Unit 3 This is my fatherLesson 14 教學(xué)設(shè)計一、Teaching aims1、Aims on the knowledge(1) To enable the Ss master the new words: brother and sister.(2) To enable the Ss to understand and speak: This is my brother. This is my sister. Make sure that Ss can use these sentences in real situations.(3) Let Ss show their photos according to teachers orders.2、Aims on the abilities(1) To develop Ss abilities of listening and speaking.(2) To train the Ss ability of working in groups.(3) To foster Ss abilities of communication and their innovation.3. Aims on the emotion(1) To lead Ss to show their loveliness to their family.二、Main and difficult points:1、Learn the new words: brother and sister2、Use the sentence “ This is my.” to communicate in real situation.三、Teaching preparation:CAI, family pictures, stickers, recorder四、Teaching procedure:Step1. Warming-up/Revision:A. Short greetingT: Good morning boys and girls. How are you?Ss: Fine, thank you. And you?T: I m fine too. Thanks! Whats your name? (Talk with some students and give them some stickers)S: My name is. T: How old are you? S: Im ten. T: What class are you in? S: Im in Class Two, Grade Three.B: Sing the English song “Father and Mother” with the finger gesture. C: Show the picture of Jia You Er Nvand tell the students the meaning of “family”. That is “Father and Mother I Love You!”Purpose: To form a more relaxed atmosphere and stimulate the students interests. Meanwhile, to develop students loveliness of their family. Step2. Presentation:A. To show the picture of Xiao Yu and introduce him.Xiao Yu: Hello, My names Xiao Yu. Im ten. Im in Class1, Grade 3.B. To show the picture of Xia Donghai and Liu Mei in order to practice the words of father and mother. Use the words to make some sentences: This is my./ Look at my./ I love my.C: To show the photo of Liu Xing and ask students who is the boy. Then the teacher will use the sentence “This is my brother.” to show the new word “brother”. Teacher will write the word on the blackboard and lead students to read and spell it and put it into the sentences“He is my./Look at my./I love my.”D: To show the photo of Xia Xue and ask students who is the girl. Then 2the teacher will use the sentence “This is my sister.” to show the new word “sister”. Teacher will write the word on the blackboard and lead students to read and spell it and put it into the sentences“She is my./Look at my./I love my.”Step3. Practice:A. Eyesight Check: use the eyesight check picture to practice the new words.B. Lets play a game called who is missing to lead the dialogue.C. Listen to the recorder and lead students to read it two times.D. Group Work: give students 5 minutes to practice the dialogue and ask some groups to act the dialogue and give them some stickers.Step4. Consolidation and extension:A: To show some family pictures. They are Xiao Xins family photo and Xiao Wanzis family photo. Ask students to describe them from the points of Xiao Xin and Xiao Wanzi. At the same time, let students know grandfather and grandmother.Purpose: To consolidate the new words and sentences and extend the knowledge to prepare fo
