3、 and control the translation quality of party b.二、乙方按時完成翻譯任務(如發(fā)生不可抗力的因素除外)，向甲方提供已翻譯好的打印件及電子文件各一份。具體交稿日期由雙方商定。對于加急稿件，交稿期限由雙方臨時商議。2. party b shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the translation by printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date (with the exception of th
