1、Construction method statement for Steel Structure cleaning up and touch up 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)清理及補(bǔ)漆施工措施方法A. Description工作描述This method statement is prepared for cleaning up the dust、scrap iron and rust iron remained on steel structure during transport before.此方案主要是針對(duì)前期運(yùn)輸（海運(yùn)）過程中殘留在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上的灰塵、鐵屑、鐵銹等的清理工作制定的。B. Manpower人

2、員計(jì)劃The following is for one group and can be adjusted by adding manpower according to actual site condition when constructing.Painter 4, mainly responsible for steel structure cleaning and painting .Watcher 1, for preventing unauthorized people from entering.以下人員為一個(gè)班組人員配置，施工時(shí)可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況適當(dāng)增加施工人員及施工班組。

3、油漆工4人，主要負(fù)責(zé)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)清理及涂漆刷漆。現(xiàn)場監(jiān)護(hù)1人，主要監(jiān)護(hù)非施工人員禁止進(jìn)入。C. Preparation施工準(zhǔn)備1. To verify with each discipline if there are still constrution personnel enter into the area to be cleaned and the platform below it, to avoid working at the same time.向各個(gè)專業(yè)確認(rèn)即將清理的區(qū)域及清理區(qū)域的下一層平臺(tái)是否還有施工人員進(jìn)入，盡量避免交叉作業(yè)。2. Material: primer and t

4、op coat for steel structure, disc, nail.材料準(zhǔn)備：配備鋼結(jié)構(gòu)底漆及面漆、圓盤、尖頭釘。3. Tools: scissor lifts，100 grinding machine, planning wheel, blower, roller(used by painter), inside grinding machine, inside grinding head, rag, safety belt.工機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備：剪刀式升降機(jī)、100磨光機(jī)、刨光輪、壓縮機(jī)、滾刷（油漆工專用）、內(nèi)磨機(jī)、破布、安全帶。D. 5、on and construction sequence 施工區(qū)域劃分及施工順序Principle for construction area: from up to down, from outside to inside, locally enclosed, locally cleaning. According to the actual condition and construction personnel quantity on site, steel structure in different area can be cleaned at the same time, prec

Reasonable adjustment can be made to the area to be cleaned when constructing according to the actual condition on site.施工區(qū)域遵循從上至下，從邊向內(nèi)，局部封閉，局部清理的原則，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況及施工人員數(shù)量，可以同時(shí)對(duì)不同區(qū)域的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行清理，前提是盡量避免交叉作業(yè)，具體施工時(shí)可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況對(duì)清理區(qū)域臨時(shí)做出合理的調(diào)整。E. Construction method 施工方法

Using100 grinding machine to clear the debris on structure (whole structure, including flange plate and web).用100磨光機(jī)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行清理，清除結(jié)構(gòu)上的雜物，清理時(shí)必須對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)整體進(jìn)行清理（包括翼緣板及腹板）。2. After grinding, use blower to blow the dust on steel beam and wipe by dry rag.打磨完成后，用壓縮機(jī)對(duì)鋼梁上的灰塵吹掃并用干布擦拭。3. After blowing, painters do to

8、uch up (Reference Photos) for steel beam. If no primer for the beam, primer must be done at first, then do top coat after the primer is dry.吹掃完成后油漆工對(duì)鋼梁進(jìn)行涂漆，如果鋼梁缺少底漆，必須先補(bǔ)底漆，底漆干燥后方可涂刷面漆。4. During applying paint, if some place the roller can not reach, the handle of the roller can be extended, the exte

9、nded point must be strong enough and the extended handle can not wobble to much. If the height of the steel structure is too high, even if the use of the extended handle cannot achieve, we can consider to use scissor lifts already ready. Homework in the scissor lifts, the painters must wear safety b

10、elts, safety belts must be high up the painter, ensure the personal safety.油漆工施工時(shí)如果有滾刷無法伸到刷漆位置，可以對(duì)滾刷手柄加長,加長處必須有足夠的強(qiáng)度，加長手柄不可以晃動(dòng)幅度太大。如果鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的高度太高，即使使用加長手柄也無法達(dá)到的話，我們就可以考慮使用早就已經(jīng)準(zhǔn)備好的剪刀式升降機(jī)。在升降機(jī)上作業(yè)時(shí)，油漆工必須要佩戴安全帶，安全帶一定要做到高掛抵用，保證作業(yè)人員的安全。 E. Safety precaution安全注意事項(xiàng)1. Hand strings must be used for all tools and

11、make sure hand string is tie on hand or on secured object when using tools. 所有使用工機(jī)具必須系好手繩并且保證使用工具時(shí)手繩固定在手上或者已固定的物體上。2. Mask must be worn when using planing wheel, the same with the watcher, to avoid the spreading iron thread from the planing wheel hurting people. 使用刨光輪時(shí)必須佩戴面罩，旁邊監(jiān)護(hù)人員也必須佩戴面罩，防止刨光輪鐵絲飛濺傷人。3. Watcher for barricade must make sure no unauthorized personnel entering.維護(hù)旁的監(jiān)護(hù)人員必須保證無關(guān)人員不可以進(jìn)入。4. Sign easy to be seen on barricade.維護(hù)上要有醒目的標(biāo)識(shí)牌。5. All temporary unused tools must be kept in the tool basket or on the fire blanket.所有暫時(shí)不使用的
