教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì) 人教版八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)上 Unit3 How do you go to school?第二學(xué)時(shí) Grammar focus-3c 西安市黃河中 閆芳平一:教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)思路本課時(shí)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是人教版七年級(jí)下英語(yǔ)第三單元的第二學(xué)時(shí),重點(diǎn)在于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀看圖片,理解語(yǔ)境,從表示交通工具的名詞詞組開始,自然地導(dǎo)入詢問他人如何到達(dá)某地;準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)自己如何到達(dá)某地;讀懂簡(jiǎn)單的路線說(shuō)明。并能自如的運(yùn)用How do you get to school? How does he get to school? How long does it take?句型,同時(shí)以活動(dòng)和任務(wù)引起學(xué)生的聽說(shuō)興趣,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的聽力和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。利用動(dòng)作、手勢(shì)和圖片學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)單詞,同時(shí)在對(duì)話中反復(fù)運(yùn)用新學(xué)的單詞和短語(yǔ)。因此,可以將本節(jié)課的知識(shí)目標(biāo)定為掌握本課新出現(xiàn)的動(dòng)詞和短語(yǔ)及詢問和回答能力的應(yīng)用。情感目標(biāo)定為通過(guò)話題的學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和興趣,使學(xué)生對(duì)課外活動(dòng)感興趣。了解東西方不同的交通規(guī)則,教育學(xué)生注意交通安全,加深對(duì)交通知識(shí)的了解。二:學(xué)情分析我所帶的班級(jí)是平行班,絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)水平中等偏下,上課時(shí)有三分之二的同學(xué)較活躍,敢說(shuō)敢做,勇于發(fā)言,積極參與課堂活動(dòng),聽說(shuō)能力較強(qiáng),英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)還可以,成績(jī)較好,但是還有三分之一的同學(xué),基礎(chǔ)很差,學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性不高,聽說(shuō)讀寫都較弱,在課堂學(xué)習(xí)中,有點(diǎn)跟不上,學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)有點(diǎn)困難。三:教材分析新目標(biāo)Go for it教材主要從培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)識(shí)水平出發(fā),倡導(dǎo)體驗(yàn),實(shí)踐,參與,合作與交流的學(xué)習(xí)方式,發(fā)展學(xué)生的綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,為學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)提供一個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的方法。人教版七年級(jí)下unit3 How do you go to school?本單元的核心話題是談?wù)摗敖煌ǚ绞健?,主要是讓學(xué)生在課堂學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)會(huì)表達(dá)自己是如何到達(dá)某地某處,及詢問某地有多遠(yuǎn),到某地要花費(fèi)多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力,實(shí)踐能力,合作能力和創(chuàng)新能力。Section A的第一學(xué)時(shí),基本上讓學(xué)生已了解學(xué)習(xí)了本單元的目標(biāo)句型和短語(yǔ),第二學(xué)時(shí)重點(diǎn)是鞏固加強(qiáng)本節(jié)課的語(yǔ)法,及難點(diǎn),在知識(shí)點(diǎn)上有所提升,所以對(duì)基礎(chǔ)較差的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),本節(jié)課很有挑戰(zhàn)性,因此在教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)上,重在鼓勵(lì)學(xué)學(xué)生多參與活動(dòng),多實(shí)踐,爭(zhēng)取在活動(dòng)中學(xué)會(huì)知識(shí)。四:教學(xué)目標(biāo)1能夠詢問他人如何到達(dá)某地;準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)自己如何到達(dá)某地;讀懂簡(jiǎn)單的路線說(shuō)明。2掌握并能運(yùn)用以下語(yǔ)言詞組和句型:詞匯:take the bus , take the train, ride the bike , take the subway , by bus, by train, by subway, how far, how long ,kilometer, mile句子:How do you get to school?I ride my bike.How does he get to school?He walks to school.How do they get to school?They take the train.How long does it take?It takes about forty minutes.How far is it from your home to school?Its only about five kilometers.3完成課本Grammar focus-3c的教學(xué)任務(wù)。4.復(fù)習(xí)基數(shù)詞及時(shí)間的表示方法。5.情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀目標(biāo):了解東西方國(guó)家出行方式的不同,以及不同的交通規(guī)則,教育學(xué)生注意交通安全,加深對(duì)交通知識(shí)的了解。倡導(dǎo)自覺遵守交通法規(guī)及禮貌,構(gòu)建和諧的人際關(guān)系。了解交通的發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神。五:重點(diǎn) 難點(diǎn)1、熟練拼寫和運(yùn)用單詞:take the bus, take the train, ride the bike , take the subway , by bus, by train by bus, on foot how far, how long , kilometer, mile2、掌握和運(yùn)用下列句型:How does he get to school?He walks to school.How do they get to school?They take the train.How long does it take?It takes about forty minutes.How far is it from your home to school?Its only about five kilometers.六:教學(xué)方法:listening and speaking methods. Nice to see you.T:How old are you?S1:I am 14.T:How old is he?S1:He is 13.設(shè)計(jì)意圖:利用學(xué)生學(xué)過(guò)的內(nèi)容,從談?wù)摗澳挲g”話題開始引出數(shù)詞復(fù)習(xí),為2a聽力教學(xué)掃清障礙。Leading in【情景2】1、教師尋問學(xué)生是任何上學(xué)的,幫助他們回答問題,并將出現(xiàn)的新詞、短語(yǔ)及句子寫在黑版上。T: (Showing thepptand teaching the verbs)利用多媒體課件創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,進(jìn)行問答:T:How does he get to school?S1:He walks to school.T:How do they get to school?S1:They take the train.T:How long does it take?S1:It takes about forty minutes.T:How far is it from your home to school?S1:Its only about five kilometers.The teacher uses pictures or performs the actions to teach thenew words. And write the words and teach their pronunciations and spellings.2、Presentation:Show a picture on the ppt and explain these are your home and school.Teach: home-school How long 10 minutes How far two kilometersThen make up a dialogue to practice.A: How do you get to school?B: I usually take the bus.A: How far is it from your home to school?B: Its about two kilometers.A: How long does it take?B: It takes 30 minutes by bus設(shè)計(jì)意圖:利用學(xué)生學(xué)過(guò)的內(nèi)容,從談?wù)摗叭粘=煌ǚ绞健痹掝}開始,輕松進(jìn)入語(yǔ)境,進(jìn)而介紹生詞,利用多媒體課件創(chuàng)設(shè)情境將詞匯的音、形、意融為一體,促進(jìn)理解,加深記憶。使動(dòng)詞學(xué)習(xí)更加形象直觀,自然地進(jìn)入新話題。為2a、2b聽力教學(xué)掃清詞匯和語(yǔ)言障礙。Step2.Listening活動(dòng)2a.2b的聽力練習(xí)是以聽的方式進(jìn)行目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言的輸入活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生從輸入的語(yǔ)言中獲取信息,并進(jìn)行加工、整合,復(fù)習(xí)本課的重點(diǎn)詞匯、句式的同時(shí),也為后面的目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言的輸出活動(dòng)做好了準(zhǔn)備。1. Before listeningRevise the numbers, first, zeronine, next, tennineteen, then, twenty, thirty, fortyfinally, twenty-one, twenty-twoTeach the new word hundred.2.While listeningPlay the tape for the students to finish 2a. Then play again and check the answers播放錄音。第一遍要求學(xué)生只聽并跟讀;完成2a。聽第二遍時(shí),完成2a;邊播放第三遍錄音,邊讓學(xué)生核對(duì)答案,如果錯(cuò)了,重聽該句子,直到學(xué)生聽懂為止。設(shè)計(jì)意圖:創(chuàng)設(shè)情境是為了使學(xué)生能在真實(shí)的語(yǔ)境中學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言,并通過(guò)聽、讀的方式來(lái)獲取信息,完成相應(yīng)練習(xí)。Step3.pairwork:2dT: Good! Now look at activity 2d.Can you ask your partner the same questions?Ss practice asking and answering the questions about transportation.T:Will you present your conversations to the class? Lets have four pairs.(Four pairs of students present their conversations to theclass. Ss listen carefully and reflect on what they said.)設(shè)計(jì)意圖:利用圖片創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,鞏固訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言。學(xué)生在聽了細(xì)節(jié)之后,朗讀鞏固,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言語(yǔ)調(diào);再模仿2b的對(duì)話,編出自己的對(duì)話,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行交際的能力。Step4Role-play:1、Read the dialogue and find the answer to these questions:1.How does Jane get to school every day?2.How does Lisa get to school every day?3.How far is it from Lisas home to school?4.How long does it take Lisa from her home to school by bus?5.How long does it take Jane from her home to school by bike?The answers:1._2_3_4_5_2、Ss read the conversations and then find the answers to the questions.3、Check the answers with the class.4、Play the recording for the Ss to listen and repeat.5、Ss read the conversation then role-play the conversation.6、Let some pairs act out the conversation.設(shè)計(jì)意圖:利用教材創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,鞏固訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言。使學(xué)生大膽發(fā)言,表達(dá)思想,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀、合作能力、口語(yǔ)表達(dá)及語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。Step5.Grammar Focus:The teacher summarizes this activity and points out common mistakes:1. T: We made some mistakes in our own conversations. Lets look at the grammar focus of this unit here. Can you find out the difference between the sentences here and the sentences we used just now? Do you know how to ask and answer correctly now?2. The teacher points out the sentence pattern. Explain the following to the students:We can take a bus or take a train,. and we also use take to talk about a length of time. For example, we say something takes five minutes or takes one hour. So we use the same word, take, in two different ways.Can you find more examples from this unit?3.Ss compare the sentences listed in the book and their own conversations.4.Ss look for more examples from the book and speak up.設(shè)計(jì)意圖:總結(jié)規(guī)律、學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行內(nèi)化、鞏固、提升。Step6.Practice 3a方法指導(dǎo):首先,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)讀左面的五個(gè)疑問句,分清它們是特殊疑問句還是一般疑問句;其次,要明確特殊疑問詞的用法:how是對(duì)出行方式提問;how long是對(duì)行程所用的時(shí)間提問;how far是對(duì)距離提問。然后,再讀答語(yǔ)。依次給每個(gè)問句找到正確的答語(yǔ)。1.T: Now lets look at 3a. What questions do we have here? Can someone read the questions for us?A student volunteers to read the questions in 3a.2. T: Now please read the passage quickly and find the answers to the questions.Students read the passage.學(xué)生們按教師說(shuō)的方法,認(rèn)真閱讀找答語(yǔ),提高閱讀理解的能力。3. T: Can you share your answers?The teacher asks a couple of students to give their answers to the questions.Students give answers.4.The teacher checks the answerswith the class.Step7.Practice3b1. Look at 3b. Tell Ss to use these words below to make questions. Then answer them.2.方法指導(dǎo):首先,應(yīng)分清它們是特殊疑問句還是一般疑問句,看所給的詞匯,如果含有特殊疑問詞應(yīng)是特殊疑問句,如果沒有則應(yīng)是一般疑問句;其次,要明確特殊疑問詞的句式結(jié)構(gòu):特殊疑問詞+一般疑問句。然后,再根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況,回答這些問題。最后,再通讀一遍自己造的問句與答語(yǔ),確保沒有語(yǔ)法上的錯(cuò)誤。3.學(xué)生們按教師說(shuō)的方法,分析每句話中所給的提示詞,并造成一個(gè)正確的問句,然后給出一個(gè)合理的答語(yǔ)。4. Check the answers with the partners.For example:How do you get to school? I take a bus to school. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)語(yǔ)言訓(xùn)練、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力。Step8. How far is it from your home to school, S3?S3: Its about five kilometers.S1: Oh, yeah. 5.提示:對(duì)部分能力的較差的學(xué)生,可以給他們下列問題提示:How far is it from your home to school?How do you get to school?How long does it take you to get to school?6.看誰(shuí)能最先完成調(diào)查,并找到與表格中數(shù)據(jù)相一致的同學(xué)。設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)任務(wù)活動(dòng),聯(lián)系實(shí)際,進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言訓(xùn)練、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)目標(biāo)語(yǔ)言的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力。教材知識(shí)點(diǎn)解讀1、注意:take和by都有“乘、坐”之意。take是一個(gè)動(dòng)詞,后面接具體的交通工具,在表示該交通工具的名詞前一般應(yīng)有冠詞等修飾語(yǔ);而by是一個(gè)介詞,它后面所跟的表示交通工具的名詞前一般不可用冠詞等修飾語(yǔ)。by短語(yǔ)在句中修飾動(dòng)詞等作狀語(yǔ)。例如:格林先生經(jīng)常乘火車去上班。Mr Green often goes to work by train.Mr Green often takes a train to work.2、How far用于詢問兩地間的距離,答語(yǔ)要用表示兩地間的距離的詞語(yǔ)。例如:How far is it from Beijing to Shanghai?About several thousandkilometers。在回答how far的提問時(shí),有3種情形:(1)有具體的數(shù)字時(shí),應(yīng)與away from連用,表具體距離。(2)可用模糊的概念回答,即far或near。(3)可用“數(shù)字+minutes”回答。Eg: How far
