)我的問(wèn)題是：平時(shí)有什

8、么愛(ài)好，國(guó)慶假期怎么安排，如何看待北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的意義，如何看待可口可樂(lè)的在奧運(yùn)會(huì)中的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)行為，如何甄別員工是否努力工作，如何看待家長(zhǎng)對(duì)孩子教育和住房的巨額投資等（我也不知道憑啥問(wèn)我的問(wèn)題就那么難。）。其實(shí)英語(yǔ)面試主要關(guān)注的是英語(yǔ)能力，只要比較流利和順暢的表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)就可以了。中文個(gè)人面試：主要基于自我介紹的內(nèi)容，我的內(nèi)容可能正好是面試官關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域，所以問(wèn)了很多。比較有壓力，不過(guò)還是那句話(huà)，輕松些，該說(shuō)什么說(shuō)什么就好。辯論：論題很簡(jiǎn)單，重要的是對(duì)辯題的解析，盡量深入挖掘以及八個(gè)人的配合。更直接的說(shuō)，八個(gè)人演一場(chǎng)戲給考官看。不要太激烈，也不要太平淡。幾點(diǎn)重要的感受：1、著裝很重要，對(duì)于男生，襯衫、
