2、面要注意以下幾點(diǎn):1. 網(wǎng)上出售商品,絕大部分的時(shí)候買家是無法看到實(shí)物的,所以需要拍出清晰 漂亮的商品圖片,還要有詳細(xì)的商品描述,這樣才能對(duì)買家有更大的吸引力。 因此,可將你最有特色的商品放到推薦位上去,吸引顧客到你的店里去參觀, 增加出售商品的機(jī)會(huì)。2. 網(wǎng)店里商品的種類要盡可能的齊全,更新迅速。把新的商品掛到網(wǎng)店的明顯 位置,帶給顧客新鮮感,但不可以為了增加數(shù)量而不顧質(zhì)量。做到這些后,應(yīng)該注意的就是自身的服務(wù)、信用度、宣傳、促銷、服務(wù)態(tài)度 等方面的問題了:1. 宣傳在開店之初要讓大家關(guān)注你的網(wǎng)店,提高網(wǎng)店的人氣,這樣才能有更多的顧客光 顧你的網(wǎng)店,你可以采用一些廣告或博客宣傳等方式推廣你的

3、網(wǎng)店,讓它進(jìn)入人 們的視野,吸引人們的眼球。2. 服務(wù)在有了一定的顧客之后,一定要注意自己的服務(wù)是否周到,發(fā)貨要快,要及時(shí)和 顧客取得聯(lián)系,善于和顧客交流,讓顧客感到親切,售后服務(wù)也要周到,這樣會(huì) 給網(wǎng)店吸引更多的回頭客。3 信用度誠信境一,這是網(wǎng)店經(jīng)營的最重要的準(zhǔn)則。在網(wǎng)上買家可以看到賣家的誠信度, 如果誠信度不好,如何才能挽留住顧客的心?我想誰都會(huì)去一個(gè)誠信度高的地方 去購買自己的商品,那樣才有保障,因此誠信度是非常重要的。4. 促銷策略在節(jié)假日你可以采取一些折扣或贈(zèng)送小禮品的促銷活動(dòng)去慰勞老顧客,同時(shí)吸引 新顧客,更加的給網(wǎng)店做了最好的宣傳。5. 服務(wù)態(tài)度對(duì)待顧客的態(tài)度一定要好,愉快的和
