2、提出進一步工作目標，督促學生按計劃完成規(guī)定 的任務。4. “畢業(yè)論文工作周志”在畢業(yè)設(shè)計期間由學生保管，每周在與指 導老師見面前填寫好并攜帶到老師處交指導老師審閱并填寫意見。5. 在校外進行畢業(yè)設(shè)計的學生，每周填寫好周志后由校外指導老師填 寫意見并簽字，同時將電子稿（電子稿周志在校園網(wǎng)下載）通過電 子郵件以附件的形式發(fā)給校內(nèi)指導教師。校內(nèi)指導教師寫出指導意 見后，通過電子郵件將該文件（含學生填寫部分）以附件的形式發(fā) 還給學生，學生要將該附件下載存儲成一個文件，每周單獨存儲。6. 學生在答辯前，按指定時間將“畢業(yè)論文工作周志”和畢業(yè)論文等 資料交答辯委員會。校外進行畢業(yè)設(shè)計的學生除上交周志外，還
