29、機qtz31.5塔機的覆蓋范圍內，故5#塔頂升時，4#塔機必須停止使用或禁止回轉到與5#塔交叉的東半圈區(qū)域內。5.2.3操作司機必須嚴格遵守多塔作業(yè)的避讓原則：5.2.3.1低塔讓高塔的原則：處于低位的塔機應主動避讓處于高位的塔機。 5.2.3.2后塔讓先塔的原則：后進入交匯重合區(qū)域的塔機應避讓先進入交匯重合區(qū)域的塔機。 5.2.3.3動塔讓靜塔的原則：正在回轉運動的塔機應避讓回轉靜止不動的塔機。 5.2.3.4輕車讓重車的原則：輕載或空載塔機應避讓載有重物的塔機。 5.2.3.5客塔讓主塔的原則：起重臂回轉時需進入相臨塔機的主要施工區(qū)域時，應主動避讓該區(qū)域施工的塔機。5.2.4 操作司機應實

30、行回轉時對小車定向收幅的操作措施。當起重臂回轉到交叉重合區(qū)域前，先要將小車收回退出交叉的幅度，避免小車吊鉤吊物在交叉區(qū)內回轉。當起重臂到位停轉后，再將小車運行到指定位置。5.2.5 操作司機班前必須檢查使塔機隨時處于完好狀態(tài)。特別是安全裝置和起升和回轉的制動裝置。在該區(qū)域施工的塔機必須保證制動可靠，剎車靈敏。鋼絲繩無損壞和缺陷，小車吊鉤完好無缺損，運行靈活自如。5.2.6當回轉作業(yè)時突然停電，起重臂因慣性停不住，應立即開啟事先準備好的24v停電寶或24v直流蓄電池，即時恢復回轉制動線圈的供電，使回轉停穩(wěn)。然后用手操作慢慢松剎將吊物放下。5.2.7當起風時，回轉必須慢速運行。如果起重臂因大風停不

31、住，按回轉制動也停不穩(wěn)時，應將事先準備好的四塊木楔塞在回轉齒圈和小齒輪之間，阻止回轉運動。5.2.8停用或下班時，操作司機應將起升鋼絲繩收起到起重臂之下，小車收回到起重臂根部或收回退出交叉區(qū)域范圍。5.2.9塔機吊運時應盡量避免在鋼筋棚、木工棚等臨時設施上空經過。所有在塔機起重臂覆蓋范圍內的鋼筋棚、木工棚等臨時設施都必須加蓋防護層。5.3 4#樓塔機單獨采取的技術措施 木工加工棚有部分在4#樓塔機的覆蓋范圍內，因此操作時要避免在木工加工棚吊物經過。為防止墜物傷人，木工加工棚應搭設防護層。起重臂朝南面居住區(qū)方向回轉時設置限位并提示，防止吊鉤吊物碰撞建筑物。5.4 5#樓塔機單獨采取的技術措施 木

32、工加工棚和鋼筋加工棚有部分在5#樓塔機的覆蓋范圍內，因此操作時要避免在木工加工棚和鋼筋加工棚上空吊物經過。為防止墜物傷人，木工棚和鋼筋加工棚應搭設防護層?；剞D時對小車進行定向收幅，當塔機起重臂從辦公室上空回轉時，操作司機必須將變幅小車收回到距臂根25米內。6塔機安全防范的管理措施6.1塔機司機應選派具有相應上崗資格、責任心強，工作態(tài)度好，操作技能高，熟悉塔機的性能及有一定的經驗的人上崗。實行優(yōu)勝劣汰的用人機制，能者上，劣者下。6.2塔機司機上崗前必須進行安全作業(yè)交底，要根據本項目制定的安全防范措施，結合現(xiàn)場的實際情況，有針對性的交底，交底要履行簽字手續(xù)。6.3定期對塔機操作人員進行培訓和考核，

33、提高作業(yè)人員的安全技術素質。6.4督促切實做好對塔機的檢查，維修和保養(yǎng)工作6.4.1日常檢查由塔機機長和操作人員實施，檢查情況要記錄在臺班及交接班記錄中，重要情況要及時報修或報告。6.4.2安全部門在平時巡檢的基礎上，每月進行一次例行檢查，做好檢查記錄，對檢查出涉及安全危險的問題，必須下整改單，督促整改并進行復查。6.4.3對塔機的保養(yǎng)實行日常保養(yǎng)、一級保養(yǎng)和二級保養(yǎng)的制度。日常保養(yǎng)由操作人員完成任務，利用班前、班后和間隙時間作業(yè)。一級保養(yǎng)由機長負責按排完成，每月一次。二級保養(yǎng)由現(xiàn)場機電工長組織完成，每三個月一次。保養(yǎng)均要做好記錄，交有關部門備查。6.4.4對塔機的維修實行現(xiàn)場維修和基地修理的

34、制度，現(xiàn)場維修必須及時滿足施工需要，隨時保證塔機正常運行，基地修理必須全面徹底修復故障和毛病，恢復原有性能水平。維修和修理都要做好記錄，由有關人員簽字后備查。6.5塔機指揮人員應選派責任心強，有工作經驗，有上崗證的人專業(yè)指揮，指揮人員應佩戴明顯標志。用標準語音或手式指揮，使用對講機必須聲音洪亮、清晰，無干擾，不串臺。另外，指揮人員要對司索和吊斗、吊籠進行檢查監(jiān)控，確保起重吊運作業(yè)的安全。6.6加強對塔機的現(xiàn)場管理，安全合理用好塔機6.6.1控制作業(yè)時間，對節(jié)假日和加夜班進行合理安排和調度，防止設備和人員疲勞作業(yè)。同時每月安排適當?shù)臅r間對設備進行例行保養(yǎng)。6.6.2嚴格執(zhí)行塔機的安全技術操作規(guī)程
