lesson 29 dont smoke ,please!教學設計一、教學內容本單元的主要話題是談論健康,此課為本單元的第五節(jié)課,主要通過brian and jenny的對話讓學生了解吸煙的危害,并號召同學宣傳煙酒的危害,是一篇對話課。二 教學目標teaching aims:一)知識目標mastery words and expressions: ill, smoke, terrible, worse, rest, plenty, plenty of, allow, public, disease, against, habit, cause, cancer, wineoral words and expressions: beer, must be ill, feel terrible/bad, be bad for二)能力目標:1發(fā)展學生的聽、說、讀,寫能力,培養(yǎng)學生語言綜合運用能力。2培養(yǎng)學生的團結協作精神。 三)情感、態(tài)度和價值觀:. 了解吸煙和飲酒的危害,并能呼吁周圍的人放棄這些壞習慣。. 了解當今的一些重大疾病并能積極預防。. 通過本節(jié)課的學習,使學生對生活充滿積極向上的態(tài)度,培養(yǎng)學生要用健康的心理對待生活和學習,使學生形成積極的情感態(tài)度,主動思維,大膽表述,提高語言的實際運用能力。三、教學重點:teaching important points:1. some words and expressions about the disease.2. know how to keep healthy.四教學難點:teaching difficult points: 正確使用課文中的句型進行情景交際。五教學方法teaching methods情景教學 小組合作 任務型閱讀六教學工具teaching aidsa tape recorder,the multimedia computer七教學過程teaching courses教師活動學生活動設計意圖class opening . greeting . warming up. show a picture of myqq pet. t:whats wrong with my qq?. my qq is ill ,what can i do ?. t: thanks for your help .my qq is well. greeting .he may be ill. ss discuss how to help qq.s1.take the medicine.s2. drink a lot of water.s3.have a good rest.1復習前兩課的舊知識。2引出terrible,worse, plenty of 等生詞。step 1.lead inshow a picture of a boy.what is he doing?.say: some boy students think smoking makes them look cool and handsome.ask:do you think so ?let the students say their ideas. praise them as much as possible.t: well done ,i agree with you .so lets tell people “dont smoke,please.”jenny and brian are making a poster against smoking.lets join them.ss: he is smokingstudents discuss with each other. then show their ideas.ss: no ,i dont think so.smoking is bad for our health.ss: ok.導入新課。step 2 listening1.show a piece of paper and ask what it is.t:but well make it into a poster.2.listen to the tape and do the exercises.3.check the answers.write“ no smoking” on the paper.1.ss it is paper.2.ss listen to the tape and then do the exercises.1.brian thinks danny must be _.2.brian felt _ on monday and felt _ on tuesday.3. what did jenny write on the poster?培養(yǎng)學生的聽力。step 3 readingread the dialogue and think about the question: why is smoking bad for us?you can discuss.write what they said on the paper.students read and discuss with each other. then show their ideas.s1: smoking is bad for our heart.s2 smoking may cause lung disease.s3 it hurt other people.s4 itcauses fires.同學們通過閱讀課文和討論了解吸煙的危害,號召大家放棄吸煙。step 4 reading read the dialogue loudly and find out something important and difficult.encourage sudents to say something they dont understand.read the dialogue loudly. if somebody have a question,he can ask a classmate or the teacher for help.通過這個環(huán)節(jié)讓那個學生處理課文中的重難點。大家的問題可能不盡相同,可以讓學生互相幫助,共同處理.他們會的。老師不講,他們不會,老師點撥。step 5 do an exercise fill in the blanks.check the answers.they do the exercise by themselves. then show their answers to the class.這篇短文是課文內容的復述。通過填空檢驗學生對生詞和課文的掌握情況。step 6 presentionshow a picture of beer and then a picture of wine. ask: what is this?too many people are drinking beer and wine.its alsobad for us, too.ss:it s beer.ss: wine展示兩個新單詞,并為下一個環(huán)節(jié)作鋪墊。step 7 role playwork in groups, make up a dialogue against drinking. each group member takes one role. be creative! praise them as much as possible. encourage them to speak english bravely.work in groups, make up a dialogue against drinking.show their dialogues to the class.正確使用課文中的句型進行情景交際。 step 8 think about itt: drinking and smoking may cause many diseases.1.canyou say any serious diseases in the world today?2.why do people get ill?3. you are right.show the picture that why people get ill.4. how to keep healthy?t make a conclution.1.ss: flu, cancer,aids, sars, t.b. 2.ss smoking ,drinking, junkfood,less exercise,pollution. ss watch the picture. ss say their advice.了解當今的一些重大疾病并能積極預防。step 9 conclutionin this class we learn some new words and sentences and we know that smoking and drinking are bad habits. ss go over the words on the blackboard.回顧本節(jié)課的重點內容,加深記憶。step 10 homework1. review lesson292 . group workin a small group, make a poster that shows why smoking is bad or why drinking is bad. lets help people stay healthy.present your posters to the class tomorrow.make sure they understand the homework.1能活用本節(jié)課的內容,達到學以致用的目的。2培養(yǎng)學生的團結協作精神。3了解吸煙和飲酒的危害,并能呼吁周圍的人放棄這些壞習慣。板書設計: lesson 29 dont smoke , please! the new words: ill terrible very bad be bad forworse be awayplenty of lots of would live longer if they didnt smokerest be allowedcause in some places = in publiccancerallow publichabitagainstdisease serious illnessbeer wineexercise paperlesson 29 dont smoke,please.一listen to the tape and do the exercises. 1.brian thinks danny must be _.2. brian felt _ on monday and felt _ on tuesday.3. what did jenny write on the poster?二fill in the blanks.n in fact, smoking is a bad_(習慣). it can _(引起) a lot of _(疾?。?
