Volume Damper風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥Ø Mannual Volume Damper手動(dòng)風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥Mannual volume dampers directly installed on ducts and connected with flanges are used for controlling the air speed and adjusting indoor air volume. The dampers are made from galvanized steel sheets and dont need painting on

9、 the surface. The hand knobs are easy to handle and the openness can be adjusted from close to completely open, and can be fixed by the adjusting structure of the dampers. 手動(dòng)風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥直接安裝在通風(fēng)管道上，與風(fēng)管法蘭連接，用于控制風(fēng)速，調(diào)節(jié)室內(nèi)風(fēng)量之用，其調(diào)節(jié)方便、靈巧。該風(fēng)閥采用鍍鋅鋼板制成，表面無(wú)需涂裝。手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥有手柄方便調(diào)節(jié)，指針指示調(diào)節(jié)開度，閥門開度有表盤顯示開度大小?？筛鶕?jù)需要適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)閥門開度，并做好標(biāo)記，方便

10、控制風(fēng)量。閥門可從關(guān)閉到全開進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)，閥門調(diào)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)可鎖定閥門開度。Ø Electrical Control Air Damper電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)閥The electrical control damper shall be installed in the palces of fresh air,supply air,return air, and exhaust air, and its openness degree and operating are subject to the singal from DDC after analyzing the internal and e

11、xternal temperatures for the purpose of energy saving. It is installed in Chiller room and interlocked with axial fan. In Summer, when the axial fans are running, the dampers are also running to exhaust the heat produced by chillers; in Winter, the axial fans dont run, and the dampers also stay clos

12、ed to keep the temperature insides.電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)閥設(shè)于新風(fēng),送風(fēng),回風(fēng),排風(fēng)口處,受DDC控制信號(hào)的作用而改變開啟大小,可根據(jù)室內(nèi)外溫度的分析來(lái)決定各處風(fēng)閥的開度和各種運(yùn)行工況的執(zhí)行,以便達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的。閥門安裝在制冷機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)與為制冷機(jī)服務(wù)的軸流風(fēng)機(jī)聯(lián)動(dòng)。在夏季，當(dāng)制冷機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)的軸流風(fēng)機(jī)開動(dòng)時(shí)，電動(dòng)閥門開啟，使室內(nèi)形成機(jī)械通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，以帶走制冷機(jī)組產(chǎn)生的熱量；當(dāng)冬季時(shí)，軸流風(fēng)機(jī)不開動(dòng)，電動(dòng)閥門關(guān)閉，室內(nèi)為封閉狀態(tài)，以保證之內(nèi)溫度。Ø Fire damper防火調(diào)節(jié)閥Fire dampers normally stay open. When the tempe

13、rature of air flow in the duct reach to 70, the fusion devices will react , and the dampers will automatically close and send the alarm singal to the fire protection control room. The dampers can start up mannually or automatically and after they react, it is needed to recover them by hand. The dampers have 6-class openness and also have the funciton of adjusting air volume so can used as air volume dampers. Access open
