1、 信息技術運用成果信息技術運用成果 護國中學 英語教師 師明琴一一 個人研修計劃個人研修計劃個人研修個人研修計劃計劃自我自我分析和環(huán)境分析分析和環(huán)境分析自我分析:根據培訓結果,可知自己在計算機與教學結合方面還存在一些問題,在計算機的靈活運用方面還不夠好。信息技術如果運用的好,可以吸引學生的注意力,加大學生的接收量。環(huán)境分析:學校的多媒體設備還算比較齊全,信息化環(huán)境、信息化資源庫等方面都比較豐富,也給學生塑造了一個良好的信息技術壞境。我的發(fā)展目標我的發(fā)展目標發(fā)展目標:在接下來的教學活動中多使用多媒體來展示,給學生視覺沖擊。偶爾也讓學生自己在電子白板上面做練習與答題。備課是提高數學教學質量的重要環(huán)

2、節(jié),尤其是課程改革后,新課程標準更注重學生的終身發(fā)展和能力的培養(yǎng)。要實現這一目標,備好課很重要。備教材與學材。教材是備課的資源之一,但決不是唯一的,網絡、報刊、書籍以及日常生活都是教育教學的源頭活水,在備課時,教師要把握好教材的教學標準和三維目標,要善于發(fā)掘教材的教學價值,要善于將生活素材轉化為課堂學材行動計劃行動計劃實現目標過程中可能面臨的困難或挑戰(zhàn):有可能在使用多媒體計算機方面會遇到使用不嫻熟的困難,也會遇到許多不會的地方??墒沁@些都可以在不段的練習中學。實現發(fā)展目標的具體途徑:遇到不懂得向前輩請教,或者上網通過查資料看視頻進行自學。其次,還有不太會的可以去參加計算機培訓。再次,可以通過實

Finish activity3 and activity4 in P.33.三、個人信息技術運用總結1.課程學習與研討交流收獲:在課堂學習中,我學習到了如何運用多媒體進行有效的教學活動,學會了如何進行新課改教學,如何進行有趣的導入吸引學生注意力并培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣。英語這一學

18、科一直以來就備受爭議,如果不積極主動的培養(yǎng)學生的興趣,就會導致學生對待英語的態(tài)度變得越來越糟,然后最后放棄。2.參與專家視頻答疑活動、瀏覽簡報、學習同伴優(yōu)秀作品等收獲:觀看了專家的答疑視頻,讓我受益匪淺。專家們的優(yōu)秀方法的確可行并值得我們學習。特別是陳愛苾專家關于師德師風的講解讓我們感受頗深,要成為一名合格并且優(yōu)秀的老師,師德師風必須要好,要熱愛關心每位學生,不僅在學習方面要給予學生幫助還要關心學生身心的發(fā)展。 3.參與研修活動的收獲:在參與研修活動中,觀看了其它優(yōu)秀教師上傳的優(yōu)秀課件,教學反思。從中學得了要認真?zhèn)湔n,認真研究教材,抓住教材的重點,運用計算機技術美化ppt課件,加入能夠吸引學生興趣的動畫和聲音,并與實際生活相結合。不斷
