6、計(jì)、制造的超臨界鍋爐。該鍋爐為變壓運(yùn)行、一次中間再熱、單爐膛、平衡通風(fēng)、固態(tài)排渣、全鋼架懸吊結(jié)構(gòu)、露天布置的“”型超臨界直流鍋爐。帶有內(nèi)置式再循環(huán)泵的啟動系統(tǒng),采用低NOX燃燒技術(shù),24只燃燒器分6層布置,采用切圓燃燒方式,配北京電力設(shè)備總廠6臺ZGM133G-中速磨煤機(jī)直吹式制粉系統(tǒng),鍋爐在BMCR工況下,5運(yùn)1備。1 × 670MW unit boiler belongs to Harbin boiler plant co., Ltd., and it is supercritical boiler designed and manufactured according to t
7、echnology independent researched by the Harbin boiler plant co., Ltd.This boiler is type supercritical once-through boiler of variable pressure operation, once reheating, single furnace, balanced ventilation, dry slagging, full steel suspension structure, and open layout. With start-up system of bui
8、lt-in recirculation pump, using low NOx combustion technology, 24 sets burns are arranged in 6 layers, using tangential firing method, with 6 sets ZGM133G-medium-speed coal mill direct blowing type coal pulverizing system from Beijing power equipment group, in the BMCR work condition the 5 sets boil

13、內(nèi)的承壓管道。具體如下:This hydraulic test includes superheater steam system with connection pipeline, reheater steam system with connection pipeline, pressure-bearing pipeline within first valve within the boiler proper scope. Specific as following: 2.2.1一次汽系統(tǒng)包括:主給水及給水旁路電動閘閥(10LAB70AA003、10LAB70AA002)、過熱器減溫水總
14、管3#閘閥后至省煤器入口集箱間管道、省煤器、省煤器連接導(dǎo)管(溢流管路暖管至10HAC13AA005電動截止閥)、循環(huán)泵暖管、四側(cè)水冷壁、汽水分離器、貯水箱、啟動循環(huán)泵殼(含臨時(shí)堵板)、頂棚過熱器、包墻過熱器、中間隔墻、低溫過熱器、一級減溫器(至過熱器一級噴水減溫10LAE11AA002、10LAE11AA004電動截止閥)、分隔屏過熱器、二級減溫器(至過熱器二級噴水減溫10LAE12AA002、10LAE12AA004電動截止閥)、末級過熱器、主汽管道(J列柱中心向爐前2190mm處)水壓堵板前部分。鍋爐本體過熱器系統(tǒng):末級過熱器出口至安全閥水壓試驗(yàn)堵頭。2.2.1Superheater st

31、00kg考慮裕量:25%濃度的氨水用量按4200kg備藥。Consideration allowance: ammonium hydroxide(NH3 ·H2O) with 25% concentration content according to the 4200kg medicine preparation.2.5鍋爐整體水壓試驗(yàn)壓力2.5Pressure of the hydraulic test for the whole boiler直流爐水壓試驗(yàn)按ASME規(guī)范分兩部分進(jìn)行,鍋爐的汽水系統(tǒng)、過熱器和省煤器作為一次汽系統(tǒng),以1.5倍鍋爐末級過熱器出口設(shè)計(jì)壓力(最高允許工作
32、壓力)進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn);再熱器系統(tǒng)以1.5倍一級再熱器入口集箱設(shè)計(jì)壓力(最高允許工作壓力)進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)。即:一次汽水壓試驗(yàn)壓力為27.5×1.5=41.25MPa二次汽水壓試驗(yàn)壓力為5.2×1.5=7.8MPaAccording to the ASME specification dividing the Once-through boiler hydraulic test into two parts for operation, steam-water system, super-heater and economizer of the boiler as the supe
33、rheater steam system, making the hydraulic test with the pressure that is 1.5 times of design pressure of the final-stage superheater outlet (the maximum allowable working pressure); the reheater system makes hydraulic test with the pressure that is 1.5 times of design pressure of the first level re
34、heater inlet header (the maximum allowable working pressure). That is: the superheater steam hydraulic test pressure is 27.5×1.5=41.25MPaThe reheater steam hydraulic test pressure is 5.2×1.5=7.8MPa2.6水壓試驗(yàn)的目的:2.6 The objective of the hydraulic test2.6.1檢驗(yàn)鍋爐受壓部件的強(qiáng)度。2.6.1Inspecting the streng
35、th of the boiler pressure parts.2.6.2檢驗(yàn)鍋爐受壓部件的嚴(yán)密性。2.6.2Inspecting the rigor of the boiler pressure parts.3.施工前具備的條件3. Conditions prepared before the construction 3.1水壓試驗(yàn)方案編制完成,經(jīng)審批合格。3.1 The hydraulic testconstruction scheme shall be completed and approved.3.2水壓范圍內(nèi)的所有受壓件焊接工作全部結(jié)束,并已無損檢測和熱處理完畢,返修口已全部處理
36、完并檢驗(yàn)合格。所有合金元件的材質(zhì)均經(jīng)過核對,并確認(rèn)無錯用現(xiàn)象。3.2 Welding work for all pressure parts all over in the hydraulic test scope, and the non-destructive testing and heat treatment have been completed, rework mouth has been completely processed and inspection qualified. Material of all alloy elements has through checked
37、 and confirms there is no misuse phenomenon.3.3鍋爐密封裝置一次密封件安裝、焊接完畢(主要包括頂棚及分隔屏內(nèi)護(hù)板、后煙道頂棚管內(nèi)護(hù)板、后煙道煙氣分配折流板、水平煙道后部內(nèi)護(hù)板、后煙道膨脹節(jié)、尾部煙道膨脹密封裝置等)。3.3installation and welding for primary sealing workpiece of boiler sealing device are finished. (mainly includes ceiling, division screen inner protect plate, rear air
38、duct ceiling pipe interior protect plate, rear air duct distribute baffle plate, horizontal air duct rear interior protect plate,rear air duct expansion joint, tail air duct expansion sealing device, etc.)3.4鍋爐附件安裝完畢(主要包括吹灰孔、看火孔、檢修孔、熱工測點(diǎn)密封盒、火焰電視監(jiān)視孔、繩孔裝置等)。3.4 Boiler accessories installation complete
39、 (main includes soot blowing hole, observation hole, manhole, thermal measure point seal box, monitoring hole of fire eye, rope-hole device, and so on.).3.5所有吊桿受力均勻,臨時(shí)加固支撐件全部拆除,懸吊部件全部處于自由狀態(tài)。3.5 All suspenderforce evenly, remove all temporary strengthening strutting pieces, suspension parts all in a
40、state of freedom.3.6臨時(shí)上水管施工結(jié)束,排水通暢,樓梯通道暢通安全,爐膛內(nèi)外照明良好。3.6 Temporary water supply pipeline construction finished, drainage unobstructed, stair channel is unimpeded and safe, lighting good on the interior and exterior of the furnace.3.7水壓試驗(yàn)臨時(shí)管路沖洗完成,目測水質(zhì)澄清,上水泵、啟動升壓泵經(jīng)試轉(zhuǎn)合格。3.7 Flushing complete for the te
41、mporary pipeline in the hydraulic test, visual inspection the water clean without sundry and quality well, through test run the feed-water pump and start-up booster pump qualified.3.8所有膨脹指示器安裝完畢并調(diào)整到零位。3.8 All the expansion indicator installation finished and adjusted to zero.3.9 3000m³除鹽水箱除鹽水滿足
42、水壓用水量和水質(zhì)要求。鍋爐整體水壓試驗(yàn)要求環(huán)境溫度不得低于5;3.9 Demineralized water of 3000m³demineralized water tank meet the requirements of the hydraulic test water consumption and the water quality. The required environmental temperature cannot less than 5 in the whole boiler hydraulic test.3.10水壓試驗(yàn)用壓力表、溫度表等儀表經(jīng)校驗(yàn)合格,安裝位
43、置合理,并配備有備用表,防止升壓過程中因?yàn)楣艿勒饎佣斐蓧毫Ρ頁p壞。3.10 The pressure gauge, thermometer and other instruments that is used in the hydraulic test through the calibration qualified, the installation position is reasonable, and are equipped with a spare table, to prevent pressure gauge damage because of the pipeline vi
44、bration during raising pressure.3.11水壓試驗(yàn)用的臨時(shí)堵板必須經(jīng)過強(qiáng)度校核,水壓試驗(yàn)期間非工作人員不得進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場,停止鍋爐范圍內(nèi)的一切施工。3.11 The temporary blocking plate must pass intensity checking that used for the hydraulic test, during the hydraulic test the non-working personnel shall not enter the site, stop all construction within the scope
45、of boiler.3.12在水壓試驗(yàn)前對受壓部件進(jìn)行風(fēng)壓試驗(yàn),風(fēng)壓試驗(yàn)壓力為0.3MPa,試驗(yàn)介質(zhì)為壓縮空氣。3.12 Making the air pressure testfor the pressure parts before the hydraulic test, the pressure of the air pressure test is 0.3 MPa, the test medium is compressed air.3.13水壓試驗(yàn)安全、技術(shù)、質(zhì)量措施已交底并辦理相關(guān)手續(xù),水壓試驗(yàn)組織機(jī)構(gòu)和人員分工已落實(shí)。參與水壓試驗(yàn)的系統(tǒng)、閥門、水泵及電氣操作設(shè)備均應(yīng)標(biāo)識清楚,并掛
46、臨時(shí)標(biāo)識牌。操作卡已編制好,操作人員已掌握。3.13 The security, technology, and quality measures of the hydraulic test have disclosure and deal with relevant formalities, hydraulic test organization structure and personnel division of labor have been implemented. The system, valve, water pump and electrical operation equi
47、pment that are involved and related to the hydraulic test shall be clearly marked, and hang a temporary identity card. Operation card have been prepared completely, the operator has been mastered.3.14水壓試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)圖、升降壓曲線圖、組織機(jī)構(gòu)圖已張掛于現(xiàn)場。3.14 The hydraulic test system diagram, the lifting pressure curve, and o
