7、賠:6.1 If any claims regarding merchandise shipped should be filed within 60 days upon the arrival of goods at Port of destination. 若有任何有關(guān)此批裝船貨物的索賠發(fā)生，請(qǐng)于貨物運(yùn)抵目的港 60日以內(nèi)提出。6.2 產(chǎn)品到達(dá)目的地，因生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題無(wú)法使用的，由賣方承擔(dān)損失。7Arbitration 仲裁:Any disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with this contract shal

In case no settlement can be reached within 21 days through negotiation, the case shall be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotional International Trade, for arbitration, in

9、 accordance with its provision rule of procedure. The arbitral award shall be accepted as final and binding upon both parties.
