1、世界最杰出的生物醫(yī)學(xué)論文 千名生物學(xué)家(Faculty of 1000 Biology)和千名醫(yī)學(xué)家(Faculty of 1000 Medicine)是英國BioMed Central出版集團(tuán),所建立的兩個醫(yī)學(xué)生物學(xué)論文數(shù)據(jù)庫。它是由美國哈佛大學(xué)和英國劍橋大學(xué)等近5000多名世界頂級生物醫(yī)學(xué)同行專家,所推薦和評選出的世界醫(yī)學(xué)和生物學(xué)的最新發(fā)表的論文所組成。論文依據(jù)創(chuàng)新性、新理論、新發(fā)現(xiàn)、新技術(shù)、科學(xué)價值和實(shí)際應(yīng)用前景等原則,從世界上幾千種重要的醫(yī)學(xué)生物學(xué)雜志,成千上萬篇論文中,實(shí)時進(jìn)行篩選和評定,評選出F1000因子,并進(jìn)行分級排序,分為杰出(Exceptional 9分)、必讀(Must
2、Read 6分)和推薦(Recommend 3分)三個級別,并寫有簡短的評語。再向醫(yī)學(xué)生物學(xué)界進(jìn)行推薦和發(fā)布,以提供世界上最重要、最優(yōu)秀的生物醫(yī)學(xué)論文信息和最新研究成果與發(fā)展趨勢。 F1000只重視論文的實(shí)際科學(xué)價值和臨床應(yīng)用前景,不考慮期刊的狀況和論文在何處發(fā)表,影響因子(I F)值也僅僅作為輔助參考指標(biāo)。被推薦出的論文不足SCI發(fā)表論文的千分之二,其中杰出的論文僅占所推薦論文的5%。F1000還依據(jù)不同的科學(xué)領(lǐng)域,適時評選出最近和最受關(guān)注(Must-Viewed)的10篇最佳論文,稱為“Top 10”,并不斷更新。此外還邀請世界上最知名和權(quán)威的領(lǐng)域科學(xué)家,編寫生物醫(yī)學(xué)最近的進(jìn)展、評論和綜述
3、,刊登在“F1000 Reports上”。 F1000是一個新的醫(yī)學(xué)生物學(xué)論文數(shù)據(jù)庫,是一個新的生物醫(yī)學(xué)論文評價工具,是一個新的醫(yī)學(xué)論文評估的專家系統(tǒng)。它不僅可以幫助我們來快速檢索世界上最“杰出”、“必須閱讀”和“值得推薦”的生物醫(yī)學(xué)論文;還可以了解每篇發(fā)表論文的專家評價觀點(diǎn)和意見,使我們可以節(jié)時、高效、全面認(rèn)識和了解當(dāng)今世界上生物醫(yī)學(xué)最新研究成果和發(fā)展動向,引導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)生物醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)的發(fā)展。研究論文能為F1000所收錄和推薦,成為F1000“杰出”論文,代表著該論文的極高的科學(xué)水平和重要的科學(xué)價值。 目前我國每年被SCI收錄的醫(yī)學(xué)生物學(xué)論文已逾萬篇,成為“論文大國”,但能為F1000收錄為“杰出
4、”的論文卻寥寥。以20092010年為例,在F1000收錄和推薦出1017篇“杰出”論文中,中國只有11篇,其中還有4篇是臺灣和香港的。從20002010年F1000共評出近5000篇“杰出”論文,中國(包括臺灣和香港)總共只有25有篇。反應(yīng)出我國現(xiàn)在醫(yī)學(xué)生物學(xué)研究“跟”多“創(chuàng)”少,重“量”不重“質(zhì)” ;一般資料性的工作多,有創(chuàng)新性、有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價值、有重要理論和應(yīng)用前景的論文少的潛在而深刻的危機(jī)。我們必須在原始創(chuàng)新和實(shí)際應(yīng)用上再上一層樓!我們要發(fā)表SCI論文,要發(fā)表高IF影響因子論文;我們更要多發(fā)表F1000“杰出”論文,發(fā)表創(chuàng)新性強(qiáng),有重要理論價值和實(shí)際應(yīng)用前景的科學(xué)論文,這才能成為真正的科
