1、.寶潔 八大核心面試題 以下是寶潔公司人力資源專家精心設(shè)計的八大核心問題,當然也是其他大公司通常關(guān)注的熱點問題。 1. Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through completion. 舉例說明,你如何制定了一個很高的目標,并且最終實現(xiàn)了它。 2. Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others going on an important task or issue and
2、 played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted. 請舉例說明你在一項團隊活動中如何采取主動性,并且起到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的作用,最終獲得你所希望的結(jié)果。 3. Describe a situation where you had to seek out relevant informationdefine key issues and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results. 請詳細描述一個情景,在這個情景中你必須搜集相關(guān)信息,劃定關(guān)鍵點,并且決定依照哪些步驟能夠達到
3、所期望的結(jié)果。 4. Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement of others. 舉例說明你是怎樣用事實促使他人與你達成一致意見的。 5. Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish an important result. 舉例證明你可以和他人合作,共同實現(xiàn)一個重要目標。 6. Describe a creative/innovative idea that you

Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities. 請舉例,你是怎樣評估一種情況,并將注意力集中在關(guān)鍵問題的解決。 8. Provide an examp
5、le of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application. 舉例說明你怎樣獲得一種技能,并將其轉(zhuǎn)化為實踐。 寶潔面試的八道題和若干建議 收到好多師弟妹的信,無法一一回復(fù)?,F(xiàn)在把重要一點的信息寫下。 (1)面試的細節(jié)并不重要。寶潔公司招聘的特點是,大多數(shù)公司只是指派人力資源部的人去招聘,但在寶潔,是人力資源部配合別的部門去招聘。用人部門親自來選人,而非人力資源部作為代理來選人才。讓用人單位參與到挑選應(yīng)聘者的過程中去,避免了“不要人的選人,而用人的不參與”的怪圈。這是一個信號。你報了哪個部
6、門,就要讓那個部門看上你,而不僅是hr看上你。如是,你就要準備一些東西。作為一個畢業(yè)生,你的舉止、禮儀很明顯不會太入流。索性,你就自然一些,是駱駝就不要羨慕蒼鷹的高遠,駱鈴一樣充滿魅力。外表永遠只是表象,內(nèi)在的東西才是你的本質(zhì)。如果面試官只看重你的外表,你因此失敗,那恭喜你,那樣的公司不是什么好公司。所以,只要你把自己的內(nèi)在秀出來,就夠了。 (2)一定要認識自己的優(yōu)勢是什么。不要強調(diào)自己什么職位,什么主席,什么長,什么書記。這些與你的真實能力一點關(guān)系都沒有。與被錄取也沒必然的聯(lián)系。真實能力是有思考的人,而不僅是能勞動的人。陳述自己的社會經(jīng)歷時,側(cè)重點應(yīng)該放在過程中的思考和收獲,而非做的事的量。
7、沒有收獲的做事,就是勞動,無意義。 (3)永遠不要吹牛。沒做過主席就別說做過。不要以為你很聰明。事實上,能去寶潔的人,能面試你的人,自然比你有道行,自然有本事識別你的話的真假?;卮饐栴}時,往往細節(jié)和小事更能體現(xiàn)出你的能力。 (4)踏實一些。說話時可以適當神采飛揚。但千萬不要高興過度得意忘形。也不要說你有足夠的能力勝任你所面試的工作。那就錯了。實際的工作遠非校園社團活動那么簡單。如果不踏實,你就可以等死了。可以說,我有足夠的信心,努力地學習公司的運作和專業(yè)知識,盡快地勝任工作。 (5)八道題的例子要準備好,挖掘自己的經(jīng)歷,不要編造。八道題問的時候很細,具體的數(shù)字都要精確到小數(shù)點后兩位。如果編造,
8、那恭喜你,你可以被淘汰了。另外,例子要多準備幾個,不要雷同。八道題在下面有列出來。我的答案去年和朋友想了幾天才想好。因為每個人不同,我的答案未必適合你,所以我不想列出來。 (6)寶潔的面試過程主要可以分為以下4大部分: 第一,相互介紹并創(chuàng)造輕松交流氣氛,為面試的實質(zhì)階段進行鋪墊。 第二,交流信息。這是面試中的核心部分。一般面試人會按照既定8個問題提問,要求每一位應(yīng)試者能夠?qū)λ麄兯岢龅膯栴}作出一個實例的分析,而實例必須是在過去親自經(jīng)歷過的。這8個題由寶潔公司的高級人力資源專家設(shè)計,無論您如實或編造回答,都能反應(yīng)您某一方面的能力。寶潔希望得到每個問題回答的細節(jié),高度的細節(jié)要求讓個別應(yīng)聘者感到不能
9、適應(yīng),沒有豐富實踐經(jīng)驗的應(yīng)聘者很難很好地回答這些問題。 第三,討論的問題逐步減少或合適的時間一到,面試就引向結(jié)尾。這時面試官會給應(yīng) 聘者一定時間,由應(yīng)聘者向主考人員提幾個自己關(guān)心的問題。 第四,面試評價。面試結(jié)束后,面試人立即整理記錄,根據(jù)求職者回答問題的情況及總體印象作評定。 (7)寶潔的面試評價體系。寶潔公司在中國高校招聘采用的面試評價測試方法主要是經(jīng)歷背景面談法,即根據(jù)一些既定考察方面和問題來收集應(yīng)聘者所提供的事例,從而來考核該應(yīng)聘者的綜合素質(zhì)和能力。 寶潔的面試由8個核心問題組成: 第一,請你舉1個具體的例子,說明你是如何設(shè)定1個目標然后達到它。 第二,請舉例說明你在1項團隊活動中如何
10、采取主動性,并且起到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的作用,最終獲得你所希望的結(jié)果。 第三,請你描述1種情形,在這種情形中你必須去尋找相關(guān)的信息,發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵的問題并且自己決定依照一些步驟來獲得期望的結(jié)果。 第四,請你舉1個例子說明你是怎樣通過事實來履行你對他人的承諾的。 第五,請你舉1個例子,說明在完成1項重要任務(wù)時,你是怎樣和他人進行有效合作的。 第六,請你舉1個例子,說明你的1個有創(chuàng)意的建議曾經(jīng)對1項計劃的成功起到了重要的作用。 第七,請你舉1個具體的例子,說明你是怎樣對你所處的環(huán)境進行1個評估,并且能將注意力集中于最重要的事情上以便獲得你所期望的結(jié)果。 第八,請你舉1個具體的例子,說明你是怎樣學習1門技術(shù)并且怎樣將
11、它用于實際工作中。 根據(jù)以上幾個問題,面試時每一位面試官當場在各自的“面試評估表”上打分:打分分為3等:12 (能力不足,不符合職位要求;缺乏技巧,能力及知識),35 (普通至超乎一般水準;符合職位要求;技巧、能力及知識水平良好),68(杰出應(yīng)聘者,超乎職位要求;技巧、能力及知識水平出眾)。具體項目評分包括說服力毅力評分、組織計劃能力評分、群體合作能力評分等項目評分。在“面試評估表”的最后1頁有1項“是否推薦欄”,有3個結(jié)論供面試官選擇:拒絕、待選、接納。在寶潔公司的招聘體制下,聘用1個人,須經(jīng)所有面試經(jīng)理一致通過方可。若是幾位面試經(jīng)理一起面試應(yīng)聘人,在集體討論之后,最后的評估多采取1票否決制
12、。任何1位面試官選擇了“拒絕”,該生都將從面試程序中被淘汰。 我去年面試的時候,一面用的中文,二面用的全英文,有老外。 還要提醒一句:你現(xiàn)在應(yīng)聘寶潔,和你被錄取沒有關(guān)系。不要以為自己就快成為寶潔的員工了。這么想是不現(xiàn)實的。畢竟寶潔招的人太少了??梢园褜殱嵑吐?lián)合利華當成目標,但不要抱太大希望。抬頭做人時,更重要的是要低頭做事。 OK。祝師弟妹順利。即使不被寶潔錄取,也要從應(yīng)聘過程中學到東西。后者更重要一些,對大多數(shù)人。希望這些文字不是垃圾。 寶潔面試題 Procter & Gamble Asia Management Application Form Supplemental Data 寶潔公司
