The surface treatment that the scattered vector requests the intersection law to based on the spare parts , be able to accurately depict the spare parts the process error , is chiefly used the camber process error examination 21 譯文: 數(shù)控加工技術(shù)概述 1、數(shù)控編程及其發(fā)展 數(shù)控編程是目前 CAD/CAPP/CAM系統(tǒng)中最能明顯發(fā)揮效益的環(huán)節(jié)之一,其在實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)加工自動(dòng)化、提高加工精度和加工質(zhì)量、縮短產(chǎn)品研制周期等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。在諸如航空工業(yè)、汽車工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域有著大量的應(yīng)用。由于生產(chǎn)實(shí)際的強(qiáng) 烈需求,國內(nèi)外都對數(shù)控編程技術(shù)進(jìn)行了廣泛的研究,并取得了豐碩成果。下面就對數(shù)控編程及其發(fā)展作一些介紹。 1.1、 數(shù)控編程的基本概念 數(shù)控編程是從零件圖紙到獲得數(shù)控加工程序的全過程。它的主要任務(wù)是計(jì)算加工走刀中的刀位點(diǎn)( cutterlocationpoint簡稱 CL點(diǎn))。 刀位點(diǎn)一般取為刀具軸線與刀具表面的交點(diǎn),多軸加工中還要給出刀軸矢量 1.2、 數(shù)控編程技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況 為了解決數(shù)控加工中的程序編制問題, 50 年代, MIT 設(shè)計(jì)了一種專門用于機(jī)械零件數(shù)控加工程序編制的語言,稱為 APT( AutomaticallyProgrammedTool)。其后,APT 幾經(jīng)發(fā)展,形成了諸如 APTII、 APTIII(立體切削用)、 APT(算法改進(jìn),增加多坐標(biāo)曲面加工編程功能)、 APTAC( Advancedcontouring) (增加切削數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng) )和 APT/SS( SculpturedSurface) (增加雕塑曲面加工編程功能 )等先進(jìn)版。 采用 APT 語言編制數(shù)控程序具有程序簡煉,走刀控制靈活等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使數(shù)控加工編程從面向機(jī)床指令的“匯編語言”級,上升到面向幾何元素 .APT 仍有許多不便之處:采用語言定義零件幾何形狀,難以描述復(fù)雜的 幾何形狀,缺乏幾何直觀性; 缺少對零件形狀、刀具運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的直觀圖形顯示和刀具軌跡的驗(yàn)證手段;難以和 CAD 數(shù)據(jù)庫和 CAPP 系統(tǒng)有效連接;不容易作到高度的自動(dòng)化,集成化,針對APT 語言的缺點(diǎn), 1978 年,法國達(dá)索飛機(jī)公司開始開發(fā)集三維設(shè)計(jì)、分析、 NC 加工一體化的系統(tǒng),稱為為 CATIA。 隨后很快出現(xiàn)了象 EUCLID, UGII, INTERGRAPH, Pro/Engineering, MasterCAM 22 及 NPU/GNCP等系統(tǒng),這些系統(tǒng)都有效的解決了幾何造型、零件幾何形狀的顯示,交互設(shè)計(jì)、修改及刀具軌跡生成,走刀過 程的仿真顯示、驗(yàn)證等問題,推動(dòng)了 CAD和 CAM向一體化方向發(fā)展。到了 80年代,在 CAD/CAM一體化概念的基礎(chǔ)上,逐步形成了計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造系統(tǒng)( CIMS)及并行工程( CE)的概念。目前,為了適應(yīng)CIMS及 CE發(fā)展的需要,數(shù)控編程系統(tǒng)正向集成化和智能化夫發(fā)展。 在集成化方面,以開發(fā)符合 STEP( StandardfortheExchangeofProductModelData)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的參數(shù)化特征造型系統(tǒng)為主,目前已進(jìn)行了大量卓有成效的工作,是國內(nèi)外開發(fā)的熱點(diǎn);在智能化方面,工作剛剛開始,還有待我們?nèi)ヅΑ?2、 NC刀具軌跡生成方法研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 數(shù)控編程的核心工作是生成刀具軌跡,然后將其離散成刀位點(diǎn),經(jīng)后置處理產(chǎn)生數(shù)控加工程序。 下面就刀具軌跡產(chǎn)生方法作一些介紹 2.1、基于點(diǎn)、線、面和體的 NC刀軌生成方法 CAD 技術(shù)從二維繪圖起步,經(jīng)歷了三維線框、曲面和實(shí)體造型發(fā)展階段,一直到現(xiàn)在的參數(shù)化特征造型。在二維繪圖與三維線框階段,數(shù)控加工主要以點(diǎn)、線為驅(qū)動(dòng)對象,如孔加工,輪廓加工,平面區(qū)域加工等。這種加工要求操作人員的水平較高,交互復(fù)雜。 在曲面和實(shí)體造型發(fā)展階段,出現(xiàn)了基于實(shí)體的加工。 實(shí)體加工的加工對象是一個(gè)實(shí)體( 一般為 CSG和 BREP混合表示的),它由一些基本體素經(jīng)集合運(yùn)算(并、交、差運(yùn)算)而得。 實(shí)體加工不僅可用于零件的粗加工和半精加工,大面積切削掉余量,提高加工效率,而且可用于基于特征的數(shù)控編程系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā),是特征加工的基礎(chǔ)。實(shí)體加工一般有實(shí)體輪廓加工和實(shí)體區(qū)域加工兩種。實(shí)體加工的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法為層切法( SLICE),即用一組水平面去切被加工實(shí)體,然后對得到的交線產(chǎn)生等距線作為走刀軌跡。 本文從系統(tǒng)需要角度出發(fā),在 ACIS 幾何造型平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)了這種基于點(diǎn)、線、面和實(shí)體的數(shù)控加工 2.2、基于特征的 NC刀軌生成方法 23 參數(shù)化特征造型已有了一定的發(fā)展時(shí)期,但基于特征的刀具軌跡生成方法的研究才剛剛開始。特征加工使數(shù)控編程人員不在對那些低層次的幾何信息(如:點(diǎn)、線、面、實(shí)體)進(jìn)行操作,而轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹苯訉Ψ瞎こ碳夹g(shù)人員習(xí)慣的特征進(jìn)行數(shù)控編程,大大提高了編程效率 W.R.Mail和 A.J.Mcleod在他們的研究中給出了一個(gè)基于特征的 NC代碼生成子系統(tǒng),這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工作原理是:零件的每個(gè)加工過程都可以看成對組成該零件的形狀特征組進(jìn)行加工的總和。 那么對整個(gè)形狀特征或形狀特征組分別加工后即完成了零件的加工。而每一形狀特征或形狀特征組的 NC代碼可自動(dòng)生成。目前開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)只適用于 2.5D零件的加工。 LeeandChang開發(fā)了一種用虛擬邊界的方法自動(dòng)產(chǎn)生凸自由曲面特征刀具軌跡的系統(tǒng)。這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工作原理是:在凸自由曲面內(nèi)嵌入一個(gè)最小的長方塊,這樣凸自由曲面特征就被轉(zhuǎn)換成一個(gè)凹特征。 最小的長方塊與最終產(chǎn)品模型的合并就構(gòu)成了被稱為虛擬模型的一種間接產(chǎn)品模型。 刀具軌跡的生成方法分成三步完成:( 1)、切削多面體特征; ( 2)、切削自由曲面特征; ( 3)、切削相交特征 JongYunJung研究了基于特征的非切削刀具軌跡生成問題。文章把基于特征的加工軌跡分成輪廓加工和內(nèi)區(qū)域加工兩類,并定義了這兩類加工的切削方向,通過減少切削刀具軌跡達(dá)到整體優(yōu)化刀具軌跡的目的。文章主要針對幾種基本特征(孔、內(nèi)凹、臺(tái)階、槽),討論了這些基本特征的典型走刀路徑、刀具選擇和加工順序等,并通過 IP( InterProgramming)技術(shù)避免重復(fù)走刀,以優(yōu)化非切削刀具軌跡。 另外, JongYunJong還在他 1991年的博士論文中研究了制造特征提取和基于特征的刀具及刀具路徑特征加工的基礎(chǔ)是實(shí)體加工,當(dāng)然也可認(rèn)為是更高級的實(shí)體加工。但特征加工不同于實(shí)體加工,實(shí)體加工有它自身的局限 性。特征加工與實(shí)體加工主要有以下幾點(diǎn)不同: 從概念上講,特征是組成零件的功能要素,符合工程技術(shù)人員的操作習(xí)慣,為工程技術(shù)人員所熟知;實(shí)體是低層的幾何對象,是經(jīng)過一系列布爾運(yùn)算而得到的一個(gè)幾何體,不帶有任何功能語義信息;實(shí)體加工往往是對整個(gè)零件(實(shí)體)的一次 24 性加工。但實(shí)際上一個(gè)零件不太可能僅用一把刀一次加工完,往往要經(jīng)過粗加工、半精加工、精加工等一系列工步,零件不同的部位一般要用不同的刀具進(jìn)行加工;有時(shí)一個(gè)零件既要用到車削,也要用到銑削。因此實(shí)體加工主要用于零件的粗加工及半精加工。而特征加工則從本質(zhì)上解決了上 述問題; 特征加工具有更多的智能。對于特定的特征可規(guī)定某幾種固定的加工方法,特別是那些已在 STEP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的特征更是如此。如果我們對所有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)特征都制定了特定的加工方法,那么對那些由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)特征夠成的零件的加工其方便性就可想而知了。倘若 CAPP系統(tǒng)能提供相應(yīng)的工藝特征,那么 NCP系統(tǒng)就可以大大減少交互輸入,具有更多的智能。而這些實(shí)體加工是無法實(shí)現(xiàn)的特征加工有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)從 CAD、 CAPP、NCP及 CNC 系統(tǒng)的全面集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的雙向流動(dòng),為 CIMS乃至并行工程( CE)奠定良好的基礎(chǔ); 而實(shí)體加工對這些是無能為力的 2.3、現(xiàn)役幾個(gè)主要 CAD/CAM 系統(tǒng)中的 NC刀軌生成方法分析 現(xiàn)役 CAM的構(gòu)成及主要功能。目前比較成熟的 CAM系統(tǒng)主要以兩種形式實(shí)現(xiàn)CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)集成:一體化的 CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)(如: UGII、 Euclid、 Pro/ENGINEER等)和相對獨(dú)立的 CAM 系統(tǒng)(如: Mastercam、 Surfcam等)。前者以內(nèi)部統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)格式直接從 CAD 系統(tǒng)獲取產(chǎn)品幾何模型,而后者主要通過中性文件從其它 CAD系統(tǒng)獲取產(chǎn)品幾何模型。然而,無論是哪種形式的 CAM系統(tǒng),都由五個(gè)模塊組成,即交互工藝參數(shù)輸入模塊、刀具軌跡生成 模塊、刀具軌跡編輯模塊、三維加工動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模塊和后置處理模塊。下面僅就一些著名的 CAD/CAM 系統(tǒng)的 NC 加工方法進(jìn)行討論。 UGII加工方法分析 一般認(rèn)為 UGII是業(yè)界中最好,最具代表性的數(shù)控軟件。 其最具特點(diǎn)的是其功能強(qiáng)大的刀具軌跡生成方法。 包括車削、銑削、線切割等完善的加工方法。 其中銑削主要有以下功能: 、 PointtoPoint:完成各種孔加工 、 PanarMill:平面銑削。 包括單向行切,雙向行切,環(huán)切以及輪廓加工等 25 、 FixedContour:固定多軸投影加工。 用投影方法控制刀具在單張曲面上 或多張曲面上的移動(dòng),控制刀具移動(dòng)的可以是已生成的刀具軌跡,一系列點(diǎn)或一組曲線 、 VariableContour:可變軸投影加工 、 Parameterline:等參數(shù)線加工。 可對單張曲面或多張曲面連續(xù)加工 、 ZigZagSurface:裁剪面加工 、 RoughtoDepth:粗加工。 將毛坯粗加工到指定深度 、 CavityMill:多級深度型腔加工。 特別適用于凸模和凹模的粗加工 、 SequentialSurface:曲面交加工。 按照零件面、導(dǎo)動(dòng)面和檢查面的思路對刀具的移動(dòng)提供最大程度的控制 EDSUnigraphics還包括大量的其它方面的功能,這里就不一一列舉了 STRATA加工方法分析 STRATA是一個(gè)數(shù)控編程系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境,它是建立在 ACIS幾何建模平臺(tái)上的 它為用戶提供兩種編程開發(fā)環(huán)境,即 NC 命令語言接口和 NC 操作 C+類庫。它可支持三軸銑削,車削和線切割 NC加工,并可支持線框、曲面和實(shí)體幾何建模。其 NC刀具軌跡生成方法是基于實(shí)體模型。 STRATA基于實(shí)體的 NC刀具軌跡生成類庫提供的加工方
