1、自助服務(wù)終端論文:醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)研究【中文摘要】本課題針對目前我國醫(yī)院就醫(yī)過程中存在的“看病難”、“看病貴”現(xiàn)象以及取報(bào)告單過程中存在的隱患,決定研究和建立一套自助掛號、自助繳費(fèi)、自助查詢、自助取單等功能的自助服務(wù)設(shè)備,減少患者就醫(yī)過程中的排隊(duì),全面提升醫(yī)院門診效率,為就診患者提供更為優(yōu)質(zhì)和便捷的服務(wù)。本課題從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的角度出發(fā),通過深入醫(yī)院調(diào)查,查閱互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、報(bào)刊書籍等相關(guān)資料,詳細(xì)分析醫(yī)院患者就醫(yī)時(shí)的心理特征,研究其用戶需求、特性及人機(jī)交互作用,對所研究的自助取單機(jī)及自助服務(wù)終端的人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行了分析研究,探討設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的問題及對策,不斷地探索新的方法。在非法倒號問題上采用醫(yī)保
2、卡或本人有效身份證件辦就診卡的方式,最大程度抑制“倒號”的違法行為;在掛號、繳費(fèi)手段上采用自助掛號機(jī)掛號、自助預(yù)約掛號、自助繳費(fèi)和人工掛號、繳費(fèi)等多種手段相結(jié)合的方式,緩解醫(yī)院單純?nèi)斯ご翱趻焯?、繳費(fèi)的壓力;在解決導(dǎo)醫(yī)問題上,可以在自助設(shè)備上自助查詢醫(yī)院各科室、專家掛號情況,分流掛號患者,節(jié)省了患者無謂等待的時(shí)間,同時(shí)還可在設(shè)備上查詢就診科室和就診位置,方便患者就診;在解決患者取檢查化驗(yàn)結(jié)果時(shí)翻找麻煩、泄露病人隱私的諸多問題上,采取自助打印化驗(yàn)單的方式,提高患者的取單效率,并有效的保護(hù)了患者的隱私。本課題在深入分析醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端“人機(jī)環(huán)境”系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合人機(jī)理論方面的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,分析醫(yī)療系
3、統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端的尺寸、功能、整體布局、交互方式等各個(gè)方面研究自助服務(wù)終端在醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)環(huán)境下的界面設(shè)計(jì),形成一套醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端界面設(shè)計(jì)模式。為醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端及同類產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)提供建設(shè)性參考,有利于自助設(shè)備在醫(yī)院的推廣和普及,減少醫(yī)院人工窗口排隊(duì),增加一種新的服務(wù)方式。然后,在上述理論研究和分析的指導(dǎo)下,對醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端人機(jī)界面展開了具體詳細(xì)的方案設(shè)計(jì)及分析,用實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)案例檢驗(yàn)了醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)模式的可行性和有效性。文章不僅為醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)自助服務(wù)終端人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論研究基礎(chǔ)和人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)模式,亦可作為技術(shù)的載體,使技術(shù)得到充分應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)國內(nèi)對相關(guān)硬件和軟件方面的
4、研發(fā),推動自助設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和本土化進(jìn)程。同時(shí)文章中的相關(guān)理論研究對類似產(chǎn)品的人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)也有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義?!居⑽恼縉owadays the hospitals in our country exists “three long while a short” phenomenon which is the long time of registration, the long waiting time of charging, the long time of waiting for doctors and the short time of being treated. 5、n the current situation of hospitals, this paper decided to study and establish a self-service system by which patients can register, inquiry information, take bills, and pay the bills by themselves. This system will reduce the queue time of seeing a doctor and improve the overall efficiency and pro
6、vide more convenient services for medical patients.This topic starts from product design aspect. By surveying hospital deeply, consulting from Internet, reading newspapers and books and the other related material, then analysing “the person-machine-environment” system as the medical system self-serv
7、ice terminal and patientspsychological characteristics when they go to see a doctor, and by studying the demand and characteristics of its customers and man-machine interaction, we can study the interface design model, discusses problems and countermeasures related design and continuously explore ne
8、w methods. In the illegal selling registering number issue, we can register by using medical card or valid identity card, which could restrain this illegal reselling behavior to the greatest extent; We take the method that combine self-help registration at registered-machine, help making an appointm
9、ent and artificially registered to diminish the pressure of hospital manual registered work and collecting money. As for the guiding problems in hospital, we can distribute registered patients and save patients meaningless waiting time by providing information about current situation of all departme
10、nt and experts of the hospital in the self-service equipments. At the same time, patients can also find the situation of section they need to go, which make it convenient for patients seeing a doctor. Talking about the low efficient of looking for check and test results and the probably of exposing
11、the privacy of patients, hospitals could take the self-help way to print test bills, enhancing efficient and protecting effectively patientsprivacy.The topic is based on deep analysis of medical system self-service terminal namely the “person-machine-environment” system, combining design content of
12、human-machine theoretical aspects, analysing the size, the function, the overall layout, interactive way of self-service terminal of the medical system. Then research on interface design of the self-service terminal in the medical system environment, forming a set of design mode of self-service term
13、inal interface of medical system. For providing constructive suggestion on practical design of medical system self-service terminal and its similar products and thus this can popularize the self-help equipments in the hospitals, make the hospital reduce artificial window queue, and add a new service
14、 manner. Then, in the direction of above theoretical research and analysis, we could start concrete and detailed scheme design and analysis about medical system self-service terminal namely man-machine interface, we have already tested the feasibility and effectiveness of the model of the medical sy
15、stem self-service terminal called human-computer interface design with the actual design case.This article not only provide foundation of theoretical study and mode of human-computer interface design for self-service terminal of medical system namely human-computer interface design, but also work as medium of the technology which can make it useful.
