26、編制單元,由土建、給排水、電氣、暖通、空調(diào)、 動(dòng)力等單位工程的投資估算和土石方、道路、廣場(chǎng)、圍墻、大門(mén)、室外管線、綠化等室外工程的投資估算兩大部分內(nèi)容組成。 編制內(nèi)容可參照第3.10和4.9兩節(jié)有關(guān)建筑工程概、預(yù)算文件的規(guī)定。在建設(shè)單位有可能提供工程建設(shè)其他費(fèi)用時(shí),可將工程建設(shè)其他費(fèi)用和按適當(dāng)費(fèi)率取定的預(yù)備費(fèi)列入投資估算表,匯總成建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的總投資。
