2、區(qū),由高區(qū)加壓供水設(shè)備直接供給。 室內(nèi)為污廢合流,衛(wèi)生間各潔具排水就近排入排水立管,由地下一層排出室外。室外為雨污分流;車(chē)庫(kù)廢水經(jīng)隔油沉沙處理后排入院內(nèi)雨水管道,建筑生活污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后排入市政排水管網(wǎng).消防系統(tǒng)室內(nèi)管道成環(huán)狀布置,豎向分為兩個(gè)區(qū),-2F12F為低區(qū),13F22F為高區(qū),失火時(shí),啟動(dòng)消防按鈕,或在消防值班室手動(dòng)啟動(dòng)地下室水泵房?jī)?nèi)的消火栓泵自蓄水池吸水加壓滅火.噴淋系統(tǒng)噴頭爆裂出水,水流指示器動(dòng)作,同時(shí)報(bào)警閥動(dòng)作且由壓力開(kāi)關(guān)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)能源中心的噴淋泵自室外消防蓄水池吸水,供水滅火.噴淋泵具有手動(dòng).自動(dòng)及消防值班室啟泵功能,在地下室設(shè)置濕式報(bào)警閥四套.,分別控制-2F5F、6F11

15、置給水箱;選擇給水管材、管徑,進(jìn)行水力計(jì)算,選擇生活給水泵;繪制給水系統(tǒng)平面圖、系統(tǒng)圖。1.5.2室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)選擇合適的排水體制,布置排水立管與通氣立管;選擇排水管材、管徑,進(jìn)行水力計(jì)算;繪制室內(nèi)排水平面圖、系統(tǒng)圖。1.5.3建筑消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)包括消火栓系統(tǒng)和自噴系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì);確定消火栓及噴頭的布置,計(jì)算并布置消防水箱和消防水池;進(jìn)行消防管道的水力計(jì)算,選擇消防泵及其他消防設(shè)備;繪制消火栓與自噴系統(tǒng)的平面圖、系統(tǒng)圖。根據(jù)規(guī)范布置干粉滅火器。2 室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)2.1 給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及分區(qū)依據(jù)建筑給水排水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范(GB50015-2010),室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)盡量利用市政管網(wǎng)壓力,當(dāng)建筑高度過(guò)高,市政管

16、網(wǎng)壓力不夠時(shí),可采用二次加壓的形式向上供水。對(duì)于高層建筑,豎向高度大,為防止二次加壓后建筑低層配水點(diǎn)靜水壓力過(guò)大,造成壓力浪費(fèi)和管道磨損,往往采用豎向分區(qū)給水的供水方式。本次設(shè)計(jì)總體采用上行下給的給水方式。建筑總高度為88.30m,市政管網(wǎng)供水壓力為0.35 MPa,地下二層車(chē)庫(kù)沖洗用水近期由低區(qū)變頻設(shè)備供給(遠(yuǎn)期由市政水直接供給).地上系統(tǒng)分三個(gè)區(qū),1F8F為低區(qū),由低區(qū)加壓供水設(shè)備直接供給,9F16F為中區(qū),由高區(qū)加壓供水設(shè)備減壓后供給,17F21F為高區(qū),由高區(qū)加壓供水設(shè)備直接供給。低區(qū)給水系統(tǒng)入口處所需壓力0.42MPa.高區(qū)給水系統(tǒng)入口處所需壓力0.92MPa.2.2 給水管材選擇與

17、管道的布置和敷設(shè)2.2.1管材附件和水表?yè)?jù)規(guī)范對(duì)管材的要求,通過(guò)對(duì)比各個(gè)給水管材的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并考慮了管材的衛(wèi)生、外形、安裝及經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素,確定本次設(shè)計(jì)的室內(nèi)生活給水管材,橫支管選用PP-R管,立管采用鋼塑管。給水加壓系統(tǒng),應(yīng)根據(jù)水泵揚(yáng)程、管道走向、環(huán)境噪音要求等因素,設(shè)置水錘消除裝置。1)給水管道的下列部位應(yīng)設(shè)置閥門(mén):(1)入戶(hù)管和立管;(2)水表前;(3)水池、水箱、加壓泵、換熱器、減壓閥、管道倒流防止器等根據(jù)安裝要求需配置閥門(mén)處; (4)居住和公共建筑中,從干管或立管接出的配水支管上宜設(shè)閥門(mén),接有3個(gè)及3個(gè)以上配水點(diǎn)的配水支管上應(yīng)設(shè)置閥門(mén)。2) 給水管道閥門(mén)的選型和設(shè)置, 應(yīng)符合下列原則:(1

18、)閥門(mén)宜設(shè)置在易于操作和方便檢修的地方。(2)給水管道上使用的各類(lèi)閥門(mén)的材質(zhì),應(yīng)耐腐蝕和耐壓;根據(jù)管徑大小和所承受壓力的等級(jí)及使用溫度,可采用全銅、全不銹鋼、鐵殼銅芯和全塑閥門(mén)等。(3)管徑DN50mm時(shí), 宜采用截止閥;管徑DN50mm時(shí), 宜采用蝶閥或閘閥。(4)要求水流阻力小的部位(如水泵吸水管上),宜采用閘閥。(5)安裝空間小的場(chǎng)所,宜采用蝶閥。(6)在水流雙向流動(dòng)的管段上,應(yīng)采用蝶閥或閘閥,不得使用截止閥。3)給水管道的下列管段上應(yīng)設(shè)置止回閥:(1)當(dāng)引入管超過(guò)一條,且在建筑物內(nèi)連通的每條引入管上;(2)密閉的水加熱器等設(shè)備的進(jìn)水管上;(3)水泵出水管及與水泵并聯(lián)的旁通管上;(4)可

19、能發(fā)生倒轉(zhuǎn)的水表后的管段上;(5)冷熱水混合器的冷、熱水進(jìn)水管上;(6)進(jìn)出水管合用一條管道的水箱、水塔、高位水池的出水管段上。4)建筑物的入戶(hù)管應(yīng)設(shè)置水表,水表的選型、安裝應(yīng)符合下列要求:(1)住宅的分戶(hù)水表宜相對(duì)集中讀數(shù),且宜設(shè)置于戶(hù)外;對(duì)設(shè)在戶(hù)內(nèi)的水表,宜采用遠(yuǎn)傳水表或IC卡水表等智能化水表。(2)接管直徑小于等于50mm時(shí),應(yīng)采用旋翼式水表,螺紋連接;大于50mm時(shí),應(yīng)采用螺翼式水表,法蘭連接;當(dāng)用水量變化很大時(shí),應(yīng)采用復(fù)式水表。(3)水表應(yīng)裝設(shè)在觀察方便、不致凍結(jié)、不受污染和損壞的地方。(4)水表應(yīng)按其產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)的要求安裝。(5)各種有累計(jì)水量功能的流量計(jì),均可替代水表。2.2.2管

20、道的布置和敷設(shè)本設(shè)計(jì)中給水管道采用暗設(shè)的形式。室內(nèi)給水管埋地敷設(shè)時(shí)與排水管之間的最小凈距,平行埋設(shè)時(shí)應(yīng)不小于0.5m,交叉埋設(shè)時(shí)不應(yīng)小于0.15m,且給水管應(yīng)在排水管的上面。引入管與排水管水平凈距不應(yīng)小于1.0m。給水管道穿越下列部位或接管時(shí),應(yīng)設(shè)置防水套管:(1)穿越地下室或地下構(gòu)筑物的外墻處;(2)穿越屋面處;(3)穿越鋼筋混凝土水池的壁板或底板連接管道時(shí)。管道在布置時(shí)應(yīng)考慮與墻、柱的距離,用水的要求,保證水力條件良好,管線布置盡量滿(mǎn)足經(jīng)濟(jì)性,協(xié)調(diào)好各種因素的關(guān)系,具體布置情況見(jiàn)平面圖。2.3用水量、設(shè)計(jì)流量及管道水力計(jì)算2.3.1用水量計(jì)算生活用水量受當(dāng)?shù)貧夂?、生活?xí)慣、建筑物使用性質(zhì)、

21、衛(wèi)生器具和用水設(shè)備的完善程度以及水價(jià)等多種因素的影響,故用水量不均勻。生活用水量可根據(jù)國(guó)家制定的用水定額、小時(shí)變化系數(shù)和用水單位數(shù)等,按下式計(jì)算: 式中 最高日用水量,L/d; m 用水單位數(shù),每班人數(shù); 最高日生活用水定額 ,L/人·d Qp 平均小時(shí)用水量,L/h; T 建筑物的用水時(shí)間; Kh 小時(shí)變化系數(shù),取1.3 最大時(shí)用水量,L/h根據(jù)建筑類(lèi)型,查建筑給水排水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范(GB50015-2003)表3.1.10可知生活用水量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)=3050 L/人·班,時(shí)變化系數(shù)Kh=1.21.5 ,使用時(shí)間810 h。本設(shè)計(jì)取生活用水量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)=40 L/人·班;時(shí)變化系數(shù)

22、K h= 1.3,使用時(shí)數(shù)為9小時(shí)。按上述公式計(jì)算得最高日用水量為138m³/d,最大時(shí)用水量為11.8m³/h2.3.2設(shè)計(jì)秒流量由規(guī)范得,得該建筑生活給水設(shè)計(jì)秒流量計(jì)算公式如下:式中 一一計(jì)算管段的給水設(shè)計(jì)秒流量(L/s) ; 一一計(jì)算管段的衛(wèi)生器具給水當(dāng)量總數(shù); 一一根據(jù)建筑物用途而定的系數(shù),取1.5。注: 1)如計(jì)算值小于該管段上一個(gè)最大衛(wèi)生器具給水額定流量時(shí),應(yīng)采用一個(gè)最大的衛(wèi)生器具給水額定流量作為設(shè)計(jì)秒流量。 2) 計(jì)算值大于該管段上按衛(wèi)生器具給水額定流量累加所得流量值時(shí),應(yīng)按衛(wèi)生器具給水額定流量累加所得流量值計(jì)算。 3) 有大便器延時(shí)自閉沖洗閥的給水管段,大便

25、, 不計(jì)淋浴器。但水壓應(yīng)按淋浴器計(jì)。3 家用燃?xì)鉄崴魉杷畨簯?yīng)按產(chǎn)品要求和熱水供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)最不利配水點(diǎn)所需工作壓力確定。2.3.3給水水力計(jì)算(1)管道沿程水頭損失式中 沿程水頭損失(kPa) ;l管段計(jì)算長(zhǎng)度(m) ;i管段單位長(zhǎng)度水頭損失(kPa/m), i 可用下式計(jì)算:式中 一管道計(jì)算內(nèi)徑(m) ;一一計(jì)算管段的給水設(shè)計(jì)秒流量(L/s) ;海橙一威廉系數(shù),各種塑料管、內(nèi)襯(涂)塑管取140。(2)管道局部水頭損失本次設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中,管道局部水頭損失為該管段沿程水頭損失的30%,按下式計(jì)算: 。(3)給水系統(tǒng)所需供水水壓建筑給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中為了滿(mǎn)足各給水點(diǎn)潔具所需壓力,在計(jì)算時(shí)需要以滿(mǎn)足最不利點(diǎn)
