It is indicated that the system run by the institutions has been proved to be credible or the prod

4、ucts and personnel meet the requirements of a particular standard.3.2 標(biāo)徽：認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)使用的一種符號(hào)，作為表明其身份的一種形式，通常具有自己的風(fēng)格。標(biāo)徽也可以是標(biāo)志。3.2 Logo: The symbols used by certification bodies. 6、, 獲得國(guó)內(nèi)外多個(gè)認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)可，被獲準(zhǔn)在分別認(rèn)可的領(lǐng)域內(nèi)在所 頒發(fā)的證書上使用以下認(rèn)可標(biāo)志：Shanghai Ingeer Certification Assessment Services ( ICAS has obtained the accreditation of multi-authorized institutions at home and abroad. ICAS has been permitted to use the following Certification Marks on the certificates of different certification

9、只能在已獲認(rèn)證的范圍內(nèi)使用認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志、標(biāo)徽、IAF 互認(rèn)標(biāo)志及證書，并對(duì)獲證組織是否正確使用認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志、標(biāo)徽、互認(rèn)標(biāo)志進(jìn)行審核。4.2 Organizations authorized by ICAS can only use the Certification Accreditation Mark, Logo, IAF International Mutual Accreditation Mark and Certificate in certified range. ICAS checkes whether the certified organizations use the Cer

10、tification Accreditation Mark, Logo, IAF International Mutual Accreditation Mark correctly.4.3 認(rèn)可標(biāo)志和ICAS 標(biāo)徽的使用4.3 The use of the Certification Mark and ICAS Logo4.3.1獲得ICAS 認(rèn)證證書的組織依據(jù)本文件規(guī)定，在已獲得認(rèn)證的范圍內(nèi)有條件使用認(rèn)可標(biāo)志、標(biāo)徽、IAF 互認(rèn)標(biāo)志及證書。如在有關(guān)文件、文具和出版物上使用時(shí)，認(rèn)可標(biāo)志必須完整，也不得將其變形使用。4.3.1 Organizations authorized by ICAS s

11、hould use the Certification Mark and Logo in certified range according to this file. For example, while using on related document, stationery and publications, the Certification Mark must be integrated and no-distorted.4.3.2獲得ICAS 認(rèn)證的組織在使用認(rèn)可標(biāo)志、標(biāo)徽時(shí)應(yīng)與認(rèn)可注冊(cè)號(hào)及ICAS 機(jī)構(gòu)的標(biāo)徽一起使用。認(rèn)可標(biāo)志和ICAS 機(jī)構(gòu)標(biāo)徽一起使用時(shí)必須以能顯示二者的關(guān)系

12、的恰當(dāng)?shù)姆绞绞褂谩Ｈ羰褂谜J(rèn)可標(biāo)志的同時(shí)出現(xiàn)其他標(biāo)志，則認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)證標(biāo)徽應(yīng)與認(rèn)可標(biāo)志并列排放且應(yīng)將認(rèn)可標(biāo)志置于右側(cè)（見下圖）。4.3.2 Organizations authorized by ICAS can use the Certification Mark and Logo together with the Certification Registration Number and the ICAS Logo. It is necessary that an appropriate mode which be able to show the relationship between

13、 the ICAS Logo and Certification Mark must be used when the two are used together. The accreditation Logo of certification body should be put side by side with the Certification Mark. 16、lity and Environment Management Systems.4.3.4 獲得ICAS 認(rèn)證的組織在使用認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽時(shí)，不可誤導(dǎo)消費(fèi)者該標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽所代表的認(rèn)可機(jī)構(gòu)已經(jīng)對(duì)認(rèn)可標(biāo)志使用者的特定的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)進(jìn)行了批準(zhǔn)。4.3.4 Organizations authorized by ICAS are not allowed to mislead consumers that ICAS and Certifitation Bodies have approved a specified product or service of the Certifitation Mark us

17、ers.4.3.5 不得在被認(rèn)證的范圍以外的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)領(lǐng)域使用認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽，并在各類宣傳媒體上進(jìn)行誤導(dǎo)宣傳。不可將認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志使用在運(yùn)輸工具上。4.3.5 Certification Mark and Logo are forbidden to use out of the certified range and to mislead the public by various media. Also, certification Accreditation Marks are forbidden to be used on the conveyance.4.3.6 獲證組織不可將認(rèn)證認(rèn)可

18、標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽使用在產(chǎn)品上而誤導(dǎo)消費(fèi)者該產(chǎn)品獲得認(rèn)證。下面的表格為使用認(rèn)證標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽提供了指南，表明某產(chǎn)品在一個(gè)已認(rèn)證的質(zhì)量管理體系下制造的：4.3.6 Authorized organizations are not allowed to mislead consumers that the products have been certified by using the Certification Accreditation Mark or Logo on the product. 24、合本文件4.3.2的規(guī)定。*5：The use of Mark and Logo should fits the rule of 4.3.2 of this file.4.4 認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽的復(fù)制方式4.4 Copy mode of Certification Accredication Mark and Logo.4.4.1 獲得ICAS 認(rèn)證的組織只能使用與ICAS 所提供的色調(diào)一致的彩色認(rèn)可標(biāo)志或黑白認(rèn)可標(biāo)志。ICAS 提供認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽的硬拷貝或電子版。4.4.1 Organizations authorized by ICAS are only permitted to use

25、the colorized Certification Logo or monochrome Mark which has the same colour with ICAS. ICAS provides the hard copy or electronic version of the Certification Mark or Logo.4.4.2 認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)志標(biāo)徽?qǐng)D樣可按比例放大或縮小，但字跡必須清晰。4.4.2 The pattern of Certification Accredication Mark and Logo can be zoomed in or out pro ra
