1、論文格式示范甜菜堿與對(duì)47周齡肉仔雞 的影響某某某1,2(1揚(yáng)州大學(xué) 動(dòng)物科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院，揚(yáng)州，225009; 2某某出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局，銀川750001;3某某獸醫(yī)藥品監(jiān)察所，北京100008)摘 要：（目的）本文旨在研究甜菜堿和對(duì)肉仔雞的影響，并初步探討二者的互 作效應(yīng)。（方法）選用21日齡AA肉仔雞288只，隨機(jī)分為9個(gè)處理組，每組32只， 設(shè)4個(gè)重復(fù)，每個(gè)重復(fù)8只。采用3X3（甜菜堿、）2因子3水平有重復(fù)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。在玉米-豆粕型日糧基礎(chǔ)上添加 （0、400、600他/kg）與甜菜堿（0、800、1 000mg/kg），以飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧組為對(duì)照組試驗(yàn)期4周。（結(jié)果）結(jié)果表明：（1）甜菜堿與腹

2、脂率、全凈膛率均有互作效應(yīng)（PV 0.01），半凈膛率無(wú)互作效應(yīng) ；（2）效果 最佳的為400他/kg;（3） 第 7周末，各試驗(yàn)組血清總膽固醇（TC）、尿酸（UA）、 和葡萄糖（GIu）均低于對(duì)照組（P v0.01）。（結(jié)論）（用幾句精煉簡(jiǎn)短的話表達(dá)結(jié)論）。 關(guān)鍵詞：甜菜堿；肉仔雞；胴體品質(zhì)；脂肪代謝Effect of Betaine and Yeast Chromium on Carcass Quality and LipidMetabolismin 47 week old Broiler Chickens1 21*21 31 4HAO Jun-hu , WANG Jun-dong PAN

5、lity and lipid metabolism of broiler chickens and discuss the interaction between betaine and chromium primarily, ( Method) an experiment was conducted using a total of 288 three-week-old AA broiler chickens to investigate the effects of adding yeast chromium (0, 400, 600 g/kgrespectively) and betai

6、ne (0, 800, 1 000 mg/kg respectively) to corn soybean diets on carcass quality and lipid metabolism in broiler chickens and their interaction. Chickens were randomly divided into 9 treatments (32 for each treatment, 8 for each replicate). A 3 3 (chromium betaine) experiment with replicates was desig

7、ned. The basal diet was used as control group, and the experiment lasted for four weeks. ( Result) The result showed 1) there were significant effects of interaction between betaine and chromium on slaughter rate, abdomininal fat rate, the rate of the whole pure thorax (P<0.01) and no significant

8、 interactive effects on half pure thorax rate P(>0.05); 2) Betaine and chromium on the content of cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) in liver and muscle of chest and leg had interactive effects (P<0.01). Analysis showed that, it was better for the test group to add 1 000 g/kg beta inland

9、400 g/kg chromium at the sane time; 3) At the end of 7 weeks, betaine and chromium significantly increased the concentrations of serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), free fatty acid (FFA), high density lipid protein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum compared with control group ( P<0.01) and signif

10、icantly reduced the concentrations of cholesterol (TC), uric acid (UA), low density lipid protein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides (TG), and glucose (Glu). 15、feed （diet）.）1.3 試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)與飼養(yǎng)管理將288只1日齡AA商品代健康肉仔雞（公母混合）隨機(jī)分成9個(gè)處理組，。1.4 屠宰指標(biāo)測(cè)定于第 7周末每個(gè)處理組隨機(jī)抽取 8只雞（每復(fù) 2只）， ，按文獻(xiàn)1 1方法測(cè)定屠體重 。1.5 血液生物化學(xué)指標(biāo)測(cè)定第7周末每個(gè)處理組隨機(jī)抽取 8只雞（每重復(fù) 2只）， 3 000 r/min 離心取得血清于30C冰箱保存?zhèn)溆谩y(cè)定血清中血清總膽固醇（TC）、尿酸（UA）。血清游 離脂肪酸測(cè)定方法為 ，試劑盒為 提供，用紫外可見(jiàn)光分光光度計(jì) （儀器有限公司產(chǎn)WF2 W-2102C）進(jìn)行測(cè)定。其它血清生化指標(biāo)用分析儀（德國(guó)產(chǎn) PHOTOMETER 5010

16、, ROBERT RIILE GmbH & Co KG） 進(jìn)行測(cè)定，試劑盒為 公司產(chǎn)品。1.6 組織樣品采集第7周末，30C保存?zhèn)溆谩?.7 數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與處理用SAS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件按2因子3水平（2 %）有重復(fù)程序?qū)Ω黜?xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行F值方差分析。 差異顯著時(shí)采用Duncan氏方法對(duì)各組間平均數(shù)進(jìn)行多重比較，以 Pv 0.01（差異極顯 著）,Pv 0.05（差異顯著）作為差異顯著性判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2 結(jié)果2.1 對(duì)肉仔雞屠宰性能的影響添加 對(duì)肉仔雞的 作用比較明顯 （表3）。 各試驗(yàn)組分別下降 62.85、 34.68和 45.19。 。但從結(jié)果看 （表4）。2.2 對(duì) 中 的影響2.2.1 對(duì)肉仔雞肝

17、臟和肌肉中 的影響3.1 甜菜堿和 對(duì)胴體品質(zhì)的影響Peter等12報(bào)道，1 250 mg/kg甜菜堿可降低肥育豬的背膘厚3.2 甜菜堿對(duì)肉仔雞脂肪代謝的影響，這與筆者以前的研究結(jié)果一致 5-6。3.3 對(duì)肉仔雞脂肪代謝的影響。3.4 甜菜堿和 互作對(duì)肉仔雞脂肪及蛋白質(zhì)代謝的影響本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果 與Saunderson的結(jié)果一致18。，從而促進(jìn)蛋白質(zhì)的合成31。4 結(jié)論 甜菜堿與 對(duì)肉仔雞的屠宰率、 腹脂率、全凈膛率均有互作效應(yīng)。 添加 1 000mg/kg甜菜堿+ 600 g/kg 對(duì)提高屠宰率效果最佳；單獨(dú)添加1 000 mg/kg甜菜堿組 對(duì)降低腹脂率效果最好。 甜菜堿和對(duì)肝臟、胸肌、腿肌TG
